It’s an immaculately upgraded and repurposed old yacht club into a luxury hotel built on levels along a hill slope. All the rooms are spacious with panoramic views of virgin coastline, islands and anchored yachts. Food was also good. Bed mattress was too hard for me and the pillows too soft.

Der Titel Leading Hotel of the World müsste abgesprochen werden. Die Liegen am Pool und im Zimmer waren verschmutzt und fleckig. Im Zimmer wurde Schimmel über der Klimaanlage überstrichen. Bilder hängen alle schief. Lampen rosten. Es ist ein gutes 4 Sterne Hotel. Kein Luxus. Der Pool war ein Kids Pool. Kinder spielen dort ohne Rücksicht auf andere. Wir sind nur zwei von 5 Nächten geblieben und vorzeitig angereist.

• dongl979 (4/5): Upstairs renovation noise ruined our vacation! - We stayed four nights at The Nai Harn, Phuket on March 15-19, 2026. We were grateful that the hotel assigned us Room 707, which is a high floor premium room we requested. The view was absolutely beautiful. However, when we took a nap on the early afternoon on March 17, we were waken up by very loud noises right from the ceiling as result of direct upstairs renovation construction at room 807. We waited for more than an hour for the noise to stop, but it did not and we called the reception. The reception then apologized and told us that they asked the renovation team to stop the work. Despite their apology and promise not to continue the renovation work, the renovation construction continued the next day! The hotel was clearly and visibly not full. As one of the Leading Hotels of the World, why would the hotel have assigned this room to us if they had planned renovation of a room right on top of our room during the course of our stay? And knowing we were staying at our room, why would the hotel have proceeded with the renovation construction any way, why would the hotel have not warned us of the renovation beforehand or offered any compensation for the clear breach of our quite enjoyment? The hotel did later offer a room change, but the offer was made only after our complaint, and the room they offered was on a lower floor in the same room category, which did not fit our early request for a high floor room. What the hotel did does not seem to satisfy the high bar of the Leading Hotels of the World. That said, we were very grateful for the hotel's room cleaning service and the hospitality provided by the staff at the hotel's restaurants.

• Dream12736619189 (10/5): Perfect Stay - I had a great stay at a hotel that I think ticks all the boxes. I would like to thank all the staff for being so welcoming. I used the beach butler service a lot during my visit. This friendly team was always on hand to set up a mat and beach towel for sunbathing and also offered seating in the shade.
• dselvan (10/5): Just brilliant. - We stayed here for the second part of the holiday. Loved the place. Room was not available at 12 when we arrived and so did the check in formalities and waited in the bar with a complementary drink, while the room was getting readied. It was worth the wait. We were high up with a great view over the bay. The room was well set up and we had some sparkling wine waiting for our arrival. The deck are of the room was very nice and we spent most of our time here since the beach was crowded, there were jelly fish and the seating area on the beach reserved for Nai Harn guest was very small and were all taken quite quickly. However the outside relaxing lounger bed was perfect. They even had a putting mat!! The pool area was ok but there were people smoking and so we didn't go there much. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice although some items were not replenished quickly and this was about the only negative for breakfast. We ate out for dinner and so can't comment on the dinner options. Having some drinks and snacks at the outside bar with live music in the evening was nice. All staff were excellent and helpful. Overall thoroughly recommend this place. Yes, it is a long way away from the main area of Patong and about 1.5-2 hours to the airport in peak traffic, but very much worth it.

• OnAir695648 (10/5): Five Star Resort - Beyond Expectations - We had an incredible stay at The Nai Harn in Phuket. The hotel is set on a beautiful and clean beach with amazing views, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the amazing staff who were so friendly and polite, always smiling. A special shoutout to Roong, the resort Manager, who added little touches to make our stay even more special. We were there as a couple, and we ate at Cosmo and Rock Salt restaurants, a little pricey but serving good quality Thai and Western cuisine. There is staff at the beach area by the Rock Salt restaurant who are there to set up a deck chair and provide towels for guests only metres away from the sea. You need to allow one and a half hours to get there from the airport, but that would not stop us from returning in the future.

• ChapterOne (10/5): Exceptional - Since 2004 we have returned to this hotel 20 times, spending more than 180 nights here over the years. What keeps bringing us back is the consistently exceptional service and the spectacular sea-view rooms overlooking Nai Harn Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket. The hotel is beautifully integrated into lush tropical greenery on the hillside above the bay, creating a unique sense of privacy while offering uninterrupted views of the Andaman Sea and the yachts anchored below. After the renovation the rooms became more modern and bright, while the views that made the hotel famous remain exactly the same. A short walk down to the beach rewards you with wonderful sunsets over the bay. Even after so many stays, it still feels special every time we return and it remains a place we always look forward to returning to.

To name a few - Cosmos, excellent food and service from Dia, Toon, Pueng and Fah. We loved Rock Salt on the beach and waited every day at 5pm for the bell to ring.!! Special mention to Mr Ding, Dow & Pia for their attentiveness. The room and views are all stunning. Due to the Middle Eastern crisis we were stranded in Paradise - and the hotel were so accommodating and allowed us to even stay in the same room. We will be definitely back - in our minds one of the best hotels in Asia. Eric & Jennifer
• Blodwen (9/5): We love this hotel and thorougly enjoyed our 6 days here. Everything about it is exceptional except for some difficultie - The staff were attentive, friendly, very efficient and professional throughout all areas of the hotel. Our accomodation was first class. Beautifully furnished, very comfortable with all the facilities one would expect from a 5* hotel. The breakfast was exceptional with a massive selection of breakfast options. Everything was delivered with efficiency and exceptional service served with courteousness and friendliness. We ate at both the restaurants, Cosmo and Rocksalt several times. Exceptional cuisine and service. Truly delicious food. Although Nai Harn beach is now pretty busy due to extra accommodation in the area and other visitors, the Nai Harn has a very private location and the business of the area does not infringe on this privacy.. The Nai Harn hotel is built on a hill which means that all floors need to be accessed by a lift with the exception of the 3 floor and those higher up. We arrived late at the hotel and were allocated a room on the 3rd floor. This meant navigating a series of very steeps and there were no handrails to assist. We had advised and spoken several times with staff at the hotel that we both has some mobility issues so accommadating us on this floor was a big error. This was however rectified the next day and we were moved to the 2nd floor. However there are very many steps to navigate at this hotel on a daily basis and the majority of them do not have railings. It makes it really risky for those who have even mild to moderate mobility issues to feel confident and safe to navigate these stairs. Having railings installed on these steps would make it so much safer.

Отель находится со своим прямым выходом на красивый пляж Най Харн. Очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, внимательный персонал, удобный номер. У отеля есть свой спуск к пляжу. Отель предлагает в качестве сервиса зонтик, полотенце и стул, хотя чуть дальше есть городские шезлонги в аренду. Хочется, чтобы отель также предлагал удобные шезлонги, а не стулья. Также было удивительно, что у пляжного отеля очень красивый, но очень маленький бассейн. В номере нет кофе машины, только растворимый.

L’hôtel est superbe, la vue sur la plage de Nai Harn magnifique, les chambres sont particulièrement bien équipée, le personnel est aux petits soins et les concerts le soir en sirotant un verre avec le coucher de soleil sur cette vue exceptionnelle sont des moments magiques. The room and bathroom cleanliness were impressive. Quality of foods and choices of breakfast were great. I appreciate how this resort handled the sustainability by providing plentiful of free glass bottle drinking water. The scenery of Mai Harn beach from the balcony and room was beautiful. My husband and I were pleased with massuses, Khun Mas and Khun Malee, at the spa.

• NorthStar65772192187 (10/5): New-found paradise - We stayed at the Nai Harn in December 2025 and loved it so much we returned 2 months later. We booked for 10 nights but again had such a wonderful time that we extended 7 more nights! ( Thanks to Nang for making that happen smoothly and quickly). Our ocean view suite was spacious and bright and had a really positive energy. We spent many hours on the verandah enjoying the sunshine! On our first visit we tried other local restaurants but decided that the Nai Harn food was far superior. Not only was everything extremely delicious, but we appreciated how accommodating and flexible the room service was, granting all our food requests. Thanks especially to Sert, who usually took our order and always remembered what we liked, how we liked it cooked, which condiments,etc. All the room service waiters were always super friendly and polite. Thanks to Jae, who served us our in-room barbecue, also Baow ( always service with a smile!) and Meen and Oal ( hope I spelt their names right!) The beach of course is fabulous - white sand and clear calm warm water ( you can see fish swimming right next to the beach).we had a great time kayaking and snorkeling thanks to the equipment provided by the beach butlers. Kee and Champion do a great job - so attentive and always energetic and cheerful. We love the champagne button idea! We enjoyed going to see the band play at sunset too. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are magnificent and offer superb sea views. The swimming pool is superb and has comfortable sun loungers with views of the beach (sometimes less quiet due to children shouting and splashing everyone without their parents saying anything...).

• 299nickyq (10/5): Nicky & Mary Quinn - Our stay at The Nai Harn was fabulous. The accommodation (Room 101) was perfect. During our stay we had Breakfasts, Lunches & Dinners and the food at all times was exceptional. All the facilities are first class & the staff are super attentive. Due to the issues in the Middle East our return flights were cancelled - which meant that at the last minute we had to extend our stay whilst we arranged an alternative route home. The hotel management stepped in immediately to facilitate & assist us. We are very grateful to them & especially Nang who went above and beyond.

Hicimos el check out a las 430am y nos despidieron con el desayuno preparado en una caja para llevar, luego en el aeropuerto a las 530am había una persona esperandonos para cargar y depositar las maletas. Tras haber visitado bastantes hoteles 5 estrellas puedo decir que es el mejor en el que me he hospedado, cuando regrese a Tailandia sin duda volveré a su hotel, excelente. Nada, todo un 10/10
• S622VXrobertm (10/5): An exception hotel in beautiful surroundings - An exceptional hotel, set in a beautiful bay, now celebrating its 40th year. We enjoyed a wonderful stay in clean and comfortable surroundings, with excellent food, and great staff who did everything possible to look after us. The resort manager, Roong, is always there to help if needed. The secluded Nai Harn bay has become more popular but still maintains a peaceful atmosphere. There are several beach bars and restaurants hidden behind the beach but we preferred happy hour at the hotel (with a total of 3 hours at different bars every day) followed by dinner at the Cosmo restaurant or Rock Salt on the beach, both under the direction of exec chef Mark Jones. Great food with wonderful service at very reasonable prices.

Бронировали номер гранд с видом на море, правда немножко расстроились, что низковато (3 этаж), но все равно здорово. Завтраки роскошные, ресторан замечательный. Прекрасные доброжелательные сотрудники. Вернусь обязательно! Это не проблема отеля, но нужно быть готовыми к тому, что с сезон пляж переполнен и немного затруднена дорога на авто к отелю из-за пешеходов и других авто. В пешей доступности будут фрукты, мини-рыночек, но не будет 7/11 или похожего магазинчика. Но мы знали этот район и поэтому спокойно реагировали. Из минусов: сходили на ужин в ресторан, брали бургеры - доедать не стали, не понравилось качество, возможно, мы сделали неправильный выбор блюда.

• jacksL2022MV (2/5): Oh hell naw - The reviews online made it seem like the only place to go in Phuket, like top of the line. It also very trickily uses precise language to both make you feel like the beach is private when its absolutely not. In fact, its riddles with weirdo western sex tourists, and russian gangsters. Stray dogs roam the beach. Some even had stitches. The hotel itself is aging, and in need of TLC but ok-ish. The food is ok, but overprices for guests, almost predatorily. The beach on which it sits, and the one in all the photos, is worse than wildwood new jersey in the 1990s. Just no f'ing way. Not with kids.

Beautiful pool area and spacious, exquisitely decorated leisure and bar areas. Multiple, unique restaurant experiences are offered. Food creations from around the globe take customers on a daily, culinary journey. The hotel is suitable for all travellers: solo, couples and friends. The accommodation is luxurious, private, comfortable with spectacular ocean views. The hotel reflects a genuine connection with community and invites guests to learn about Thai and Buddhist culture. For fun and exercise beach butlers provide SUP and kayaks for enjoying the azure waters of Nai Harn Bay. Nightly entertainment by the setting sun is provided by the highly talented Eric Canham music collective band, giving guests even more fun memories. The staff members are totally professional, dedicated, attentive and caring: the front office people, wait staff, chefs, cleaners, porters, limo drivers, beach butlers, all staff, all managers and hosts: Fon, Oil, May, Mook, Pair, Nui, Champ, Manit, Kee and Roong, I say thank you. This hotel, bay and the people are in my heart. The most memorable and magical holiday experience I’ve ever had and I look forward to visiting again.
• Zoe2216 (10/5): A Phuket paradise - When I close my eyes, I still see the pink bougainvilleas before the backdrop of lush green tropical forests and waters of all shades of blue. All this from the daybed on my balcony. The Nai Harn is a dream, an indulgent luxury that I don’t want to forget about in the drab wet European winter. From its Michelin star breakfast with freshly baked pastries, fresh fruit and tasty juices over the friendly staff everywhere - reception, housekeeping, staff at each of its eateries to the helpful folk on the beach: they all make this a unique stay. Relaxing spa treatments, meeting the GM, taking part in the Friday alms giving with a monk from Wat Nai Harn and snorkelling just off Nai Harn beach to see exotic fish and corals, kayaking to Man Island and Ya Nui beach using the hotel kayak are just some of the may highlights of staying at The Nai Harn. Also Eric and his band and the staff at the reflections bar deserve a special shoutout as well as reception and porters and the tour guide representative. If I may offer some suggestion for improvement it would for staff at the beach to make people more aware of being careful of sharp corals/rocks when snorkeling. It is mentioned in the brochure but maybe not everybody has read this. However, when my friend and another tourist cut their foot, they were incredibly caring and helpful and had all the emergency kit. The same goes for some markers perhaps in the pool of where steps are. These are minor issues though and I cat wait to return to The Nai Harn with my husband. PS: If anyone from Rock Salt reads this: please ask Pla if she held her promise of going into the sea in her day off 😍

Staying in a seafront room was an amazing experience – the view was breathtaking, and the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and very helpful, which truly made a difference throughout my stay. They made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The breakfast and all the meals were delicious, with a great variety and fresh ingredients. Everything exceeded my expectations. It was a flawless experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to return again.

• Vadim (10/5): Лучший отдых! - Ну честно говоря, это было лучшее из нашего опыта турпоездок. Идеальное месторасположение. Красивая бухта. Шикарный пляж. Персонал самый радушный какой вообще можно придумать. Люди-улыбка! Без лишних навязанных заморочек, по типу браслетов на руке. На пляже всегда есть свободные шезлонги, потому что персонал сразу убирает полотенца как только люди уходят. А не как в других отелях, приходишь, людей нет, а лежат одни полотенца, типа занято и мест нет. Здесь все заранее продумано и комфортно. Все здесь тебе всегда рады и стремятся помочь с любым вопросом. Уборка ежедневно идеально. Номер и комфорт на высоком уровне. В номере есть всё. Даже сланцы для похода на море и пляжная сумка. Еда хороший выбор. Все качественно и вкусно. Место куда хочется возвращаться. Персоналу и менеджеру браво! Спасибо за отдых. Придраться абсолютно не к чему )
