Die Lage ist prima - die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Auch nett: morgens werden Kaffee, Toast und Marmelade angeboten. Das Badezimmer stand leider nach jeder Dusche unter Wasser.

• Devender (8/5): - Lovely garden and space. The rooms are basic and the ground floor ones slightly dark with low level lighting. We asked to see a room on the upper floor and the changed our room without any fuss. Functional bathroom. There are rooms at the ends with private balcony but we were fine with our room as we're out most of the day. The location is amazing. On a lovely quiet street, right next to the fabulous Book Cafe but within easy walking distance of the night market and bus station. There is a smoothie/ice coffee shack on the street which does amazing Thai tea and the pop up restaurant next to it doing Thia staples of Pad Thai etc. is yummy. Love Chiang Rai and Baan Warabordee was a nice place to stay Nothing really - it was as we expected. Its not luxury or anything but will suit those wanting a quiet homestay type environment without any fuss

• Peter (8/5): Prima voor twee dagen - Prima locatie om twee of drie dagen te verblijven, we hadden een kamer bovenste verdieping op een hoek en daarmee een eigen balkon (is bij alle hoekkamers het geval), op de andere kamers heb je geen balkon. Ontbijt is heel karig met een geroosterde boterham en jam. Wel goede en voldoende koffie en een lekker eitje.

Location is perfect and majority of everything is walkable from there. Other staff are really helpful with area knowledge and companies to book slow boats etc with. Our room had a balcony which was a treat. Everything was clean and bed was comfy! Lovely garden and Koi fish pond in the entrance. Nothing! Shower was tilted a bit awkwardly for my tall husband but we made it work!

Posizione relativamente centrale, il centro di Chiang Rai è comunque piccolo. Piccola colazione disponibile gratuitamente. La camera è da rimodernare, mancava un comodino e le prese elettriche vicino al letto. Poco illuminata anche. Il bagno la cosa peggiore, piccolino e con rubinetteria arrugginita. Doccia tra il freddo e il tiepido senza tenda.

• Wendie (10/5): Perfect 24 hours in Chiang Rai - Beautiful facility, easy walking distance to bus station, night market, and many good food spots. Check in a breeze, and the person at the desk helped us plan out our 24 hour stay to perfection. Go here, have a snack, go there, go another place for sunset, here's a place for food you haven't seen online yet..... You get the drift. She was amazing. I am sorry I didn't get her name to shout out. Breakfast is light, and you can't beat the garden setting and koi pond. Beds ultra comfy...especially coming from Chiang Mai. Room was 304, with balcony overlooking garden. I don't know...maybe a little more fruit options at breakfast, or some yogurt or something, to round it out a bit. But when you check in, the desk will refer to it as a "light breakfast" (boiled eggs, toast, nice coffee machine, bananas)

• Siobhan (10/5): A lovely quiet place close to the centre. - We love staying here. A really nice quiet oasis of calm on a peaceful road in a very nice neighbourhood close to everything in the centre of Chiang Rai. Rooms are clean and basic not luxury but great for the price. Highly recommend.

• Janis (7/5): Good stay in Chiang Rai - Baan Warabordee is a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. The room was accommodating and had a nice balcony, which was great to relax on. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The location is down a side road, which helped keep things peaceful and quiet, while still being fairly convenient and close to some tour operators and a couple of nice coffee shops up the road. The mattress and pillows may feel a bit firm, and the pillows are slightly on the larger side. This really comes down to personal preference, but it’s something to be aware of if you prefer softer bedding.

• Henrica (7/5): For a budget guesthouse a very nice place. - The bed were very comfortable, the room was very dark because it was on the ground floor. There is no elevator and we had heavy suitcases. Also the small breakfast they offer for free was very nice. The people are very friendly and kind. It is a budget guesthouse and it is value for money. The bathroom, very basic, but again it is a budget guesthouse.

Das Zimmer ist süß eingerichtet und groß genug, um ein paar Tage hier zu verbringen. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt: und es gibt jeden Tag neue Wasserflaschen, sehr praktisch. Bei Fragen zu Unternehmungen standen sie immer gerne zur Verfügung und haben mir eine private Fahrerin organisiert, die einfach klasse war. Nach dem Checkout konnte ich meine Sachen noch bis zum Nachmittag dort lassen, um noch ein paar Stunden in der Stadt zu verbringen.

• Irene (7/5): In generale ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo ed è ben posizionato per muoversi a piedi - Semplice ma accogliente e la colazione non doveva esserci invece ci hanno sorpreso con una semplice colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Un paio di finestre erano cadenti e le persone di notte rumorose, hanno aperto e chiuso le porte sbattendole e hanno urlato senza pensare che altri magari dormivano
