Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Ausstattung nicht sehe modern (TV, etc.) und die Sauberkeit des Fussbodens könnte besser sein. Entäuschend war das Frühstück. Der "frische Orangensaft" welcher sogar zusätzlich verrechnet wurde, war ungeniessbar und die übrigen Speisen lieblos und wenig frisch.

Il semble que le resto qui fait le petit déjeuner ne fait pas partie de l'hotel. On a l'impression de déranger pour demander un deuxième café.

The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and special, they’re so friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has all the amenities you would need for a hotel stay. The room was confortable, clean and quiet and I enjoyed the old restored cinema projector they have in the first floor! • Claudia (10/5): Great clean hotel with helpful staff - Started before we actually got there. This was my first time travelling with a baby so i called hotel to ensure I will have cot. The person who got my call went out of his way to help me have everything i needed for my little one. The entrance. Travelling with my baby, we had to enter through restaurant tables with stroller and bags to enter hotel.

In der Nähe ist eine Kirche, Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkt. Sehr höflicher Rezeptionist. Man ist schnell bei der Fähre. Glockengeläut ab 4 Uhr. Frühstück in Bufffetform wäre schön. Eingang zum Hotel etwas versteckt

The staff of the restaurant were taking too long to get the items out of the kitchen and considering we only had 2 hrs for the breakfast we weren't served well or up to standard.

The atmosphere truly makes you feel at home, and I am certain I will visit again. The location is also excellent—peaceful and quiet.
• Clarissa (10/5): Una vacanza nel chill - Sicuramente un punto forte della struttura è lo staff: sono tutti molto gentili sia il personale della colazione che Frankie alla reception, è davvero bravissimo! Si vede che ci mettono passione e sono molto molto puliti. La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia di Ramla Bay e per arrivare ai traghetti al porto di Gozo. Purtroppo gli autobus non passano così spesso e a volte sono in ritardo, ma ovviamente non dipende dall'hotel,anzi, Frankie sarà così gentile da prenotarvi ciò che volete: escursioni, cene, vi trova tutto! Noi abbiamo prenotato la stanza con la vasca idromassaggio fuori dal balcone, anche quella super pulita e accogliente, facile da utilizzare. Gentilezza e relax descrivono perfettamente il Quaint Boutique Hotel di Nadur. In realtà mi è piaciuto tutto ma sicuramente ci sono dettagli che sicuramente saranno in grado di curare: l'insegna dell'hotel è un pochino nascosta dalle piante ed è piccolina, abbiamo incontrato dei turisti di notte e per loro non è stato semplice capire dove si trovasse l'hotel. Abbiamo trovato in stanza quasi tutto, mancava il dentifricio che secondo me potrebbe essere aggiunto. Ma ripeto, sono solo dettagli da migliorare al massimo per salire di stelle perché i servizi, la vista e la pulizia sono veramente ottimi.

• Selin (10/5): Comfy Stay - The hotel is not in the center of Gozo, but with a car you can easily get everywhere. Nadur is a quiet and peaceful little town, very lovely to stay in. The beds at the hotel were extremely comfortable, everything was very clean, and our room had a bathtub which was perfect after a long day. We also enjoyed making tea and coffee on the terrace while admiring the church view. The room was well equipped with a mini fridge and even an iron, which was a nice touch. A big thank you to Frankie for his kindness and warm hospitality – he showed us many great places to visit and really made our stay special. Breakfeast could be better. Not many choices and small portions.

What makes this hotel great is the staff especially mentioned Frankie. I took the ferry from Malta to Gozo and I arrived late straight from the airport. I failed to message Frankie about my expected arrival. Frankie waited for me patiently and this was almost 11pm. The reception is not 24 hours. He waited for me and greeted me with a smile, helped me with my luggage, took me to my room (top floor penthouse) and left after checking me in. The next day he greeted me with a huge smile and gave me some suggestions on how to get around by bus. He is very knowledgeable. He is very attentive and he is quick to respond to your inquiries. He helped me with dinner reservation and camino day trip, assisted me with bolt for transport and food delivery, and willingly drove me to the harbour (not once but twice) because bolt seemed to be difficult or in demand. On my departure, he drove me to the harbour, handed me breakfast takeaway packed neatly, and wished me bon voyage. He exceeds guest's expectations. I see how he treats every guest with the same respect and kindness. He is definitely an asset why the rating is consistently high. Read people's reviews and compliments about the receptionist- all praise for Frankie. Everything about this hotel is excellent. If you want a comfortable and quality stay, this is the one. • GERALD (10/5): Superbe hôtel avec un service digne d’un 5 étoiles - Le Quaint est un vrai boutique hôtel. Énormément de charme, sa localisation est magnifique un cœur du centre historique de Nadur. Magnifique accueil de Franck et son équipe. Franck est très pro. Il gère à merveille les clients. Il a été très utile pour nous faire découvrir les sites de Gozo. Superbe Petit déjeuner au bar Del Capo. Et nous avons pu dîner au Fat Rabbit. Mention spéciale au Chef pour son Espadon! Tout était parfait

From the moment we arrived, the Reservations Manager Mr. Camilleri demonstrated exceptional efficiency, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. He also went out of his way to accommodate us by providing extra pillows and made sure that we were served vegetarian options during breakfast. His warm hospitality made us feel immediately welcome and well cared for. The hotel itself was spotless throughout, reflecting great attention to tidiness and detail. The chambermaid was also very helpful whenever we needed extra toiletries and towels. We truly appreciated the good breakfast each morning, and they made sure to offer a nice variety of vegetarian options. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Lovely big air conditioned room with an equally as big terrace with hot-tub. Tea/coffee/bottled water hairdryer, toiletries, iron and ironing board all in room. Hired a car and the directions given took us straight to the hotel. Although no reserved parking we had no trouble finding a space immediately in front of the hotel. Good choice at breakfast, both cooked (which staff came to the table to get your order) and continental. Nothing, although church bells seem to go off at random times of the day which didn't bother us but some may find annoying.
