• toni (10/5): - The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful and the owner went out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. There area around the property is under construction but once in your room you wouldn’t know it. The pool was so relaxing. And the tub in our room was so deep that I didn’t need to seek out the hot tub since it practically was one. Two thumbs up or 10/10 stars.

• Julia (10/5): Wonderful hidden gem - Wonderful stay at this hotel. The family room was spacious for a family of five, with two bedrooms, very clean and modern. The indoor pool was great, as well as the rooftop with the beautiful views. The service was also top notch. A little bit of a walk from the sights, about 15 mins max, but was nice to have dinner away from the super touristy area, and plenty of options nearby. We’d definitely stay there again.

Amazing pastry shop nearby and a wonderful pizza place as well as a nearby public park with an outdoor cafe by the water. Also near a sort of time-out type of food market with restaurants. Just know that if you stay in rooms 1, 2 or 3 you will hear them getting the breakfast vroom ready early in the morning.

• Victoria (10/5): - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Would highly recommend. Staff was kind and helpful. The property is lovely. The spa and pool area was beaand relaxing. The view from the rooftop is superb. The mattress is a bit firm to our preference. We stayed in room 1. It shares a wall with the dinning area, so it gets quite noisy in the morning. If you are a late sleeper or light sleeper you may request to not be in that room. But still a wonderful stay.

The AC was very weak though and on most days the rooms were very hot to sleep in during the outside 35* weather. The food and the pool facility were really great. No complaints. My original room was a basement room and as an asthmatic there was a residual mold smell that bothered me so I had to move rooms. If you are asthmatic do not book a basement room. The property staff were helpful in moving me to a different room to suite my health which I was very thankful for. Location wise really is top notch and it makes Florence very easily walkable.

Deux bémols, dont le premier fait référence à la piscine puisqu'on nous a clairement demandé de sortier car l'accès était désormais réservé par une famille, entrainant la sortie de toutes les personnes s'y trouvant, ne nous laissant pas le temps de nous sécher et le second quant à l'emplacement du petit déjeuner qui se trouve aux portes de 4 chambres entrainant des bruits de machine à café et vaisselle dès 07h00. A part cela le séjour était agréable. La literie est fantastique

Mas acesso pedonal ao centro por vias planas e com interesse. Voltaria a ficar neste hotel num regresso a esta magnífica cidade.
• Frank (8/5): - Kleines gepflegtes Hotel. Zentral nähe der Altstadt gelegen. Saubere Zimmer, nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Der SPABereich entsprechend übersichtlich und gepflegt. Leider standen den Gästen von zwei Saunen nur eine zur Verfügung und selbst diese war eher mäßig betrieben. Man war gehalten sich Anzumelden und Zeiten einzuhalten, was scheinbar nur von uns anfänglich beherzigt wurde. War auch kein Mangel wenn teils andere Gäste sich eben nicht so verhalten wie es gewünscht wurde. Für ein Städtetrip durchaus empfehlenswert.

This hotel is stunning and super clean. The staff are extremely friendly and beyond helpful - nothing was ever an issue! The spa and pool area was stunning and the roof top terrace was handy for sunbathing in the city! We styed in the cellar room and it was so spacious and full of character! i cannot wait to come back to Florence and I will definite be staying in this hotel again!

• Verified traveler (10/5): - We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. We booked the family room with two different rooms (the main one with access to a little courtyard) and a shared bathroom, the set up was very good as the kids could be in bed and we could enjoy a glass of wine outside. Breakfast was very nice, not hot cooked breakfast, but ideal to us as we rather eat fruit, yogurt and muesli and a nice variety of sweet and savory plus they were very attentive to my lactose intolerance and I have soya milk available every day. The swimming pool (spa) was a plus as we did the sightseeing in the morning and comeback to the hotel for a bit of down time in the swimming pool with the kids (only allow until 5pm). There is a local park with a nice playground near by, and it was used everyday as a little stopover to relax with the kids. The only negative it would be not having any hangers or storage space in the bathroom. Overall a lovely hotel and service and very well located for a family to enjoy the wonderful city of Florance.
• 97Claire (10/5): Florence at its best! - This hotel was amazing, the description & pictures do not do it justice! We stayed in room 4A a basement room with our own private outdoor sitting area. We had complimentary bathrobes, slippers & a bottle of wine. The breakfast was superb to a very high standard with freshly squeezed orange juice & fresh salmon. There is a great outdoor sitting area on floor 4 & floor 5 has a hot tub & great panoramic views of the city! We would come back to Florence just to stay in this hotel!

All the staff were friendly and helpful The rooms are well appointed and very quiet. The buffet reakfast is plentiful and caters for a variety of tastes. You can have it indoors or out in a charming courtyard. Amenities are great with a pool, roof top spa and deck, chilled water (still and sparkling) on tap, a guests' laundry and more. Only a couple of minutes from the bus services into the city centre from Piazza Beccaria. All round, a great placeto stay in Florence.

• neelamt (8/5): Very Nice Hotel - We stayed for 4 nights and had a great stay. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers and had one of the suite type villas which was quite spacious. Would have welcomed two bathrooms instead on one, but there were two toilets. The hotel has a very villa type feel to it, and has a great pool, steam, sauna facility. The kids really enjoyed this after our tours/walks each day - very clean and well serviced. Breakfasts were good - pastries, cereals, eggs. Good enough variety and seating in and out. Would definately come back if were to visit Florence again.
• stone1909 (10/5): 3 day family city break - this hotel was perfect for us..just on the outskirts of town about 15-20 minute walk to the centre which we loved as we like walking...the kids not so much but it got them some exercise...very quiet and peaceful and the room was magnificent...the kids had their own room and it was very spacious...breakfast was simple but very tasty escpecially the freshly squeezed orange juice...we had use of the spa which was great to cool down as the weather was very hot...my wife was especially pleased with the rooftop view, and as it was our 20th wedding anniversary this got me brownie points...would highly recommend and will stay here again if we go back to florence

• 341sanderb (10/5): Great relaxing stay visiting Florence - We stayed at this hotel for two nights visiting Florence. It was a great stay! The staff are really friendly and will do anything to make your stay worth while in our experience. The room we had was really nice (room no 2, see pictures) and had everything you need in it. Very clean and spacious bathroom to complement the room. The breakfast wasn't too fancy, but good to get us started: fresh coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and croissants with various toppings. The spa at the hotel is nice to spend an hour and unwind a bit. Heck, you're paying for it so might as well use it. It's got a nice pool, plenty of beds, sauna's, massage room and complimentary drinks. A must is the rooftop Jacuzzi on the 5th floor! We did the 45 mins session including a nice bottle of Prosecco. Yes, you pay €50,-, but the experience is priceless. Such a great way to enjoy an absolutely beautiful view on Florence. From the hotel it is a 15 mins walk into the city center. The hotel reception will have a map for you with a nice walk into the city that is pedestrian only (and mopeds and bikes, it's Italy people 😬). All in all a great stay in Florence visiting the city and unwind a bit while doing that.

• r (10/5): STAFF SUPPER NICE - This place is wonderful, little far but I would stay there again, clean rooms, helpful staff.one thing don't fall for the wine tasting at there restaurant rude customer service, was there for 30 mins never get any wine got up to leave and had to pay a service fee.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Comodo e bello, ma SPA deludente - Ambienti ristrutturati molto bene, personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Molto apprezzata la bottiglia di vino in omaggio in camera. Purtroppo abbiamo scelto questa struttura rispetto ad altre per la presenza della SPA e da questo punto di vista siamo rimasti delusi. La zona SPA ha una temperatura più bassa di quello che ci si aspetterebbe, e soprattutto non è sorvegliata in alcun modo. I bambini sarebbero ammessi da regolamento fino alle 18.00, ma proprio perché non c'è nessuno a controllare ce ne sono ad ogni ora, creando un ambiente caotico e per nulla rilassante. Alla fine sembra di essere alla piscina comunale. Lo consiglierei di sicuro, se la SPA non è importante per voi, per la sua comodità rispetto al centro, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi, e per il servizio che è stato oggettivamente ottimo.

• rowenat644 (10/5): Really is a Charming Hotel and very pet friendly. - Was nicely surprised by the lovely and spacious clean room. It's listed as a bed and breakfast but it's more like a boutique hotel . The property shares a lovely little garden courtyard with Forte 16, an apartment hotel. All the staff at the reception are lovely and speak English . If by chance you meet the owner, he's lovely and warm. They daily breakfast included is simple but adequate and I love the fresh hard boiled eggs . The location is great, everything around the corner, restaurants, supermarket , shops and the town center is about a 15 minute walk away . The rooftop terrace is lovely and you can see the top of the Duomo beautifully lit up at night. There are two levels , it's lovely taking the dogs to level 7 as it's quite a large space and no body seems to use it because they have a level 8 terrace too. My only gripe is , there's no towel rails in the very large bathroom and no where to put the toiletries . Minor inconveniences. There is also a laundry onsite which was extremely convenient for us traveling with limited clothes .

From the beautiful hotel rooms (do book a wine-cellar room) that immerse you in the beautiful Tuscan atmosphere, the newness and cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliest, customer-service oriented staff, to the romantic outdoor jaccuzzi on the fifth floor, with views of the entire city, i would recommend to anyone again and again!

Room was stunning, clean and comfortable. Pool was a nice treat and the view from the 5th floor was wonderful. All in all an great hotel! Would 100% recommend especially for couples!
• 629matthieus (2/5): Big disappointment - We booked this hotel based on the description and the nice pictures on booking.com, promising: - a charming hotel in the (near) center of Firenze - a deliciously looking, fresh breakfast - an amazing rooftop bar - a hot tub on the roof terrace - in short: a good price-quality relation for a room they charge €200 for. However, when we got there, we couldn't be more disappointed. What they offer in reality is: - a cold, new building right next to the main road entering Firenze, not even near the beautiful center of the city (20-30 min walk). - the breakfast was not fresh and very limited in choice. They only offered some toasts and croissants with cheese and ham that came straight from a plastic package. Even the juices were not fresh and were disgusting. There was no hot option (eggs/bacon/whatever), nor any fresh fruit (just some brown bananas). In addition, the lady serving in the breakfast room was unfriendly. There is an option to have the breakfast on the terrace, but that looks like a parking lot. - although the rooftop terrace has a nice view, there no bar (unlike they try to depict on the pictures). There are some sofas and chairs but no cushions on the chairs/sofas, no candles (like on the pictures), nothing at all that would make it a pleasant place to relax. - the hot tub on the terrace is a poisoned gift: they charge their guests €20 for 30 minutes in the hot tub! Same for the spa treatments, there is no discount nor a reasonable price for guests of the hotel, everything is seriously overpriced! - in short: this was just not worth the money and did not meet our expectations at all!

Il personale è accogliente e curano il cliente anche con gesti semplici, tipo un dolcino nella hall oppure una bottiglia di vino in camera, o ancora acqua fresca e the nella spa.Questi piccoli gesti di cortesia fanno si che il cliente rimanga pienamente soddisfatto, si sente coccolato e sicuramente tornerà. Ovviamente rimanendo sempre con prezzi onesti avrete sempre successo.
• ZOE (6/5): Καλο αλλα... - Πολυ κοντα στο κεντρο της Φλωρεντιας- 15 λεπτα με τα ποδια. Το δωματιο ηταν υπογειο :-( Η καθαριοτητα ηταν καλη αλλα την μια μερα ηρθαν 10 η ωρα το πρωι για να καθαρισουν και την επομενη 3 το μεσημερι. Καμια μερα δεν μας αλλαξαν σεντονια.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Family room with patio. Quite a lot bugs in the room because garden is out of the house, it might be because of the housekeeping cleaning the room with the door opened. Yet, overall it is a good experience. Boutique hotel with pretty big room size and nicely decorated.
• Herbert&Helene (10/5): Sehr schönes Hotel und B&B - Wir sind für 5 Tage in Florenz auf Städtereisen gewesen. Hotel war schon beim Check-in super, sehr freundliches Personal und schnell. Sauberes und großes Zimmer, eine Flasche Rotwein im Zimmer zur Begrüßung. Mineralwasser zum selbstbefüllen beim Spa, gutes Frühstück mit qualitativ hochwertigen Zutaten. Super Dachterasse mit toller Aussicht auf Florenz und umliegende Landschaft, und ein Whirlpool! Pool frühzeitig reservieren...

Et situation géographique... Et la piscine quoiqu'un peu fraîche est très agréable après de longues heures de marche avec spa ... Et la terrasse sur les toits ... Un must !!! Il reste à améliorer le petit déjeuner car le pain peu frais... Pas de fruits diversifiés ... Une salade de fruit frais serait un plus avec le pain frais ! Un mini bar et/ou une bouilloire électrique seraient topissime pour donner un 10/10...
