• Eliza (10/5): Amazing location, amazing staff and beautiful room!! - The property was so close to the Duomo and the center of the city, we loved the location. The staff were exceptional and even had our room ready early for us. They were very communicative and made sure we were comfortable our stay.

The staff were super friendly and kept in touch via WhatsApp, nothing was too much trouble. The bed was really comfy and we slept well (apart from noise from the steet which is to be expected when being so central). The bathroom was beautfula nd the shower excellent. Nothing

• Nadja (7/5): Zentral & modern - Room only - Sehr stylische Zimmer und grosse, moderne und saubere Badezimmer. Zentrale Lage, etwas lärmig am Morgen. Es ist halt ein Guesthouse ohne weitere Infrastruktur (was wir wussten). Dafür finde ich den Preis eher hoch.

• Lola (10/5): Parfait - Nous avons passé quatre jours merveilleux à Milan dans ce logement. L’la chambre était parfaitement propre, très bien équipée et encore plus agréable que sur les photos. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville : tout est facilement accessible, que ce soit les transports, les restaurants ou les principaux sites. • Swift (9/5): - Beautiful room, great location. Little extras were also very thoughtful, for example umbrellas at the main door which you could borrow. We felt under pressure to check in. We had arranged a time to check in but then received several messages saying "we're here waiting for you" "let us know when you're close" etc. We felt quite rushed.

Рядом очень приличные и вкусные ресторанчики кафешки и очень рядом улицы с магазинами . Один минус , гостиница без завтрака в номере кроме чайника и экспресс машины нет ни чего. Так что часть дня планируешь где и когда найти трапезу по вкусу.

Kommunikation med värden/personal var snabb, trevlig och hjälpsam hela vägen. Kände mig verkligen välkommen och allt var precis som bilderna. Skulle absolut bo här igen nästa gång jag är i Milano. Rekommenderas starkt!

Checkin wurde uns über WhatsApp angeleitet, Personal war sehr bemüht, uns alle Informationen unkompliziert weiterzugeben. Das Gebäude sieht aus wie ein Geschäftshaus, nicht so einladend.

Je pensais qu'il s'agissait de produits offerts comme on le trouve dans la plupart des hôtels. J'ai l'habitude de voyager partout en Europe et c'est la première fois que je me fais rouler. Je déplore ces méthodes. Heureusement, je n'ai passé qu'une nuit. J'ai trouvé à Milan un autre hôtel avec, pour le même prix un accueil chaleureux, un apéritif offert, une chambre autre mieux décorée et spacieuse, des produits de toilettes. Bref, le jour et la nuit avec cet établissement que je déconseille vivement. C'est d'ailleurs la 1ère fois de ma vie que je mets un avis négatif sur un logement. Je fais d'habitude confiance aux avis mais les avis ne correspondent en rien à ce que j'ai vécu. Je conseille d'autres logements, bien meilleur rapport qualité prix que le duomo rooms.

• Patricia (10/5): Excellent value for a comfortable room close to the Duomo - I arrived somewhat late in the day but the manager was waiting for my arrival with a warm greeting. The room was clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was bright and functional. They provided slippers which is always appreciated! It's like a guest rooms floor in a building, so you will get a set of keys/fob to get into the building and the guest rooms area. That was fine for me, but not a typical hotel setup. The manager was able to store my luggage for the afternoon after I checked out, so there were some hotel-like conveniences. There was no complimentary drinking water, only minibar water for sale. I drink a lot of water so ended up buying some from a cafe nearby.

• Warren (10/5): Great property terrible people working in the building - The property was near the Duomo The building seems to have a racist facilities manager . I was coming outside the property and a man strangely asked me what I was doing in the building . Imagine coming outside with a bunch of Italians and getting singled out by a complete stranger. The situation was so bad I considered calling the police. I highly suggest the property speak with their personnel if they want to continue receiving international guests . Great property but because of this situation I wouldn’t come back here .
