Heike (6/5): Tolle Lage mit Blick auf den Comer See - das Haus ist eigentlich recht hübsch, aber es war wenig liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein bißchen mehr Deko, Sitzkissen für die (schon durchgesessenen) Rattan-Stühle auf dem Balkon, eine Küchenausstattung, in der man sich wenigstens auch mal einen Kaffee machen könnte hätten schon viel geholfen. Die Wegbeschreibung war ok, aber es war schwierig, das richtige Appartment zu finden. Das könnte noch verbessert werden.
Jim and Ginny (8/5): Maybe not what you were expecting, but worth while - Wemtend to be bottom feeders, so stayed in Griante rather than Bellagio. Our hotel turned out to be, not a hotel, but a two bedroom apartment with a great view of the lake. Apparently the Como Vita has places all over Griante. We had to follow a guide, by car, for about five minutes from the check-in spot to get to this place high up the hill, then another 30 steps from the street up to the great spot. Complete kitchen, TV, A/C or heat, dishwasher, king bed and two twins. The only disappointment we had was that the water wasn't all that hot. Too many people on a too-small tank, I guess. There are no close stores, shops, etc., but we did find a fine little trattoria about ten minutes on foot further up the hill where they made you feel at home and the food was excellent.
DIDIER (2/5): A FUIR - Sur le site la location est située en bordure du lac hors l'adresse indiquée correspond à l'agence COME VITA .le bien loue est situé à plus de 3 kms de l'endroit indiqué sur le site. La responsable de l'agence nous a emmené sur place,elle a été incapable de nous fournir l'adresse de la location pour pouvoir programmer mon GPS car l'endroit n'est pas facile à trouver.une petite vue lac était néanmoins visible.j'ai eu énormément de difficultés pour obtenir la facture ,visiblement elle ne voulait pas me la faire il a fallut que je me fâche pour enfin l'obtenir cette agence est à FUIR .
Nathalie (6/5): chambre avec vue - j'ai réservé la chambre, et j'ai été informée sur la confirmation de réservation qu'il nous faudrait acquitter la somme de 50 euros (pour 3 nuits) pour le ménage de la chambre, mais avons bénéficié d'une remise pour payer au final 35 euros. les informations données sur le site de réservation donnent l'adresse du bureau mais pas l'adresse du lieu d'hébergement, qui nécessite une auto, car éloigné des sites touristiques. La personne chargée de nous conduire au lieu d'hébergement ignorait l'adresse exacte… La chambre se trouve au troisième étage d'une ancienne maison rénovée avec beaucoup de gout. Pas d'indication sur le code wifi à l'arrivée et pas de personnel sur place pour nous renseigner. La chambre était très bien, avec une belle vue sur le lac de Come. Mais une meilleure communication sur les conditions d'hébergement et le cout serait bienvenue
Verified traveler (8/5): Beautiful Villa - Ill start by saying that this wasnt the Villa we had booked online...it was the San Martino. It was a beautiful Villa in the heart of Lake Como, tucked away in the awe inspiring mountain side. Room was huge, clean with plenty of space, two story Villa with full kitchen.
