- Philip (8/5): - The costal view from the room was 10/10. The location was perfectly in the middle of Torremolinos and La Carihuela, a little quiet at night while still having easy access to the local pubs and restaurants and multiple access options to get down to the beach/promenade.

- Steffen (8/5): - Zuvorkommendes Personal. Man ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Tolle Lage, tolle Aussicht. Mit Fahrstuhl zum Strand. Pool war nicht im Betrieb. Die Bettdecken waren nicht mit Bettwäsche bezogen sondern nur mit Laken unten und oben bedeckt. Die Matratzen hätten besser sein können.

L'appartement est placé dans une résidence certes en rénovation, mais avec un service réception 24/24 avec personnel très accueillant et une piscine privée. L'emplacement dans la ville est idéal car a deux pas des boutiques, supérettes, plage et station de train. Très calme, et une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et la mer. Un vrai paradis lorsque l'on se lève le matin , au lever du soleil , et le bruit des vagues ...

The hot water is only enough for one person to take a short shower before it goes cold. The AC did not work either. There was no response from the rental company. The people at reception are different to the rental company so they couldnt assist.

Pour le ménage 1 fois dans le mois durant mon séjour pourrait être fait au moins 1 fois par semaine et de remettre du papier toilette 2 rl en 1 mois j’ai du en acheté. Aussi en raison des travaux des corridors c’était bruyant ! Belle température mais malheureusement la piscine était fermé ouverture en mai seulement !

Salle de bain rénové. Mais il manque la porte de la douche… Réponse rapide(automatique) de l’hôte mais peu d’efficacité. Personnel à la réception habilité à donner et reprendre des clés sans plus. Tout autre demande est refusé et nous sommes dirigés vers l’hôte. Propreté douteuse.Cuisine à refaire et à ré-équipé. Odeur d’urine dans la salle de bain qui a finalement envahi tout l’appartement. Problème de la tuyauterie générale de l’édifice selon l’hôte. Donc, problème connu d’avance. Nous avons quitté une journée à l’avance tellement c’était désagréable. L’eau a été coupée sans avertissement dans tout l’édifice, nous en avions assez, rendu à ce point. Pas de fenêtre dans les chambre qui sont minuscules.

Der Service war prima. Wir konnten unser Womo in der Anlage abstellen. Die Heizung war super Geräte alt und verschmutzt

Verouderd gebouw, veel mankementen, geluidsoverlast van de aanpalende appartementen. Versleten en vuile potten,pannen en bestek. Enkel Spaanstalige TV-kanalen.

- christian (8/5): - La situation. de l'immeuble avec ascenseur pour accéder à la plage. La fermeture trop tôt de la piscine. Le brouilleur du poste de police qui empêche certains véhicules d'utiliser la fermeture/ouverture des portes et le démarrage automatique.
- Heli (6/5): - The view from the balcony to the beach was nice. We were given a key to the elevator which took us down to the beach from around the corner. Quiet room. Plenty of space except in the kitchen. Room 709: The blackout curtains in the second bedroom were not attached properly and were stuck, the curtains were hanging down and not moving anywhere, so it was dark in the bedroom all the time. The curtains in the living room also need washing and repair. The front panel of the bathroom cabinet in the second bedroom was missing. Too many useless things on the shelves in the living room. The balcony furniture was old and worn. The apartment needs updating. There should be more than one garbage bag and a few rolls toilet paper available. Considering that the cleaner only came once a week. The coffee maker's jug was too big for the machine, coffee didn't stay hot. Kitchen was very small but there was all we needed.

- Christian (9/5): Un logement exceptionnel - L'emplacement était juste parfait, la vue époustouflante, se coucher le soir en se faisant bercer par le bruit des vagues est l'une des meilleures choses que je n'ai jamais eu. Les équipements suffisent pour vivre confortablement pendant son séjour. La localisation de l'immeuble dans Google maps est erronée, Google maps t'indique en pleine milieu de la rue que tu est arrivé à destination or tu es à 250 voir 300 mettre de l'immeuble, cela doit être modifié, pour éviter des problèmes surtout quand on arrive tard dans le logement.

- Graham (7/5): Great place to stay for late sumer sun - Easy to get into the property and great view of the sea. Easy walking distance from the town and the lift to the beach is an added bonus. The property was neat, tidy and clean and had all that was needed for a weeks stay. It might have been helpful if the lift key had been replaced before we arrived, but it was not actually that difficult to get a new one. We did have two days when we could not use the lift. Also the kettle was a problem as it was broken but this was only a minor issue.
- Hans-Hermann (4/5): Mangelhaft - Die Lage des Hauses und die Ausrichtung nach Süden im siebten Stock sowie der große Balkon haben uns gut gefallen. Das Personal war freundlich und hat auf Anfragen schnell reagiert. Das Apartment ist leider nicht mehr auf heutigem Standard.. Es gibt nur einen alten kleinen Flachbildfernseher mit ausschließlich spanischen Programmen, kein Bidet. Eine vorhandene Musikanlage funktionierte nicht. Außerdem funktionierte von vier Stehlampen nur eine. Das Deckenlicht im Ventilator des Schlafzimmers funktionierte nicht. Am zweiten Tag, einem Samstagmorgen, gab die Toilettenspülung ihren Geist auf. Wir meldeten die Mängel zwar sofort, am Wochenende kam jedoch keine Hilfe. Erst am Montagvormittag kam der Haushandwerker, hat bis auf die Deckenbeleuchtung die Lampen instandgesetzt und die Toilettenspülung provisorisch wieder repariert. Nach einer weiteren Reklamation wurde dann auch ein neues Ventil in die Spülung eingebaut. Zwei Tage später platzte der Duschschlauch. Er wurde dann am selben Tag erneuert. Am vorletzten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes brach dann morgens ein Bettfuß meines etwas zu schmalen Einzelbettes ab. Es wurde dann im Laufe des Vormittags ausgetauscht. Insofern haben wir in dieser Woche dafür gesorgt, dass das Apartment wieder halbwegs funktionsfähig ist. Ansonsten gab es noch einen kaputten Stuhl am Esstisch sowie ein beschädigtes Tischchen.

- Alba (10/5): - El alojamiento muy limpio y las habitaciones son estupendas. El personal muy atento y amable. La ubicación es perfecta ya que tiene a 3 minutos bajando (en ascensor) a la playa y la zona turística muy cerca. No hay nada que no me haya gustado. Si tuviera que decir algo, la puerta de nuestra habitación costaba un poco cerrarla, y había algunas hormigas en algunas partes del apartamento.

Закрытая территория с классным бассейном.

Sælges som comfort lejlighed og det begreb kende Roca ikke!! Vi regnede med en renoveret lejlighed men fik en total gammeldags lejlighed, der er nedslidt og umoderne

- Suzanne (10/5): Enorm utsikt i fräsch lägenhet - En superior-lägenhet på 100 kvm med enorm utsikt! Två toaletter med dusch, den ena i det mindre sovrummet. Stor TV, dock bara spanska kanaler. Köket enormt litet men hade diskmaskin och kyl/frys. Tvättmaskin fanns i skåpet på den större balkongen. Vi bodde 9 nätter och fick städning 1 gång. Överlag en modernt inredd lägenhet med bra läge. Hiss ner till stranden och en fin pool vid huset. Kan rekomnenderas!
