The beds were not very comfortable and made a lot of squeaky noises when making any movement in the beds so my daughter and I kept waking each other up even though we were in separate beds. Otherwise would have given higher rating.

Tawna (6/5): - The location of the hotel itself was convenient and easily accessible to the highway and services. However the entrance was a bit confusing. The hotel room itself was where we ran in to issues. Upon entry the room had a musty smell, but at first appeared to be okay. Upon further inspection we found dead flies on the floor, in the little freezer of the fridge, and on the desk. The chair near the first bed was covered in multiple stains (questionable), and the top comforter of the beds were stained up and tattered. There was grass debris and food crumbs in the pull out dresser drawers, and the wall attached to the bathroom had what appeared to be boogers stuck on to it. The man working at the front counter never asked me for any information about my vehicle, nor to see my drivers license which I found to be strange. The only other issue we encountered was the people above us were so loud and it wasn’t just for a short time, it was the entire night all hours, they were stomping around, it sounded as though things such as furniture were being moved around and loud banging.
Jason (2/5): - I'm very disappointed in my stay here at this econo lodge. No hot water for the shower whatsoever and the tub doesn't drain either. This place since I visited a year ago has really gone down hill from what I can see, it's sad to say the least.

Nicholas (4/5): Not what I bought. - The room we selected was a room with 3 queen beds. That one was booked for over a month, so we did not get what we reserved. Despite having a picture of the bar/restaurant area, that is permanently closed per the sign on the door, even though there is an electronic sign on the outside of the hotel advertising pizza, burgers and cold beer. No continental breakfast despite hotels.com labeling it that way. When asked, the hotel explained they have tried to have that removed. Room was pretty standard the chair was in disrepair and staple scratched my leg. The beds had no support to the point me and my wife sunk into the center like a deflated air mattress. Had a fridge with a freezer though the freezer had to much ice build up to use. One bed side lap had a broken switch so we had to plug and unplug to turn it off and on. There is a city park close to the hotel that was really nice. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and we will never stay there again.
Alicia (8/5): Decent for no prior reservation - Room was average. King size bed was comfortable. The towel bar in bathroom was missing and the exhaust fan didn't work hence the peeling paint, but it was clean and I had a good night's sleep. Coffee and pastries for breakfast.

Wayne (2/5): - If I could give this poor excuse for a lodging facility a negative score, I would. The entire facility is dirty and ill-kept. The person at the reception desk was dismissive and disrespectful. The entire facility is filthy including the room we occupied. There is ample evidence that the staff is poorly trained and (probably) understaffed as well. The ice bucket in our room was half-full of water, indicating that it had not been emptied of ice-melt and properly dried. There was a half-filled bottle of complimentary shampoo in the room, indicating that it was likely left over from the patron occupying the room the previous night. The bulk shampoo and conditioner dispensers were not secured to the shower enclosure, so they fell to the floor of the shower when we attempted to use them. The ice machine in the lobby was not working and the second ice machine was inadequate to meet the demands of the patrons. It was necessary for us to carry all our luggage to the room because there was no luggage cart supplied by the facility. Upon arriving in the lobby in the morning to partake of the advertised breakfast, we were told that it consisted of "breakfast bars." We were told that "the breakfast food order hadn't arrived yet and its arrival was expected "in the afternoon," which would be well beyond the deadline for checkout even if we did wish to stay and wait for it. We found this to be exceedingly poor inventory management and represented a calloused breach of contract,
Janet (2/5): - No keycard available so I entered an unlocked room and could not safely leave my room once I was inside and had locked the door. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Room not clean. Grossly overpriced for what it was!
Crystal (2/5): Choose somewhere else! - Would never stay here again! I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for a family of five. Upon checking in, the lady at the front desk was on a personal call on her phone and not paying us much attention. When entering one of the rooms it smelled like dogs and cigarettes, carpet and furniture were horribly stained and the AC wasn't working so we asked to be moved. The room we got moved to had working AC and it looked like it was more updated than the other room however the entire floor was extremely sticky! It didn't have carpet like the other rooms. My husband ended up washing the floor with a towel and it was black! The room that my mother and son stayed in had working AC and smelled better but it was very outdated and again the carpet and furniture were very stained and dirty. All this said, the worst part about the whole stay was that we did not have hot water for our entire stay for either room. My stay was non-refundable but I still ended up booking a third room at the GrandStay hotel nearby so that we could take hot showers and have a decent breakfast. All the Econo Lodge had for breakfast was plastic wrapped danishes. Also, every time one of us walked past the lady working the front desk she was on the phone and it seemed like she was cussing out and yelling at her coworkers. This was literally the worst hotel experience I've had in my life.
Pamela (2/5): No hot water. - We were turned away because the hotel had no hot water. I have no idea how this property was rated so highly on Hotels.com. We were glad to leave and drive another 50 miles later in the evening to find a suitable hotel.

Gregg (6/5): - There were large amounts of water damage in the bathroom, so much that the door wouldn't even close. Electrical outlets were missing covers. Half of the doors on the side of the building where I stayed showed obvious patchwork, where the doors had been kicked in.

Checking in at 6 pm the room I reserved had not been fully cleaned and the second room they gave us also had not been fully cleaned. There was a fire alarm that went off and the staff did not hear it or address for about 10 minutes.

French fries were on the floor, flies in the room, deadbolt did not work. Beds did appear clean. Rooms in need of update. Picture is not accurate. Breakfast is NOT provided - there is coffee and some packaged pastries.
Chad (2/5): - This is a rough hotel. Our room was not clean and stunk. Also there were people smoking at the bar in the lobby right next to where you check in. This made a new rule for us of NEVER staying at an Econo Lodge again.

Kyle (4/5): Simple room was expected, but this was poor - The air conditioning did not function, leaving the room warm and very humid. There were beer bottle caps on one part of the floor. There was no hand soap or toiletries in the room (other than one bottle of conditioner). When asked about this, the front desk attendant mentioned that 'we no longer offer soap'. I understand that shampoos may not be offered, but no hand soap? That is very poor. I didn't expect much with a free breakfast, but there was only coffee and one type of cereal (Cheerios, perhaps?). No fruit, no yogurt, nothing other than the coffee and 'O's'. This stay left my friend and I wondering if this particular location is about to go out of business.

Audrey (2/5): - I came by at my check in time and was told the room was not cleaned yet as they are short staffed. Came back at 4:15 to find the same result. When I said we needed our keys because we had a rehearsal dinner thirty minutes away and wouldn’t be back until after ten I was told there is someone there 24/7 who could check us in whenever we got back. We returned at 11:50 and waited until 12:30 and no one showed up in the lobby. I tried calling the three phone numbers listed in the lobby as well as ringing the front desk bell and walking around the area to see if anyone were around to no avail. We luckily were able to stay at a friends place on the floor but this process and service was very disappointing.

Medina (2/5): - Worst hotel I have ever been to the white old woman with glasses who works there and has her young son on property told us Expedia gave us wrong confirmation number while she reaked of weed. She called us bad names and tried to physically fight with us for telling her she’s unprofessional her poor son was terrified she refused to be professional and said she hated her job and didn’t care she took it out on clients. The whole place was filthy and smelled of weed we saw her smoke on the property.

Richard (6/5): - The stairs in the lobby going to the second floor were terrible. They were steep, narrow and the risers were quite high. I'm not sure they were all the same height because my wife tripped while carrying some of our belongings up to the room. It is very fortunate that she didn't fall. Minor point not safety related - having totally different coverings on the two beds does not present a very professional appearance.
Marie (6/5): - They were short staffed, so trying to be kind. Gal at front desk was super nice and helpful, but had to wait for her to get checked in. She was in back doing laundry so didn’t hear us. Breakfast was a big disappointment. Only cold cereal and waffles or pancakes. Also, we didn’t notice when we first got there, there as little toilet paper left on the roller and no extra roll in the room. We were tired so went to bed and dealt with it in the morning. Again, same gal at front desk gave us some and apologized again saying they can’t find good help. Overall it was ok. We have stayed there prep and it was good for the price. We may stay again.

But the shower curtain had mold at the top and it kind of smelled in the room and we opened up the fridge and that’s where the smell was coming from. Apparently the fridge had been unplugged and it must’ve been dirty in there cause it’s smelled like rotting food. The bar restaurant that is there has always been understaffed. We got there about 930 and hurried up so we could order and about 10 minutes later. The bartender told us that the Cook had left so we were going to order a delivery pizza, but then the bartender said that somebody would come in and cook the food. So we did get our food and it was good. I guess you get what you pay for.

judithsH9580XO (6/5): Not recommended for families. - The Lodge was a disappointment as it turned out to be old and a place for truckers to stay. The toilet is almost child-sized, there was no hair dryer and the carpet in the room was very old. The mattresses were spongy and caved in. The truckers congregated outside the room every night for hours playing music, smoking and enjoying themselves. Not a place I will go to again.

Thomas (4/5): - Hallways, stairs, were not clean. No daily housekeeping, ‘for the safety of their staff.’ Right! For the safety of their ‘green’, is more like it. So only cleaning is between bookings. Entered room to find toilet rim covered in dried up urine. So in-between cleaning is also inadequate. Front desk did address this issue, thankfully.
