• John (8/5): I would stay at the property again next year when we are in town for the Sysco food show. - for a value property, it was clean, comfortable & location was perfect for our visit. The only negative was a middle aged lady with short brown / black hair that checked us in at the front desk. She definitely didn't make us feel comfortable when we arrived. She was the only negative that we experienced at the property.

• Penny (9/5): We come to Ottawa frequently and have tried a few other Hotels but keep returning to The Hampton Inn - A breakfast comes with the room. It has variety and is nutritious. There is plenty of seating and the room is attractive and fairly quiet. Staff is helpful and present when needed. The waffles are a nice touch. The staff were welcoming and polite. They are quick to help if you need something.

• Sarah (8/5): We would stay at the Hampton Inn the next time we travel. - Everything was to my satisfaction. I would stay here again. Gluten free bread was available for breakfast. I can't think of anything that could have been better except the cost could have been lower. The only reason we had to fly to Ottawa was due to the big storm in Toronto.

Bathroom stuff was very limited. Had to order lunch and dinner from outside , no dining Varity in breakfast is a must. Should have dining facilities and to provide sufficient amenities in wash room.
