Номер очень старый, шторы и окна грязные. В душе смеситель протекал, держится все на соплях. Изоляция плохая, слышно все, что на улице происходит, балкон очень грязный. Отель на 2* и этих денег не стоит, кружки грязные, на 2 человек была 1 кружка и 1 стакан.

- Joe Nugent (1/5): Would not bother wasting your money. Poor service. Broken and misleading services and facilities. - Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. The bar is completely fake and this is confirmed by the Reception staff. The bar does not operate at all so is clearly false advertising. The kitchen in the room had no usable pots, pans, crockery, or cutlery, so could not be used. The restaurant was not advertised as closed on booking.com and this was shown and agreed with the Reception staff. I emailed the following message to the hotel; Following a discussion with the FOH Manager, I have attached photos that offer a different perspective to those received in the recent messages. The photos include the prominent position of the opening times of the Yamas restaurant, the broken jacuzzi in my room, the empty cupboards in my kitchen and the dumped kitchen equipment that remains greasy and unusable. It has been suggested that the kitchen is cleaned regularly, the pictures confirm that statement to be incorrect because the condition of the kitchen equipment did not happen overnight. The other picture is the bar that is shown on booking.com and on your own website, and your website confirms it is a place to relax and as stated on the website. Olives Lobby Bar is the perfect place to have a rest after a busy day, where you can take your favourite drink in the company of friend or to have a successful business meeting. Whether you are with business partners, friends, or just relaxing, our friendly staff will provide you with an excellent service. This clearly states the operational use of the bar. The statements are therefore incorrect. I welcome your solution to these matters and any compensation recognising I have paid a significant amount for a room in a hotel that does not meet its own standards. The Front of House Manager refused to accept faults with the hotel and referred to the dirty and greasy pans and crockery in the room as "not up to par" which is a ridiculous statement when referring to a filthy pile of kitchenware stuffed in the back corner of the cupboard under the sink.

Решихме да сигнализираме на рецепция с надеждата проблемът да бъде решен адекватно. Вместо това срещнахме изключително лошо отношение. Помолихме да говорим с управител, но човекът, който дойде, се държа грубо и високомерно. Без никакво извинение ни беше обяснено, че няма възможност за смяна на стаята и ако не сме доволни – можем да си тръгнем. Подобно отношение към клиенти и такова ниво на поддръжка са абсолютно неприемливи. Не бихме повторили и не бихме препоръчали.

Помолихме да говорим с управител, но вместо това дойде човек, който се държа изключително грубо и арогантно. Без никакво извинение или опит да помогне, ни беше казано, че няма как да ни сменят стаята и ако не ни харесва – да си тръгваме. Пълна липса на хигиена, нулев професионализъм и тотално неуважение към клиентите. Това място е под всякаква критика. Абсолютно разочарование.

- Ahmed (10/5): So far the best hotel I have been in Sofia - The hotel itself feels very luxurious, the rooms, the restorant - everything. The staff is very helpful. The room we stayed was very big and had all facilities we needed. The balcony is a nice addition. The food was also very good. The location is nice, there are shops near by and it is easy to reach it by car. The parking is mostly reserved for people, which are not guests of the hotel. I was able to count no more than 5 or 6 spots for guests of the hotel. Though you can always park in the middle area, which is quite spacious, it still leaves you with the feeling that you might not be lucky enough to find a parking space next time you enter the parking.

- Kristina (9/5): Very nice stay with a great location and helpful staff - We had a great stay! The location is perfect, right next to a park, and our kids really enjoyed the playground. The apartment is well-furnished and includes a small kitchenette, which is very convenient if you prefer to stay in and enjoy your meals in the room. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We also liked the pool area. Just note that the sauna is not included and requires an additional fee. The breakfast was not included and had to be ordered separately after arrival for €11 per person, including children. It would have been better to have this option included or clearly offered in advance.

- Oprea (4/5): Condițiile generale au fost acceptabile, însă serviciile și atenția detalii lasă mult de dorit - În primul rând, atitudinea personalului de la recepție a lăsat mult de dorit. Cele două doamne de la receptie nu au dat dovadă de prea multă bunăvoință fiind vizibil iritate. Piscina avea apa foarte rece, iar accesul era permis doar în intervalele în care nu se desfășurau cursuri, ceea ce limita considerabil posibilitatea de a o folosi. Serviciul de curățenie a fost deplorabil. Pe parcursul unei săptămâni, în cameră se schimbau doar prosoapele și se arunca gunoiul. În rest, nu se făcea curățenie. Mai mult, personalul lăsa geamul deschis, iar când reveneam seara în cameră era foarte frig.Locurile de parcare sunt insuficiente în raport cu capacitatea hotelului, ceea ce creează un disconfort suplimentar.În cameră am întâmpinat și alte probleme: para de duș era ruptă și împrăștia apa peste tot, iar perdelele erau foarte murdare.La sosire am primit un card de 10% reducere pentru restaurantul hotelului, însă când am comandat mâncare în cameră ni s-a spus că reducerea nu se aplică pentru room service. În plus, am fost taxați suplimentar doar pentru livrarea preparatelor în cameră, aspect care nu ne-a fost comunicat inițial.
