- Naomi (8/5): - I like how clean and organized the facility was from the outside as well as the inside. I like how easy it was to check in and find your room. The location of the hotel was right in town, so we did not have to go far to eat or shop. The breakfast was amazing and has a lot of delicious options to choose from. The lounge was relaxing and always clean. I can't forget to mention the staff that were so hospitable and made us feel right at home. They always acknowledged me and my party, returning and leaving. It's a small gesture, but it showed that they honestly cared that it was much appreciated. To be honest, there is nothing that I could think of that I didn't like about my stay. It was truly a great experience.

Particular kudos to front desk staff, Antan, I believe that to be his name( young black gentleman with fashionable hairdo), was very pleasant and helpful making my stay much more pleasant. Town of Columbus, ow! Place needs work, serious facelift!! Hotel was fine.

- Kim (9/5): - The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a good location. They have ONE outdoor pool (not an indoor AND outdoor pool as stated on Booking.com), and it may need a little attention, but we enjoyed it. They also DO accept dogs! This was a great discovery for an upcoming need, especially since it was listed here as NOT allowing them. The breakfast was very basic, even for me, and I don't usually go for waffles, etc. It would be great if yogurt could be offered and a few other cereals, but if other guests aren't eating that, then I understand. While there were several pillows on the bed, all of them were the flat (feather?) kind. I would love to have a few foam- type in the mix like I've had at other Hampton Inns.

Room was nice except for unsafe loose outlets, loose shower drain cover that caused me to slip, and sticky hair dryer. Ice machine broken, VERY NOISY, loose nonfunctional outlets. Shower drain loose causing a near fall, sticky hair dryer. People smoking Marijuana in the pool and too rowdy to share space with them. DID NOT APPRECIATE THE $50 SHAKE DOWN ON REGISTRATION.

Previous persons hair in the shower and shampoo stains on the wall. This hotel was decent other than the bathroom showers need serious cleaning and updating. Oh, also paper thin walls, I could hear the people next door and in the hall as if they were in the room.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Clean and Comfortable but needs upkeep - This hotel is considered the ânice hotelâ in Columbus. Itâs clean, well situated, and has breakfast included. The only reason I didnât give 5 stars is because it needs upkeep. I was in a King Suite (403). The closet doors didnât slide so it was difficult getting to the iron and board. The light in the foyer where the coffee maker is was burnt out and the coffee maker had a nervous breakdown mid-boil, just boiling without brewing and sending water flying everywhere when I tried to open the top to figure out why. Thankfully it was my last morning there and second cup. The coffee is always terrible at Hilton brand hotels so I compensate by adding instant to the brew and using flavored creamer. Thereâs a microwave so you can also pick up coffee the night before, refrigerate it and then warm in the next morning. One of the 5 days I stayed, housekeeping didnât show up, which would be fine except that means no refills on coffee or emptying the teeny tiny trash cans. For longer stays, you may have to remind them to service the room.
