Guest Reviews
- dan (5/5): A little pricey for the quality... - Location was good; room was OK...room AC worked great, but hallways were HOT! No hallway AC in operation!
- Steve (1/5): This hotel sucked - Nothing The place was disgusting stains on the bed and linens . Bed was hard as a rock the whole place smelled no locked doors in the hallway to keep stuff safe
- John (3/5): Not the "Ritz" - Jessie was very helpful in assisting us. Hotels were hard to find with the closure of I15 forcing travelers heading north to go on I 40. Pretty clean. After 12 hours in traffic, needed a place to rest their heads. The price was $200, for a 1-2 star hotel. Price gouging because of road closures. No ice machine. No breakfast. Old 50's room. Little choice since hotels in Havasu City were fully booked. No cold water in the shower. Hard mattress. One flat pillow
- Ortega (7/5): Good -
- Joseph (2/5): - When we got there the lobby stunk really bad of old cigarrette smell and when he opened office door it was worse. They live there and must chain smoke. The hall leading to rooms stunk badly of cigerrettes smelleven thou non smoking the air in hall only worked on low and they shut the other air unit so at 115 and 117 it was miserably hot, and the air in our room only worked on low. The ice machine read out of ordergo to front desk, then i go there and was rudely told no i e machine broke. The pool was locked supposedly both days gor chemicals at the hottest point of the day instead of doing at night when pool clised at 9. I was so upset my wife almost got heat stroke. This place shouldve never been on Expedia site. Then the day after 4ththe rooms were only 40 dollars a night and i just paid 399.56 theserooms werent even worth the 40 dollars a night. No fresh towels or toilet paper. I definetly want some kind of compensation for the worst stay ever. If i dont hear back or get a resolution for this i will use bookingbuddy.com this was disgusting no coffee machine in the rooms.
- Russell (2/5): - My girlfriend got bed bug bites all over her body, room was dirty and I blame myself for looking at the only place available for the evening to stay
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (2/5): very rundown -
- Oscar (1/5): Paid almost $400 for 1 night 2 rooms for this absolutely unacceptable place!!!!! Machines were out of service, it was so - Property was extremely hot just the rooms were alright temperature!! Didn’t like anything about the property.
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rosemary (4/5): Disappointing -
- Jose (2/5): - Everything is outdated. Ac didn’t work, bed bugs, dirty restrooms unflushed toilets. Dirty floors ice machine was Out of order. Don’t Not Book Here
- Corey (5/5): okay place to stay. manager is nice - clean no pay channels on TV
- Chad (10/5): Exceptional - Staff was very accommodating. Had to leave
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The room smelled there was a dead cricket in the bathroom the bed was horrible
- Ofelia (8/5): Very good -
- Diane (4/5): - Bed and 2 pillows hard. Carpet worn, chairs uncomfortable. Picture of room online not adequate.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The property was pretty basic, but you are in the desert. The ice machines were all broken except one. Management frouned when i got an ice bucket full. Got a not so welcome knock half hour before check out. Its a desperate hit and run. Otherwise i had a great stay.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I was never able to check in because there was Noone in the office.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Lady was rude! Place is ran down
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The property did not look at all like the pictures. The parking area was horrible and the rooms not that pleasant.
- Russell (2/5): - Just an old filthy place period stains on sheets shower was repaired 200 times or more it’s just disgusting
- Verified traveler (6/5): not the greatest hotel but the cheapest for sure - the hotel smelled weird. the bed was way too hard. and the shower only let out steaming hot water. will not be staying here again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Was convenient to places I needed to go. Shabby. Bad leak from bathroom sink.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property is older and some of the furnishings dated but the room was clean and quiet. The staff was very accomodating!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The room was dirty and outdated. Shower had a bad smell. Sheets and comforters has holes in them. Towels were old.
- LUIS (2/5): Should be Travelers Out! - Hotel was nasty and dirty. It smelled like weed. Room was dirty and bed sheets smelled. Plus it was expensive. Only reason I stood there with my family was because everywhere else there was no vacancy. The only good thing about that place was that the AC was nice and cold surprisingly. Would not recommend that place even if it was free. Next time I'll just drive the extra 30 miles to find another hotel to stay in.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - no one greeted the front desk closed with a sign ( check in at 3pm) we were running out of toilet paper the guess next door shared the toilet paper with us, The bed sheets were dirty I have to call to changed, the couple there aren’t friendly all the hotel is dusty and dirty smells. Terrible experience I will never recommend any one to go to Travelers Inn
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Absolutely THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. After leaving my first review of the poor customer service the manager came to the room the next morning and instead of apologizing about her rude customer service she basically told us that she did what she could about the ants and that we could leave if we don't like it. Being that its Saturday morning we were unable to find any available rooms elsewhere otherwise we would have definitely checked out and left. Later Saturday night I called for more bath towels because there were only two towels and we had two adults and three children all under 6 years old. She rudely questioned me asking what do I needed more towels for she said she already left two towels. She continued to rudely question what i needed more towels for so at this point I lost it and she hung up on me. I simply wanted more towels so my children and I could all have a clean bath towel which we never received. Mind you she checked us in Friday specifically telling us we will be upstairs so don't let our children run/jump around, she came into our room friday night for ants and Saturday morning telling us we can leave and everytime she spoke to us she saw that there were two adults and three children. I was never rude when asking for anything. The manager is ABSOLUTELY the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. I would NEVER reccomend this hotel to anyone, Expedia should not be advertising this hotel as it is bad for their name/business
- Verified traveler (2/5): Beware - Need a complete make over. Carpet needs to be SHAMPOOED. Need new sheets towels and beds pillows. Just throw whole hotel away rebuild from scratch. I itched for over a hour when checking in.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The bed was hard and the sheets smelled like dust. The shower and sink took forever to turn and we barely had hot water. The tv was so small and old!
- Peter (2/5): Bad night in Bullhead - I had booked another room at the Aquarius in Laughlin via Hotels.com. Aquarius fraudulently stated they had rooms available, but never stated that the rooms they had available were smoking rooms! We needed a room, we were exhausted, and this place seemed ok. At least there was a roof over our heads. To make matters worse, Hotels.com is refusing to refund my charge to the Aquarius.
- Rick/Dawn (2/5): DO NOT STAY - Was charged extra for 2 beds in room, tried to cheat us on room knowing we reserved & paid for 2 beds. Pubic hairs in sink, dried pee on toilet seat, ice machine out of order, no hot water, no cooling in hallways (not running & hottest day so far of the year 101.5 degrees), furniture in room very old, falling apart & broken, curtains need replaced, old & not insulating anymore, allows light from outside to come through in many places, just over all a very horrible stay & all they could say was "Sorry." Prices were gouged through the roof & rooms not even worth a fleabag ghetto motel hooker price! DO NOT USE.
- Frank (2/5): - The worst place to stay. The room needs to remodel in order to charge the amount they do. I will never stay there again.
- Shane (2/5): - I never write reviews, but had to on this hotel. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The hotel is disgusting. The owners are rude and literally yelled at us because we asked for extra towels. The air conditioning barely works. The ice machines are broken. The whole hotel smells like cigarettes. I booked this hotel last minute on a full weekend. Never again. I highly suggest you stay somewhere else.
- Kyle (2/5): Worst hotel I ever stayed at - First of all the lady charge me over 10% in tax. I looked it up it should have been only 7. 8%. There was no air conditioning in the hallways. None of the ice makers in the entire Hotel worked except for the one that the lady in the office had access to and even then she would only give you one bucket of ice at a time. In the room there was no microwave. The refrigerator was off and had to be turned on and took a long time to cool down. The TV was the old CRT type. There was no padding underneath the carpet. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. I ran the water in the bathroom for 15 minutes and it never even got cool. The water in the shower came out of the shower head so hard it actually stung. You couldn't adjust the direction of the shower head so when you open the door 25% of the water came out and all over the floor. The towels were very thin and small. Even the parking lot was in poor condition. there was only one vending machine in the whole place and it barely had anything in it.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Matress was the oldest most box-like i;ve ever slept on. It’s economy, you get what you pay for.
- nimit (2/5): - Room is not clean. Bathroom towel is also not clean and have some stain on it.
- ermelinda (4/5): Don’t stay here. - Dingy, stale smell, no coffee maker, no hair dryer. Old, creaky, lumpy mattress. Driveway cement scrapes bottom of your car - only one entrance/exit! Towels are old and worn, very thin and frayed. Deadbolt lock doesn’t work.
- Verified traveler (6/5): What I needed - It was good. Good price. Easy to find. AC was great
- Jules (4/5): Last resort hotel - Travelers Inn was older and drab. Sheets seemed clean but rest seemed dirty. Blinds in hallway were filthy. Would not stay here again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrid - Booked w hotels.com stay1 nite on our way out of laughlin vaycay !room was a cave! Horrible amenities ! Sheets smelled ! Splatter on walls ,verry possibly blood ,no thanks !!
- clara (10/5): Great accomodations - Hotel staff was very helpful. Rooms clean. When I realize I left $4000.00 in cash in the room when I checked outi drove back panicked thinking it was definitely gone. My money was in the same spot they had already cleaned the room and undoubtedly come across it but it had not been touched. I feel this is a miracle
- Clayton (2/5): Scratched by a booger - We arrived and I layed on the bed setting the remote just out of arms reach. I slid my arm over to get it and scratched my arm on an old dried out booger. No curtain rofs and people looking into our window grom the rear of thier RV's. Paid $144 dollars for 1 night in that room. Super unhappy.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not worth the price - The rooms were decent, but the building could use some serious upgrades. The hallways were hot as they are not running the AC in the hallways. The carpeting is old; wear your shoes at all times. It's just not worth $250 for 2 nights. At least the Days Inn gives you a continental breakfast for $30 less a night. Next time, I'll make sure to book the Days Inn well in advance!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Rude service. Water leaks. Floor had a puddle. No a/c. Pipes were leaking through the walls. Terrible place to stay. We didn't end up staying there.
- con (2/5): Worst place ever!!!! - The experience I had was by far the worst. The room or hotel was dirty and the sheets alone with towels did not smell clean at all. When I asked for new towels the Sid they had none. I ask if I can switch the towels I had for new ones, the staff replyed very rude saying there are only the ones in the room that are provided and there are no more. The hallways to the room was hotter then outside and the bathroom looked as if it hadn't been clean in months.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not worth the money - Not what you would expect for the amount of money paid. I have stayed in hotels for a less than half that had more amenities.
- Daniel (6/5): 3 1/2 stars - It's was decent, the hotel could use some work But it served its purpose.
- Disapointed (4/5): Keep looking - Staying for the weekend in Laughlin. Was a cool day. A/C was working fine. Turned it off and room smelled damp. Hallways were hot. Stayed out as long as I could because I did not want to go back to the room. Bed was uncomfortable. Paint coming off the wall. Shower head cracked. Toilet very slow flushing. So glad I didn't bring my kids. Will not stay here again. I would rather bring a tent. Sorry if I'm too blunt.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Overpriced uncomfortable - Pay the extra and stay in Laughlin. Felt like I was sleeping on a box.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Never again - Upon check in the last was very nice and helpful, gave us a room close to the car and the door so loading my children wouldn't be much hassle. The room looked decent but there were ants everywhere that blended into the carpet. My children and I had so many ant bites it was ridiculous. We couldn't get the staff to talk to us about it and ultimately left a night early.
- Miguel (4/5): Definitely nothing fancy - Wasn't great. Stained towels and runny toilet. But I've seen worse.
- Amanda (2/5): Dirty!! - Waited 15 minutes for someone to show up and check us in. Dirty pillow case and towels, as well as dirty walls. There was no fitted sheet on my bed, just a flat one that wasn't big enough to tuck in.
- Shay (2/5): - I will never stay there again. They charger me $250.00 for two nights and the hotel was probably the most run down hotel I've seen in years
- CJ (2/5): It was so bad I didn't syay - It was dirty from the beginning - the check in area stunk so bad I could hardly handle it.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don't stay here - The hotel is a dive, smells bad, the rooms are filthy and creepy. The only saving grace was the front desk lady who was very nice in refunding us for our second night, however we had paid many times over what the room should have been worth for the first night so I believe they got their money anyways.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Hotels.com booked this room for me when my first choice was overbooked. It was supposed to be a step up with one half star better rating. The hotel I booked had a full parking lot that wknd, the Travelers Inn had four cars. This is not a hotel people want to stay at. The rooms have not been updated. The room had two headboards, one bed. The TV is cathode ray tube. The ice machine could not manage more than the 3 or 4 guests there; very old and quircky. Ants in the bathroom. A shower that spits on you. All of which I can put up with for a wknd, but an emergency sprinkler caked with salt and rust is a safety violation.
This hotel does not live up to its rating and was certainly no substitute for my original booking. I received good service while there, but this building is completely rundown.
- Verified traveler (2/5): worst experience ever!!! - This was the worst experience I've ever had in the almost 10 years of traveling and staying in hotels. This hotel is literally disgusting to say the least. The owner/front desk lady is rude and no accommodating at all. I felt very unsafe staying here. The rooms were extremely run down and everything was broken. The restroom had tile that was sinking in and I was literally scared that I was going to fall through somewhere. The hotel rooms air conditioner seems to be ages old because it would go out throughout the day and night. One night, I woke up drenched in sweat because it was throwing out hot air. The weather was 110 degrees and for a hotel room to not have a working air conditioner is ridiculous. On the second night, we asked to change rooms. The front desk lady was asleep and very bothered by the request. She was actually in pajamas when she came out to help us. Not only was she rude but she also kept throwing out comments as though it was our fault. My boyfriend and I had to go to a local walmart to buy towels and a blanket because we didn't feel comfortable with using their dirty things. Safety is a big thing to me, and I really felt unsafe staying here. Save you money and your peace of mind.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Just A Room - Room was cheap and you know why when you get there...no extra amenities what so ever...there was not even hot water in the morning for showers...was a very busy weekend and I guess the heaters could not keep up...definitely a budget motel
- Trista (2/5): Worst hotel ever!!! - This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in,the room was absolutely disgusting. the staff were rude and were not willing to help in any way. my brother and sister-in-law found a syringe in their room. We had to go to Walmart to buy Lysol and bleach before we even unpack our belongings.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Extremely poor - Rooms were dirty and a syringe was found in between beds.
