- Anton (8/5): Great stay but keep your expectations low. - Amazing food options everywhere! Bed was broken underneath so sleeping 2 in a bed made it uncomfortable. A/C machine was loud. Living room A/C machine had filters that I don’t think have ever been cleaned. Didn’t work well and looked disgusting see picture! Toilet was broken and run all night. They tried to fix it but it didn’t help. Frying pans should be thrown away. 2 coffee machines 2 tea kettles but no toaster! Silverware and dishes all miss matched and random. Parking was easy but there was a staff parking stall next to ours and that person parked like a JERK! Room itself was awesome and in a great location and price was right. I’d stay here again anytime. Loved the balcony overlooking the creek in town, a little loud at night but that’s the night life of Whistler.

- Tammy (2/5): - Was absolutely horrible confirmed three times that everything was OK. Then when my staff showed up, everything was not OK they tried to take another deposit from them kept them up for an hour at 2 o’clock in the morning was a horrible, horrible experience. I would never recommend.
- Hieu (6/5): - The property is good & cleaned. I like how they how dish ware & laundry machine to wash your dirty clothes. What I didn’t like was the underground parking. It terrible. Got lost finding where the gate is and the guest parking is really tight. There is no way I can park beside a big truck & get my car dinked. Parking is very limited & super tight if you have a big vehicle. Parking definitely needs to be improved but at least they offer free EV charging for 5hr Max.

- Vanessa (8/5): - This property is perfect for staying right in the village in Whistler. You’re close to all restaurant, shops and entertainment. The unit needs work. There are 2 missing smoke detectors, the pantry looks like it had a leak and was fixed but needs to be finished as there were cans of paint and a hole still exposed. The shower drained super slow it seemed to be plugged. And it could have been cleaned better. One of our guests has allergies to cats/dogs and she had a reaction due to hair all over the couch and chairs.
- Ka (6/5): - The bedding have some unpleasant oily smell, like they have been used and haven't been cleaned/refreshed for quite a while. My wife had to put them into the insuite drier. The clean sheets that house keeping brought helped to reduce the smell a bit. Otherwise, the place is comfy and convenient, right in the middle of the north village.
- Karen (8/5): The good and not so good - At check in, reception had an incorrect first name. I had the receipt with my name on it and the email they sent me. They claimed hotels.com gave them the wrong name. Was able to check in. Apartment clean, couch and bed a little hard for my liking. Liked all the conveniences. Blinds didn’t keep much of the light out. Read other reviews and brought ear plugs, as it doesn’t get quiet until midnight. When I opened the door to the stairs, people were sleeping on the floor. Took the other stairs up to the shops.
- Jennifer (2/5): - ** DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE ** Listed as two bathrooms, only had one. Will happily share pictures and screen shots to prove this. Property had two disconnected TVs both missing power cords and cable accounts not set up by owner. Management refused to proved another room with working appliances, and tried to edit the listing after the fact to take away the "2 bathrooms" once they realized the screw up after I booked and paid for the room. NOT honest people, would NOT stay here again. Would NOT recommend this property due to crappy service, deliberately misleading listing, non-working appliances, and tried to cover it up after the fact with Expedia. Thank God I took screen shots of my reservation and the property before they tried to change the listing after I booked. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
- Kevin (8/5): - While the property is clean and spacious, the main selling point for this unit is its location and proximity to all the shops, restaurants and even the skating rink. In terms of customer service from reception staff, don't expect much. They will produce you the card keys to access your unit and provide directions to the parking space, but that's about all they can do for you. You will need to directly contact the property manager with the phone number you're provided for all other inquiries. The only thing that does not go well for this unit is also related to its location. At night - past 10pm, the surrounding restaurants/pubs continue to play loud music, and you can hear people chatter. If that was not the case, this would have been a 5 star for my group.

- Vincent (4/5): - Well if you’re looking for a good night sleep, look elsewhere. Very noisy, very dated, tight parking stalls, limited but safe bike storage. Don’t park your bike there if you don’t wanted damaged or scratch.

- Michel (10/5): Location, location, location! - The check-in process was great and well explained. The unit was very good. Ideal location if you do not want to use your car. All access to store, grocery, restaurant and shopping were within easy access. It was a wonderful location.
- Kaelyn (8/5): - The placement of the A/C unit in the bedroom blocks the blinds, giving no privacy for part of the room. The unit also prevents the window from shutting, which lets a lot of noise into the room from the nearby restaurants and club. Other than the A/C unit placement, the property was very comfortable and functional.

- Armanda (2/5): - The only good this about this property is the location, but bring a sleeping mask cause to the light show you get in your bedroom from the light up gazebo in front of the property lights up the primary bedroom all night. However being next to two brew pubs makes it very loud until 5am. Even being on the fourth floor you can hear conversations clearly. The bed are not as advertised on the post. There is no King Bed it is a queen at best very small uncomfortable and very noisey. No hot water for showers or washing your face in the primary bathroom. The pull out mattress was a sight. When we were trying to setup the pullout we could see clomps of hair all over the underside. It was disgusting, there was hair on the pillows, socks from a previous guest and dust on the light fixture above the kitchen table. The A/C in this unit was only for the primary bedroom and the second bedroom had a stand up fan in it. This unit was extremely hot. We felt terrible for our children who were so excited to go on a quick get away and got this. Too top it off no WiFi. If I would have known this I would not have booked this property and would not recommend this place to anyone.
- Cameron (6/5): - This unit is located very central to everything. Whistler resort staff were amazing. The unit was nice, but is definitely starting to show some age. With being centrally located, the bedroom is over the Village Stroll and is subject to the noise associated with the bars closing. Parking is secure, although the space for this unit can be fairly tight. Small - Mia sized vehicles recommended.
- Dave (8/5): - Very convenient place to stay but hard to find as name listed isn’t what the building is called. Cannot reach anyone to let know- Kettle is broken, shower base filled up with water, bedrm and living rm TVs we’re connected by one remote, light switch in bedrm controlled plug had no idea, pans need replacing, duvet needs a bleach really dirty. When we asked at front desk they said to contact Expedia they couldn’t help us. My husband fixed shower by plunging and unconnected remotes.
- Tammy (4/5): - Location was great can walk to everything. Unit is nice and cool on very hot days. When we arrived there was toothpaste and spit in the sink, hair in the shower, empty shampoo bottles in the shower and the toilet had not been cleaned but the topper was when we went to crawl into bed late at night to fnd the bed had not been changed. The top sheet was found shoved down at the bottom of the bed. I spoke to the front desk early the next morning and they did send cleaners up to clean the unit but it should have been done before we arrived. The tv in the living room was all unplugged and our son had to set it up and program the remote so we could watch something. Our stay was amazing other than the cleaning issue. Bed was very comfy, ac was great and the front desk staff was very friendly and easy to talk to.
- Ryan (4/5): Large suite/condo, poor security - I emailed the property less than 24 hrs before arrival to confirm that I could securely store my luggage and change on my early arrival and then ski before checking in later; they confirmed. On arrival they were not able to securely store my luggage, I had to leave expensive items in the lobby while I ski’d. Then my last morning at 930am a man just walked into my unit with zero knock. I am not sure who he was but he had a key and entered the unit after I had just showered. I was about 5-7ft from the door when he entered and said oh sorry, I asked why he didn’t knock and he apologized and left. Not very secure site. Room is comfortable and spacious but slightly dated
- Julie (8/5): - The suite is comfortable and spacious, and the check-in clerk was friendly and helpful. The suite was clean. There were a few superficial flaws (paint scrapes, missing end caps on the towel rack), but these did not affect our enjoyment of the space. There is a decent sized kitchen where we were able to prepare meals. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, which is nice. A few more plates, glasses and utensils and cooking bowls would have been useful. Overall, it was good, and we would certainly stay there again.

- Trevor (8/5): Whistler getaway - The bear Lodge was wonderful. We found the place very nice. The a/c unit was wonderful for keeping the place cool. Our only concern is that the unit faces the night club and it gets quite noisy after closing especially Thursday - Saturday. It wasn't too bad but may be bothersome if you have young children. We found everyone we encountered to be kind, courteous, and professional. We would highly recommend staying here and it's central location Is perfect for the village.

Unit as it appears in photos. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. A/C worked well. Brand new looking washer/dryer. Very large comfortable space. This is probably one of the nicest suites in the building. Top floor corner unit. Building itself, lobby and hallways tired looking with very few amenities. Balcony overlooks very busy North Village restaurants, shops and bars. It can be very loud at night. Great location if you want to be in the middle of the action. Walk to everything.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - We were able to check in early. The unit was nice, well equipped kitchen and unit was clean. Some of the furniture was a bit worn. We rented a unit with twin beds but learned when we arrive that it wasn't twins. A call to the office said there was no twins and the unit wasn't advertised proberly. It was in the village and we could hear the entertainment from our our unit which was lovely. Unfortunately we could also hear the crowds leaving the bar. We enjoyed our stayed but wish we stayed longer.
