The pool was not heated, & there was too much chlorine in it. For about 1 1/2-2 hours, kids were running down the hall stomping & yelling. I finally called the front desk.

- Michelle (10/5): We will definitely choose this hotel again! - Our King Suite was spacious! We enjoyed the full bath in the bedroom and half bath in the living room area. We also loved being able to have temperature controls in each of the rooms. We will choose this room type again. The water pressure in the shower is my only complaint about the room. The bathtub was amazing and we had plenty of hot water. We would prefer later pool hours. They closed at 10 like most hotels do, but it would sure be helpful to have access later.

Outdoor sitting area was lovely as well as the Lobby, the lobby bar was nice and the young lady staffing it was a delight. Did not use any other amenities although they looked nice and clean as well. Only complaint was the mattress wasn’t comfortable. Would stay her again

Hot tub was out of service. 2 staff were rude.1 tried his best to not even acknowledge me or my family, didn’t greet us, would not even look our direction. Room next to us were banging on walls which caused my dogs to be barking but we were interrupted by staff saying to bring down the noise and partying. No partying or crazy loud noise was going on

A significant amount if water sprayed/leaked from the shower onto the bathroom floor each time I showered. I had to mop the floor after every shower. Other than that issue, everything else was great.

Did not have a “complimentary “ breakfast but had to pay $9 pp and not anything special than the hotel food at other actual complimentary hotels. Location around the close area have no breakfast restaurants. Mattresses were ok but the pillows were pretty warm out with no support, but other than that it was a nice hotel

The trash in the lobby was overflowing at 5pm when we checked in and at 8:30 am the next morning it was still overflowing. When I made the reservations, they were for four(4) people, but there were only 3 bath towels and two wash rags in the room. The hot tub water was opaque and green. We will not stay here again.
