• Hart (4/5): - The housekeeping staff was good and very helpful! The manager was extremely uptight and very nosey all in everyones space. He yelled at another lady and her husband had to set him straight. The check out time is 10 and they bang down the door at 9:45. The room is clean but outdated furniture and linens. No mirror in rm or bathroom. Area is horrible prostitutes walking up and down the street trying turn tricks. Drug dealers everywhere asking if you want drugs.. This may be the reason the manager is nosey! He might have had trouble with people from time to time. There was no evidence of any activity on the hotel property, however in front and beside it. The area ruins it for this business more than any other issue we had.

• Defillipo (1/5): - The room was down on the end so it was quiet as far as hearing other guests was concerned. We were harassed by a cleaning lady several times, she even entered the room and demanded we let her search for unregistered guests because a van was parked in front of our room, in spite of the fact that there were 6 rooms in that vacinity. It was absurd, rude, and we never received an apology. Never going back and don't recommend at all.

• Glenn (3/5): Cleaning employee is the devil in disguise - The staff always yelling at you if you ask a simple question or ask them to explain what they mean. They do this to try to not question them so they talk over you. The older lady who cleans the rooms says she only cleans there but something tells me she's more then that. No hotel or motel would allow a cleaning person to yell at there guests. If she only works there she needs to go rude evil disrespectful.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Some one call the BBB - Was over charged completely for the conditions and the location of hotel.. Was treated I. The worst way and rushed to leave and they watch you until you leave and barely let you get out of the room before entering
• Megan (2/5): - After I complained to the staff they changed our room to one with working doors and a working shower head. I got stuck in the bathroom because the door was broken and the shower head did not work so I had to use a cup.... $87 for the night + $20 deposit for one night in the hood is crazy anyways. They didn't have shampoo.. Who can afford $100 for one night in a motel???? With blood on the comforter!! Make your prices lower.

• James (4/5): Look elsewhere. - Terribly run down, needs maintenance, filthy worn carpet, bathroom & shower barely worked. A/C worked, fridge didn’t. Disappointed but only needed it for sleep & shower. You don’t want photos from us, just look elsewhere.

L bathroom was not cleaned, roaches were seen, bed was dirty and when asked for them to change i got told that they were clean even though there were stains all on BOTH beds. Toilet flushed when it felt like it. 1100 dollars for 4 days in a trash neighborhood and disgusting hotel because they knew there was an event in town and rooms were limited near venue.... price gouging at is finest.
• Kimberly (4/5): Only go here if you're desperate - Beds were big and comfortable and that's all I liked about it. The place was constantly surrounded by seedy people. The bathroom door broke the moment we opened it. The ac wasn't cool and had to be put at like 54 to work. The front desk lady told me I'd have to give her a "kid deposit" of 25$ but it could only be in cash. They knew I had kids and their ages. We made sure the room was clean before we left. I can see why they are a 2 or 3 star motel and it was definitely on me for being cheap. I do not recommend this motel unless you're desperate.

• Sean (2/5): - Property images definitely don't reflect how sketchy the area is. Used iron to lightly heat up one corner of bed as soon as I walked into the room to check for bedbugs. There were hundreds of them immediately flocking to the heat. Disgusting. Staff agreed to give a refund, however. I immediately left and found another hotel.

• Michael (5/5): I got what I paid for, and the staff was very friendly, and my trip was a success. - There was no breakfast. You get what you pay for. The rate was pretty low for short notice booking during a major event, so I did not expect much, I just wanted a room I could lock and feel safe, a bed and bathroom. The sheets were clean, and they came to service the room every day. The A/C and fridge worked good. The pillows had hair all over them inside the pillowcases. There was a lot of wood rot on the bathroom door and main door, the furniture was in poor condition but served its purpose. No hangers in the closet.

They allow a drug dealer to conduct business here. They definitely know about it, the employees was involved also.

The problem was that no one at morel could help .. no manager to help staff totally unfriendly and even though it said vacancy on there sign the woman behind desk said could not help me .as no manager . so long and short of it was no room and very bad service.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Experience was worse than my low expectations. - I sort of knew what I was getting myself into but it was still worse than I expected. The sheets and the tub looked decently clean. The sheets were very worn and the comforter was paper thin. It was quite cold and the a/c unit did not work so I had to use the comforter from the other bed to stay warm. The water pressure from the shower was very poor. There was a lot of... stuff, on the comforter, not sure what it was, looked like maybe the ceiling was falling apart onto the bed. All of the furniture is extremely worn and in terrible shape. The parking lot also has tons of craters and is in horrible shape. There is very little positive to say about this stay, it's not even that cheap. I'd spend the extra money and stay somewhere better.

So you can imagine I had to use one square each time I went to the restroom. I was so afraid I’d run out overnight. The tv did not work at all. It was spooky.

The office person came banging on the door at 8:30am until we left at 10am (checkout time) telling us to leave every 10-15 minutes she’d come back. How they banged on the door freaked the kids out.

• Karla (8/5): It is a very humble inn. I would recommend if you don’t need anything but a clean place to stay. We brought our own soap - The location is very convenient, the parking is free, the staff is accommodating, and the room was very clean and comfortable. It is in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood. There’s no soap or shampoo provided.

• Titus (4/5): Disappointing - The female manager told me that if I had a vistors in my room they were allowed to stay 5 to 10 mins, I immediately told her to cancel my reservation and put my money back on my card, The TV didn't work, to further matter, the next morning, the male manager took me for a room check, he stayed in the bathroom for an ungodly time, I went to see what was taking him so long, and I found him folding the dirty towels, and placing them back on the rack. I demanded my $20 deposit back and walked out, Those two shouldn't be running a hotel. I have explain above what I didn't like, but I will say that the cost was good, all tv's should work for the customers that are paying for their rooms

Dirty, nasty, the shower didn't work, a $155 reservation ended up costing $205 and when confronted abt the misleading booking ads the clerk suddenly couldn't speak clear enough English, only said manager tomm. That also did no good. Oh and woke up to cops surrounding the place and asking if we saw a guy in a photo they showed us and then proceeded to surround a room. Manager did nothing next morning btw. Lack of planning on my part made me try to find a last min bed to sleep in for a night near Main Street but i woulda have been just as good to find a park bench somewhere and saved my $200. Absolutely disgusting!! They will take every dime they can steal from u and not provide anything close to a $200 room.

• Stacey (3/5): You pay the price when you go cheap - They didn't Clean our room from the previous ppl, there was old food in microwave and dirty sheets in bed. Our guest got a room with bloody sheets and roaches, when asked for a new room that new room was also filled with roaches. I got lucky with none in my room. The beds were small but super comfortable and the shower took a while to work but got nice and hot. Read above

• Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable - Generally good condition but old. It was comfortable for the price. All was a little worn. The non-smoking condition seemed to have been a clean up and paint over. I could still smell some of the residual smell. I purchased my own air freshener spray. The folks were very friendly and offered fresh towels and trash pickup each morning.
