Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (10/5): One day exp - Great place, everything was amazing — clean, cozy, and with a pleasant atmosphere. I especially liked the privacy and comfort of the rooms. The only downside is that to leave, you have to call a local number or send a WhatsApp message to open the garage. If your phone is dead or you don’t have service (for example, on a short one-day trip), this could be a real inconvenience. It would be great if they offered an alternative way to exit.
- Alberto (10/5): - Nice place for fun
- jean marc (10/5): Transit - Confortable
- Karin Ellinor Leijon (2/5): - It was very far from Puerto Morelos, 15 km, and it had no windows. Very dark.
- William (2/5): - This is an hourly rate hotel. It is not for staying in for a week. No blanket
Bed was horrible. Vinyl covered with a sheet.
I booked it for a week and moved out after 1 night.
- VALDEV (2/5): - Poor electricity in the room, did not linebthe security the Garage door entrance and it smelt of mildew staff was nice but spoke no
English at all.
- ricardo (4/5): - xjfisj
- N6545RKlarrym (8/5): Great Hideaway for some SW Fun - It's a nice place to invita a SW couple or friend.
They have thematic rooms with Tantra Chairs, Sex Swings and Jacuzzis.
No, it's not Las Vegas quality but, if you can't get into the All-Inclusive Resorts for soe fun time with friends, this is a great option.
It's about 20 mins from the Cancun Hotel Zone, just past the airport, on the way to Pto Morelos or Playa del Carmen.
- KANWARDEEP (4/5): - The staff were only spanish spoken. They lock the garage. We had to keep yelling for 15 mins to get the garage open so we could get out of our rental room. Theres no front desk or any info for check in or check out. Just a intelcom to talk someone who only speaks spanish.
- Jaseon (6/5): - To much power outage and know bar know food that make it rough
- Richard (10/5): - Buena
- Nellie (10/5): - Bueno
- Cyril (2/5): - The room wasn’t clean and up to part they don’t speak English and I feel it isn’t that safe I came to my garage apartment and another couple was in my Gary with they car and my gate closed and I had to wait for them to leave
- Merlin (10/5): - Great Place
- josmar (10/5): - Bueno
- Jase (2/5): - Very restricted and set up like a prison. As I checked in I checked out.
- William (10/5): Arab VIP was good value for money - The arab vip suite was very good value for money. Things others mentioned were normal practice of no key for room, although I got one on request on a differe t booking. No ac controller was supplied but pther rooms.nkrmally have it, evebtually I asked for ac to be turned on and ot was left on for the last two days. Staff will help but the security generally requires spansish. The whole process is easy enough. I got an ear infection on leaving, it may have been from the jacuzi but not sure. Overall was a good deal even with the little things. If you have access to a pole dancer the arab vip is an experience in itself. The bed in the arab is not as large as other rooms but comes with silky drapes and the pole dance section imo is much nicer. Overall I like the layout of the arab vip pver the red room and semcasiones rooms. This end of the complex can hear the highway a little.
- Louis (6/5): - They don't give you a room key, you are able to close the garage door, but you have to call them over the phone to open it. Unsafe condition!
- Caleb John (2/5): - This is a brothel. Pure and simple. Without the hookers. If you close the garage door you are locked in. No windows, no escape.
- Steve (6/5): - We’ve stayed here before and previous stays were better. In general, this is an excellent and FUN place to stay near the airport, and we will be back. But this particular time: there were no towels in the room, and took a while to get some; first TV remote didn’t work; then the next remote worked, but the TV adult channels didn’t work; the wifi didn’t work; and a few other minor annoyances.
- alfonso reynoso (6/5): - Es divertida
- Christine (2/5): - Zero amenities, no towels, no front desk. All around dirty. No English speaking. Signs in room say to dial zero for room service but no phone in room, no wifi, no cellphone reception. Entrance to room is through a garage door, opener didn't work...we had to get creative to escape.
- Steve (8/5): - Great location, very clean, very helpful bilingual manager
- Michael (2/5): - Did not stay, got into room, didn’t touch anything, just turned around and left. No one spoke English, and once the garage door close, we were trapped inside and could not get out. We had to bang on doors to get out. We didn’t even ask for our money back, just left and found a clean hotel.
- Colin (8/5): - This is a very discreet hotel. You never see anyone when you arrive. There is a speaker that you talk to someone to give your name to. They tell you a number and you drive to it. The garage door will be open, you pull in and close the door. The room was a little run down with missing tiles and such but very sexy and naughty. We took the red room which had a sex swing, a stripper pole and a round bed with a mirror on the ceiling. There’s no soap or shampoo but if your looking for fun, this is it. You could get bottle service through a two sided security box but we didn’t use it. You do need to phone them a few minutes before you want to leave so they can open the garage door for you to leave. Overall, it was a fun experience.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Ugh, i mean, ok, but.... - It's close to the airport, but and as exotic as the pictures imply. What isn't so clear is the only window is a tiny thing above the toilet and the air conditioner never got the place cool.
Definitely a latin american love hotel that you can book for a normal stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - What a wonderful place. Safe and secure. Helpful staff all the way around. The water heater doesn’t get really hot but other than that we had an amazing 10 nights there. The Cuban guy, and Antonio were both amazingly helpful and the cleaners are fantastic and trustworthy. If you’re looking for an affordable secure place to stay while in Riviera Maya this is that place
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I would say that this hotel is the lowest and most untaken care of motels you could go too. Don’t go too mexico
- Aaron (10/5): nice cheap place to stay near airport - Excellent place to stay for the adventurous couple, close to the airport.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Second Stay in a Week - You can't beat the price. The only downside was the wifi, and when I asked the front desk, they provided us with a different password and it worked but was slow. And the toilet didn't have a seat...also... Hopefully you won't be surfing the web during your stay. The water temp and pressure were perfect. Previously stayed in the red/roja room and this time in the sensations room (beige with bench). Even had instructions on bench positions, very helpful. Not your typical hotel room (no fridge&windows/limited tv&wifi). BUT super quiet, clean, comfortable, and discrete/private. If you are a couple, don't think twice. Super convenient to from CUN airport.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient, Clean and Cheap - This place was so worth the price. The check in was super easy. We were supposed to arrive at 11pm, turned into 2am and someone was in communication with me the whole time and available. The only downside was wifi (none) however the room was clean, super close to the airport and private. Parking is in a garage, safe. I would stay here again, for a couple or even just to stay close to the airport. Towels provided, no liquid soap (only bar). Also the water was warm (not hot), good for showering comfortably.
- Shofali (2/5): None at the desk or gate - No one was thereto check me in! No 24 hour desk
- Amgad (8/5): Nice love hotel - Love Hotel
Clean and comfy
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was a pleasing property my husband and i like trying new things and this motel was great. We were able to sleep in, it doesn't have any windows it could have used a bit more lighting lamps etc. inside the room. The room could also have used a bit of cleaning. I recommend bringing some clorox wipes lol. Never the less we enjoyed this room very much indeed.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - My last 3 day staying, there was no running WATER!
I have to come home to usa an order to shower! Worst part they wouldn’t move to different room or bring water but they were still renting rooms to customers. For adults, they had 2 channel didn’t work, very poorly. Expedia says that WiFi was included but in my room internet never worked. When I got signal after 2 minute, it was interrupted! Please don’t never put in motel like that. I had to book hostels an order to be comfortable. I should get some of money back...thanks
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was only 10 minutes from the airport. It was noce to have our car in a secure place.
- gp (4/5): - had to waite at entrence for them to find our reservation, room smelt to meldo and airco wasn't cooling, no towels and when received these where very used
- K (10/5): great facilities - Clean
Great room facilities
Exactly what the promotion/description provided
Great internet/expedia communications re questions
- Verified traveler (6/5): - There is no front desk. You need to check in via call box. We didnt know how o get into our room because there are no instructions and no one to ask. There were no towels, blankets or even a trash can in the the room. We had to dial operator to get a towel and our room key. The staff on the phone did not speak much english and it was hard to communicate with them , although they did manage to understand hen i asked them to call me a taxi to take me back to the airport. There are no restaurants within walking distance and the motel does not have a menu.
- Earnst (2/5): - Dirty, i had to kill a huge bug inside the bed (2 inches sort of cricket), hot, poor air conditioning, low quality, cheap toiletries.
- shimikas30 (2/5): Terrible - This place is terrible...the staff act like they don't know or understand English. My husband planned a trip to Cancun to surprise me...We both got surprised when we arrived. The room didn't have towels, soap, and didn't look so great. It is in the middle of nowhere so there is very poor cell phone service and signals. We were there 30 minutes before we took a cab to find another hotel(Omni Hotel and Resort). This place gave me and my husband a very bad vibe...like something shady and illegal is going on. I would not take a dog there.
- G (2/5): Bad I didn’t feel feel safe to stay - I left the hotel no receiption office to check in not clean not safe
- J (6/5): Kinky - It's easy to get there, it's very close to the airport. It took us more than 20 minutes to check in as the speaker at the main entrance wouldn't work. The place is fantastic to do Kinky stuff at but not much variety on the tv, one channel only and the video stopped after a while. We stayed overnight and that bed wasn't made for sleeping. At the end we had fun, but I might think about it twice if I want to come back again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Only if you're looking for low budget - No windows, could be cleaner and provide more basic products as in other establishments.
- Ben (10/5): Happy couple - It was everything we expected... loved it
- Bevo89 (6/5): Amazing place with poor management/employees - First and foremost, the overall rating is a reflection of the staff I dealt with. The hotel as a building was well worth a 5-star rating. More on that later.
I arrived at 11:30 pm by taxi and that in itself was problematic but my only concern was on if the next 9 hours would be amazing or a nightmare. This is a boutique hotel that is several miles away from any other establishment so if you don't have a car then you don't have a backup plan. The hotel does have a menu that you can order from in the room. It actually has two, one for snacks, sodas, setups and such and the other was for adult toys. They sell new and have rentals available if you forgot your own..... didn't go there.
Go prepared. The rooms are exactly as pictured. If you have never been to an adult hotel then this one will be great but there are much better. The rooms are clean and seem to be well maintained in all aspects. They only had 2 porn channels going and they weren't channels, each was a dvd that was put on loop. 2 free hours of porn and 1 hour of ads for more porn on each end of the loop. Nearly torture imho.
The room is worth it's fee, and truthfully so is the staff. I'd stay there again because there are a few different room types that just look so fun and nothing fun is ever THAT easy.
- Verified traveler (2/5): The rooms are in garages - Did not stay 1 night. The place is Horrible! Pictures are deceiving and having a hard time getting my money back!
- Phil (6/5): Inexpensive and clean hotel near Cancun airport - My wife and I arrived at Cancun airport late in the evening and wanted to find an inexpensive hotel that was an easy drive from the airport. This place fit the bill exactly.
However, potential guests should be aware that this type of hotel caters to couples seeking privacy for romantic assignations. You check in through a speaker (like the drive through at Burger King), you drive to your assigned room and park in the garage and the door is closed behind you immediately. The room is huge, and don't be surprised to find a gigantic heart-shaped bed, a dancing area complete with stripper pole, mirrors on the ceiling and red lights in the room. And if you stay all night (instead of paying by the hour) don't expect continental breakfast or waffles in the morning.
These places tend to be surprisingly clean and nice, as this one was. We got what we expected which was a great night's sleep, and in the morning we were back on the main Cancun-Tulum highway in 30 seconds.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient quirky hotel for adventurous adults. - This place was unique, to say the least. Totally fine for a quick place to stay very close to the airport. The room was surprisingly spacious. Obviously not suitable for children and I would not recommend for a long term stay due to the lack of windows and limited TV selection. Overall, a fine value for the money. We did not use it for anything salacious, just a place to sleep on our way to other adventures.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Better by the hour - It is what it is - a no-tell motel.
- Gagandeep (2/5): - We went there and figured out that it was not a motel but more like a prison that they lock your garage everytime and took a while to open it again for you. We asked them to cancel our reservation and refund right after 15 minutes we checked in but they told us that they cant do anything and we have to contact hotels.com. As we were out of country, so couldnt call them either which leads us to choose another place the same day. And we paid our money for NOTHING. Well ! This was worst experience we ever had.
- NARESH KUMAR (8/5): All is well according to price. - Good new experience
- Ermine (4/5): Maybe/Maybe Not... - The room was very pretty...and caters to ADULTS ONLY!!! There are only 4 channels 2 of which are ADULT ONLY channels. The room was very dark! Again very sensual for the ADULT ONLY crowd! The staff was nice though. We booked the room for 4 nights and only stayed for 4 hrs. We lost out on like $200 but the next hotel we stayed at was much better...The water would not get hot, the hot tub water smelled of rotten eggs, you can barely see in there with every light on. There are no windows, only in the bathroom. The theme was really cute and the idea is to have.......and lots of it.... but just not for a long stay. Maybe stay one night just for the experience! If none of the things I mentioned bothers you, then I think you'll like it! We could not leave when we wanted. We had to call to have them open our garage door. So you drive up to a intercom to check in, he gives you your room number, your drive directly to your room number's garage. The door is up a few steps (and ours were infested with ants!) The room did have a weird smell...lol... but it was really pretty. If the lighting was better, the water was hotter, there weren't ants that we had to fear were getting into our luggage but couldn't see to verify, we had more tv channels, they had an iron board and iron, I would've stayed. They need to have more options for guests and not be so controlling! I should have the option of light then dim them when it was time to get busy, not just darkness! But hey, you live and you learn.
- Verified traveler (10/5): If you did your research you'll love it! - It was our first night in the riviera maya and we wanted somewhere close to the airport and close to our event at xoximilco. I did read the reviews and look at the photos so I knew what I was getting into.
The worst part about it was checking in. It was a pull up window like you would order fast food. They then give you a room number with no key and you pull into a garage door where they have control of opening and closing it. The room was spectacular. Clean, modern, funky, fun, unique. If I didn't know what I was getting into I would have been a little in shock - but we embraced the experienced and checked "staying in a hook up hotel" off our bucket list.
The room had a stripper pole, adult toys you can order, and a few beers and champagne options. You pay with cash thru what we called the "port hole" where they exchange cash for items anonymously.
The only reason we stayed at this hotel was to rest after our flight and to be close to xoximilco so we didn't have to pay an absurd cab ride or drink and drive.
Research what you're getting into so you aren't disappointed. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless I was having an affair - but it was truly a unique experience.
- tina catherine (10/5): quiet clean and priced right - I booked several hotels for our 13 nights in Cancun and this was my favorite. You need to have a car because its a few miles from downtown. Smoker friendly, and complete privacy. Got the best sleep of the trip. My husband and I were there for 4 nights. No cable but free WiFi , with private garage. For the money I would book it again.
- veronica (2/5): Motel for sex - This motel is just for having sex. Expedia doesn't say it!! We booked this hotel because was our last night and we wanted to be close to the airport... When we arrived it looked so weird, there is not reception only a speaker who ask u what type of room u want of the picture ( sado with handcuffs, jungle, Arabic vip....!!!)
- Paul (6/5): Enroute - This place was cheap, clean and close to the airport. The cable selection left a little to be desired but the bed was awesome and the staff were friendly. Great place to stay for a night if your plane comes in late or you have to leave early in the morning. Conveniently located right on the highway about 15 mins from the airport.
- Rebecca (4/5): Cancun getaway - The motel room was clean. The location was very poor, not near anything convenient for a vacation. One would need reliable transportation. The hotel is approximately 20 minutes from each central point or activities in Cancun.
Room service, not so great. The menu only consisted of hamburgar and fries or chicken wings an dfries (very expensive). No cable or digital service. Literally only has 4 stations in Spanish with 3 of the channels being of adult viewing content only.
If you stay, understanding and speaking Spanish is a must.
Overall, the staff were very friendly. The motel just isnt equipped for a vaction stay.
- pb (2/5): it was spooky - scary privacy, we did not see any hotel staff ( they speak with you through ph or a iron door )
it makaes u feel u r being watched. i dont know who needs these kinds f privacy or for what but i dont.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Outstanding Experience !!! LOVE IT !! - This hotel was perfect for the experience we were looking for. My favorite things were the open shower, the spectacular sunsets, private garage & entrance for the room, pole in the room, round bed & romantic atmosphere. Also it was close to airport.
This place is unbelievable. If you want to be treated like royalty, this is the place to go. My wife couldn't find one flaw and this is big!
- Errol (8/5): A secret hideaway for lovers. - We had to get moved to another room as the room they put us in had stains on the sheets. The young manager was very accommodating
- 629chuckl (2/5): Worst experience EVER!!!!!! - I would never recommend this hotel to ANYONE. The staff did not speak English, they wanted to charge extra money for the stay (CASH), the mattress pad had stains on it, pretty sure the mattresses had significant problems. They wanted to lock you in at night and called around 2 or 3 am and wanted us to leave and had a taxi cab waiting. Websites like Priceline, Expedia, etc should not have this hotel listed. I couldn't wait to get out and head to our resort. This is a "sex" hotel that people typically stay at for a few hours. This is not a HOTEL or MOTEL and they need to stop advertising that they are. The only positive thing was the staff member the next morning who was kind and could tell we wanted to get the heck out of there and allowed us to use WiFi and called a cab for us.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!!!
- M5064WCmarkh (2/5): Don't be surprised like we were - This place was designed and built as an erotic adult site for liasons and trysts. For that purpose, it was actually rather cleverly done. For example, each unit (they are all themed) has a private garage and various accompanying accoutrements (such as a dance pole). You can also buy any toys that you forgot. Naturally, rentals are available in hourly increments.
On the other hand, you are essentially locked into your room, which has just one tiny window in the toilet area, with no place to hang clothes, no hand towels, no wash cloths. There is no pool and it is not close to anything, both of which are consistent with the privacy aspect. The room therefore felt claustrophobic, especially with no place to go (you need a car). They served food but it was essentially light snacks and not very good. Surprisingly, the bed was not very comfortable.
You only want to stay here if you know what you are getting into.
