Giulia (5/5): Sotto le aspettative - La pulizia, la posizione, ma il resto... Al ristorante c'era una cameriera soltanto che spariva per 10-12 minuti in cucina quando paghi €28 una bistecchina con poche patatine e poche zucchine grigliate non esiste un servizio del genere. Quando sono entrata era estremamente distratta e quando è sparita dei clienti hanno dovuto accomodarsi da soli. Inoltre quando il giorno dopo il momento del check-out mi hanno chiesto se è andato tutto bene e io ho risposto la conica: " il soggiorno sì, il ristorante no" dalla formalissima signorina che evidentemente mi ha fatto la domanda soltanto perché le era stato imposto, ho ricevuto come risposta un laconico: "oh mi dispiace". Come mai non ti sei informata su cosa intendessi per migliorare la qualità della struttura dove lavori? Tutto il personale era molto giovane: spesso non vuol dire nulla, ma in questo caso sì: troppo inesperti, bisogna tirare le orecchie a chi assume! Esattamente lo stesso motivo per cui non ho trovato le due ciotole del cane (che paga 30 euro a notte per essere ospitato!!) al mio arrivo, poi recuperare con dichiaratami fatica dallo staff.

La terrasse est agréable pour lire ou prendre un verre. Accès à la bibliothèque de l'université, bel environnement. J'ai tout aimé.

Colazione abbondante, personale disponibile e gentile. Parcheggio disponibile a un ottimo prezzo. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche diversi bar, ristoranti e un supermercato.

Hotel bello, elegante, con colazione super, quindi una bellissima esperienza anche per i genitori. Consigliatissimo, come tutti gli NH!

Andreas (3/5): Enttäuschender Aufenthalt - Großes Zimmer und reichhaltiges Frühstück Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und gegenüber in dem Studentenwohnheim fand auf der Terrasse eine lautstarke Party statt, an Schlaf in dem stickigen Zimmer war daher nicht zu denken. Leider hat die Rezeption beide Probleme nicht lösen können, sehr schade.

Elisa (9/5): Bell'hotel in un quartiere di design - La colazione è assolutamente eccezionale. Una grande varietà di formaggi, di dolci, frutta tagliata... veramente ottima Ho trovato i cuscini un po' duri.
De Oliveira (8/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzo - Molto bella la struttura, molto organizzati, tutto pulito. Ottima posizione. Per essere un 4 stelle superior la colazione lasciava a desiderare molto scarsa, il parcheggio a pagamento non è una scelta consona al livello della struttura.
Rebecca (5/5): - eigentlich wunderschönes Hotel. Sehr abgelegen Betten unbequem für eine Nacht okay. Sind spät nachts angereist. Alles über Booking com abgewickelt mit Zahlung. In der Früh Schlüsselkarte an der Rezeption abgegeben und weiter an den Gardasee gereist. Am Nachmittag böse Mail erhalten.. sind abgereist ohne zu bezahlen????? Kurtaxe 5 euro fehlte. Keiner vom Personal hat je was gesagt... fand ich ehrlich sehr frech und beleidigend. Also Achtung beim abreisen selber nicht vergessen.. sonst droht...

Mathis (9/5): Nice and convenient on the way south from the Alps in Italy. - Location, location is really good close to university and the museum, it’s quiet. We will come back again. Some of the furniture looked a little abused. It was clean, but furniture needs either a newer version or some care / repair.

Anka7june (10/5): Great stay - We had a wonderful stay for a week with the family at NH Trento, and everything was perfect. The connected rooms are a fantastic option for families, giving both comfort and convenience. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of very good local products. We also found the staff to be extremely friendly and professional, both at the restaurant and at the reception, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We traveled by car, and it was very convenient that the hotel also has parking available. Overall, we truly loved our stay and can’t wait to come back again soon.
LMSP (8/5): Bland but efficient business hotel - This is a fairly new hotel that looks like any other big chain hotel once you’re inside. We had a balcony room, me mistakenly thinking that might mean a view. The view was of an internal wall. Rooms are compact but have everything you might need although they’ve not splurged on lighting. Breakfast is fine. Service is good. Underground parking is convenient. Location is a bit further from the old city than they suggest. A good 20 minute walk. Best to walk via the cemeteries rather than follow the Google route up main road. And you need to walk to old city if you want a decent dinner.
