- Suz&Seb (9/5): Amazing location - Love to stay here when going to Perisher Valley. Amazing location and views. Breakfast and dinner was excellent, excellent staff at reception and restaurant. On site parking. The thin walls between rooms.

- Soozen Marr (9/5): Fantastic location and great dining options - The breakfast buffet had a great variety. The dinner inclusion was exceptional and the service was amazing. Best choices of meals and nice wine list. Thoroughly enjoyed it all! Coffee was average, could do with a more modern coffee machine. The view of the gas tank wasn't great, disappointed not to be offered a better view, the hotel wasn't full.

- Guest (7/5): My overall experience with the hotel, location of hotel and amenities were very good as a whole - The food at night was excellent, the main lounge area and bar were good and the in house entertainment was also very good.
The ski and boot area storage was conveniently located and well positioned witin the hotel. My room was large and comfortable but the size of the ensuite bathroom was very small and cramped particularly the WC area.
The breakfast was fair but not really comparable to the same quality and level of experience as I enjoyed with the service for dinner.
- Kerry (8/5): Great location - We had a package deal, including dinner and breakfast. The location was great directly across the road from Ski Tube, a porter is available to get your bags across if it's slushy. Reception staff were excellent. The room was a good size. Meals were good, dinner menu changing each night. Ski storage and boot room available Bathroom was quite small. Storage (wardrobe / drawer space) was fairly limited. Had to use stairs to get to the room. Pricey but for special occasions worth it
- Bmw (8/5): Was happy overall with our stay and would stay here again. - The food was great. The staff were great. The drying room was a little cramped and snow gear didn't fully dry out.
- Joseph (3/5): Poor - Rooms need a makeover still in the 1980-90s
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Mengze (8/5): Met expectations, not cheap, but worth it for those who want a great skiing experience - Location was great, food that came with it was exceptional can hear water dripping at night was a bit annoying
- Angela (10/5): Perfect location, delicious food, friendly staff and kids club! - Fantastic food and cocktails, and beautiful lounge area with fireplaces and comfortable seating. The added bonus of the kids club was excellent, our son had a great time and allowed us to enjoy a night out. Location is soo close to the lifts, making getting everyone to ski lessons on time was easy. Staff were very friendly and helped us transport our gear to and from the ski tube. Had a great weekend and will definitely book again!
- Brigitte (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (9/5): Staff are awesome. - The staff were amazing. Very individual, engaging and friendly. Made the stay so fun
- Kelly (9/5): great stay - Buffet Breakfast great and Dinner delicious 3 course each night. Beautiful feel to the restaurant overlooking the ski fields, Fireworks on Sat night were great. Worried we would be cold without electric blankets, the rooms were warm, wasn't cold at all. Rooms dated but worth it to stay right on the snow
- Bruce (7/5): Great location and lounge, rooms are basic - Great comfy lounge with fires and restaurant area with view.
Ski and boot storage excellent.
Very close to ski tube. The room was fine but very basic for the price, small beds and plain decor considering its 4 star.
Meals were quite fancy and took a long time between courses, would have been good to have a more hearty post-skiing option each day too eg pasta.
- Stuart (9/5): Superb -
- John (10/5): Great place - Location staff great room lovely Na
- Anonymous (10/5): Highly recommend due to convenience, a very pleasant stay! - Location to lifts excellent, staff friendly, helpful & efficient. Good food & service. Rooms dated, however very clean, spacious & comfortable. Expensive.
- Ella (7/5): Good -
- Gabrielle (9/5): A wonderful luxury for us to stay in such beautiful location, we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and dinner each night, - Lovely staff, a great restaurant and lounge, the boot room and storage facilities are very convenient. As soon as any issues were reported they were resolved which was great. The mattresses are a little firm, I would like to be able to open a vent for some fresh air, the room gets stuffy, windows were locked being winter. The parking was convenient but expensive.
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (9/5): Exceptional dinners. - Great location and the meals were fantastic. All good
- Josh (10/5): Really great location and awesome food and drinks. Beds and rooms could be a lot better - Amazing location and food was excellent. Bar area and lounge was awesome. Beds uncomfortable and run down basic rooms.
- Runfeng (7/5): Good - The three-course dinner is very good The kettle is so plastic and the electric plug behind the bed can not be reached out
- Anthony (9/5): Superb -
- Elizabeth (10/5): Will go back - Excellent staff and management . Restaurant had very good food and it was pleasure to watch the manager looking after patrons and managing the staff. Location and atmosphere.
- Saeed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Larry (10/5): Wonderful stay with great views. - The location. Nothing
- Belinda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sid (10/5): We had an excellent weekend skiing and being so close to everything in amazing atmosphere - Location and amazing view onto the skiing track and 3 course meals included for dinner Breakfast was pretty ordinary

- Jonathon (8/5): Fantastic location staff were hit and miss helping - Breakfast was good but terrible coffee
Location is the best Bathroom was old and leaking windows and taps and very cold also needs new toilet seats
- Katarina (10/5): Absolutely wonderful accomodation and staff - Absolutely beautiful place to stay with excellent staff Cold windows and cold getting in through the floor
- Paul (7/5): Our first time staying at hotel and we loved it 🥰 - Would have liked a small fitness room with maybe a running treadmill and some free weights.
Walls are a bit thin and you can hear a lot of other people especially at night room actually got too hot at night unable to adjust the heater setting, so forced to open the window
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ricky (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jierq (10/5): good location and great value for money - good location and i like the breakfast choice especially pancake making machine and onsite omellette cooking if beds/ pillows are firmer, it would be nicer
- Dieison (10/5): Perfect - wonderful view, everything very good breakfast, all the staff very attentive Everything good
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (9/5): 9/10 amazing - The proximity of the chair lift in the heart of Perisher is a plus, the staff hyper friendly, and food quite good not many choices but cover the basic. The breakfast thought amazing. Rooms need a humidifier, high altitude, cold air and heating unit 24/7 makes de air absolutely dry. Was hard to sleep first night after that I learned few tricks which made a pleasant stay.
- Svircevic (6/5): Pleasant - The location and the car park and the restaurant The shower was not the best and the tv was small
- Melissa (8/5): best snow experience . Everything in one place Staff superb - The skiing sight is just a few steps away. Super convenient I hope there are also triple rooms that is overlooking the mountains
- Glenn (9/5): Great but needs better acoustics, soundproofing. - Style, comfort, heating, facilities, location. Noisy plumbing woke us up 4 times, late showers by neighbour, middle of the night toilets and loudspeaker phone calls.
- Jessi (10/5): Great service - Cozy Beauty
- Yvette (10/5): Exceptional -
- Braiden (10/5): Staff were all amazing, loved our stay - I liked the lounge areas especially by the fireplaces with dim lighting Nothing, everything was amazing
- Moggridge (8/5): Very good - The location made it amazing but the staff and warmth of the hotel made it a great experience.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (10/5): amazing - everthing nothing
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location!
Comfortable and friendly service.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Staff were awesome :)
Great location. Wish we were there longer.
We'll be back!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice staff - Across from the ski tube station, it’s a fair hike down the hill & across the bridge to the ski lift (ski/pole storage (no boots) $30/day). Rooms are pretty basic with radiator heating, no Wi-Fi (available in lobby/restaurant only), small TV (often without reception) mini fridge/electric kettle/tea & instant coffee (no microwave or coffee maker), small closet (no robe/slippers). Tiny, cramped bathroom with shower stall, no counter space. Very nice staff. Large restaurant bar; breakfast & dinner included in room rate. Garage parking $35/day.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff and level of service - these two factors were by far the best attributes of the stay.
- Jorge (10/5): 👍 - Great hotel. Very handy. Great restaurant and lounge
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The location is great. But the facilities are a little old
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The location of the property.
Staff at front desk were very accommodating.
I also liked that there were a lot of Australians employed at this property
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Liked the lounge area and the food
Disliked the wait at reception, the noise above the room, the poor condition of the DVD and the limited TV program
Was looking to see the Wimbledon
- Chez (10/5): - Awesome location, Amazing Friendly Staff, Great Food. The attached hotel offers the "Epic Nachos" for $22. We struggled between 2 of us to ever finish it, could feed 4 people. Best value on the mountain.
Cant wait to book our next snow trip here. Thanks for having us!!!!
- Luke (10/5): Good accommodation - Great accommodation however, a bit over priced.
- Young ju (8/5): Great place to stay - Good location, good food, good beer, happy staying^^ love to come back again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Won’t be back for this hotel again . - The hotel it very old , noisy room . Staff service it lack of training .
- Phang (10/5): Prefect location - Just walk to perisher ski slope in 5 min. Just across the road from skitube terminal if not driving. Footwork convenient shop at terminal for snacks, drinks etc. Complimentary shuttle bus to Smiggins Holes from terminal roundabout.
- Jorge (10/5): Great hotel with a terrific restaurant - Terrific location for skiing. Very comfortable room. Attentive and friendly staff. The restaurant was terrific. Great food, great view and deco and prompt and friendly service. Obviously well managed. Very satisfied!
- jag (10/5): - Abit old hotel but in Excellent location and very freindly staff, would definitely stay there again
- Boris (8/5): - Little dated, very helpful staff, pleasant stay, parking is convenient. The main negative is that the door between adjacent rooms blocks very little noise.
- Rowdy (6/5): - Had to mark down because the bed's were too hard. For the price, should be able to get a decent sleep? Not too much to ask for?
Hotel is showing its age and hasn't changed since last visit over 10 years ago. Seems to run by teenagers, who had varying degrees of skill with guest interaction, though there were a couple of stand-outs who went out of their way to help.
It's all about location and convenience here and you pay the price, but don't necessarily get the value?
- Dianne (8/5): Parking - a real plus - Family hotel and the only one with garage parking at the snowline in Perisher - that's a real plus.
- Duncan (10/5): Comfortable with great views of Perisher - Good communication with guests
Management have a focus on meeting guest needs
Great views of Perisher and close to the ski lifts and all amenities
Onsite under cover car parking
- Lesandkd (8/5): The Man - good location and great to have undercover parking
