• Danielle (6/5): - You get what you paid for. It's convenient for an overnight stay. We stayed in a pet friendly bungalow. It was clean and fresh, but very small. It had a queen bed which was hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were hard and flat. It had a small shower stall in the bathroom.

Half of the plug ins wouldn’t charge a phone, interior is old and tired and needs a deep clean to bring it back to its glory. WIFI didn’t work in cabin 18. In room coffee is not good. You can purchase coffee in the lobby but only once they open at 9am. Coffee is ok, but not the best. Go to the Painted Turtle restaurant for a memorable breakfast!

• Ralph (10/5): - The place was very safe and quiet, clean and the restaurant on site was an added benefit! The food was very good and fresh as well. Cabins need updating, but they were equipped with everything you need. We stayed only one night in the cabin.
• Carrie (8/5): - Delightful property and staff. Room was huge, half a duplex with two bedrooms and kitchenette. Room was a bit tired, mattress could use an upgrade. But reno’s are happening, new flooring, new tub/shower and everything was clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent in resort and restaurant. Great pool, nice pond with gazebo. Grounds were nice, campground looked comfortable.

• zero (10/5): - From check in to check out i had a great time. The place isnt perfect but for the price you cant complain. The onsite restaurant was good with decent prices. Theyve got a pool table and two arcade games to play on. Pool was good.

• Christopher Van (2/5): - The fridge door handle was broken, the fridge selves was broken, one of the bed was broken, one of the garbage was taken away for no reason, bathroom light was left on by the cleaning staff, one of the cleaning staff didnt lock the room well we was out, my girlfriend stabbed her heel on something sharp on the bed, a beer can and some nuts was left in the room from the people before us, the kitchen was so slow we just left, the servers you had at the restaurant took 30 minutes to take an order (the restaurant wasnt even full), like i get it'a a cheap hotel, but even my most minimum of expectation of just safe room to sleep in, and staff that can do basic work seemed to be too much.

Some of us camped and thought another toilet solution would be good for the campers, some of the listed amentities were not available, and access to the lake would be amazing. The trails and waterfalls around were stunning, and the staff seemed friendly. We stayed in a family suite and it was adequate. Thank you

• Bob (10/5): - Our first impression driving in was mixed but after seeing the rest of the grounds, meeting the staff and seeing our room, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very accommodating and we enjoyed our 1 night stay.

It only worked for one night then was stuck on one channel When we returned the last night there was a note on our door saying we were supposed to have checked out, not very impressive. Yes the desk fixed the problem, and replace the coffee pods I had requested in the morning.
• Harry (8/5): - Predominantly a campsite with some additional rooms available. Good location close to a few restaurants/cafes and shops and easy access to the waterfalls. Spacious rooms, but a bit tired and dated. Unlike most other places quiet time is a bit later (11pm), less ideal if you have young children.

• Amanda (10/5): - What a cute little spot! It’s right close to the arena as that’s why we are always in Clearwater. This will always be our go to place when we need to spend nights.

• Chris (10/5): Nice, clean, good pub, excellent price - Was looking for a decent hotel for a good price for a quick work trip to Clearwater, and this place delivered. Great pub onsite, cabins are nice and cozy, pond with fountain was a nice feature. Looking forward to coming back in the summer to experience the pool and mini golf.

Our room was clean and comfy, the resort had things to entertain the kids and they really enjoyed the stay, asking if we can come back again! We camped last time and had a wonderful experience then aswell. Im sure well be back again!

• Patricia (8/5): - This property is quite unique. It has an RV resort and a motel like rooms. We stayined in a very unique building. We had the whole bottom floor. It was perfect for the 3 of us because it had 2 rooms. The main room had the king bed and in the seperate room were a queen and a twin bed. This works for us, as I snore quite loud. The room also had a kitchenette. The outdoor property is gorgeous. There were flowers growing on our deck and right outside our front door was a pond, complete with a gazebo like building in the centre. It will be perfect for outdoor gatherings. There is full retaraunt and an ice cream parlor. I couldnt believe how reasonabley priced our short stay was. I would highly recommend this place to others.

The kids had plenty to do with good pool /Golf / park all very nice. It was safe and the staff were very helpful and friendly. On site restaurant lunch and dinner was good. We will come back :)

• Herman (6/5): - The place is as described in your booking. Nothing special, but the accomodation was fine and it is nice that there is a swimming pool. It is also on the road to Wells Gray Provincial Park, therefore the location is good (also next to the visitor's centre).
• Maureen (4/5): - The room we stayed in seemed to have a lot of problems, plus it hadn’t been renovated/upgraded in quite some time. The shower didn’t work very well. It was challenging to find the right temperature and then it squealed at you the whole time it was running. The coffee maker didn’t work at all, so staff gave me a new one, which worked, but then they didn’t restock our room supplies. We were missed for housekeeping one day all together. It was challenging to charge our devices when we were there because everything we plugged in would fall right out.

• l (6/5): - It was a very hot day. So when we arrive just before 9:30pm , we expected to have a nice cooled room. That didn't happened. The air conditioner was not even plugged in. So it took aboutan hour and a half for the room to get cool enough to sleep. Also the air conditioner is right beside the bed and was extremely noisy.

• darlene (4/5): - When we checked in, front desk was very accommodating. They made my stay more convenient so i didn't have to do much walking to get to my room. They mentioned the dining room and said it had the best food in town. So my room cost $126 for the night all in. We went to our room , where there was a ponytail elastic on the floor from some other guest, there was black soil on the bathroom floor and the baseboard needed washing.. We then went for dinner, in their dining room. Boy what a mistake. We both ordered the special which was the beef dip sandwich. I asks for fries, my husband had the chowder. My husband had to go to the bar and ask for a refill on our drinks as the staff was standing around giggling with each other. Then it was over an hour before we got our dinner, but we could watch the kitchen staff eating food while preparing our food. All in all if that was the best food in town, I feel sorry for the rest of the town.

• Heather (8/5): - The property needs more cleaning and updating. I like that the bungalows face the pond and fountain. Restaurant on site but the food was not that good. French fries seemed to have been cooked in old oil as they were soggy and tasteless. But I am still planning on returning next year and staying in a bigger bungalow. Love all the trees on site..site has a pool, mini golf and plenty of space for parking.

• Elena (8/5): - Beautiful cabin be the lake. It would have been good if there were some hooks and shelves in the room and bathroom so we can neatly place some of our clothes and gear. It would have been great to have a screen door so we can keep the door open and enjoy the pond and the grass in front of the cabin. We had to keep to door close because of mosquitos and the room was dark and not very pleasant with the closed door.

The T.V. turned on but had no programming and the shower's hot water only lasted long enough for one person to get soaped up (cold rinse). We were double charged but the friendly staff was quick to rectify the problem.
