• David (8/5): Impawa worth a visit in Ban Phai - The room spotless. The bathroom very good, the location was perfect. The gardens very good and plenty of parking.Bteakfast was good. The kettle was a push down model inadequate. Missed not having a safe. That was a big problem.

• D (10/5): Peaceful vibe - Inpawa Hotel is a very comfortable hotel. The rooms are clean and modern. The entire facility provides a relaxed and peaceful vibe. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We've stayed here before and will stay here again.

• Charles (7/5): The hotel is ok but a little rundown on the outside, stairways were dirty, but once inside the room. - Good location, staff were fine, room was a good size Breakfast was boring and I thought very basic. Our room was on the top floor at the very end of the building and a walk from lift, yet the hotel had plenty of empty rooms available so they could have put us in a room closer to the facilities.

• Syed (9/5): It was best stay and recommend. - Breakfast very nice and was convenient to BIG C shopping mall beautiful environment and nature. Would like to stay again when i come to Ban Phai. Reception checkin was fast and very impressive with our stay. All staff very good. It was perfect.

Really enjoyed the Sunday night market. - Hearty breakfast to start the day and all staff helpful and accomodating No evening meals available and no western style food available anywhere that we could find locally. Although plenty of street food available. KFC available at Big C (10minute drive) but can’t eat that every night.

• Noeru (8/5): The hotel's environment was quiet and the garden make the weather cooler when it was too sunny. - I love the pillows they were so comfy. The room is so large. The breakfast was nice especially the mini croissants were so good. I like that they have soap and shampoo container built in the shower room. The TV isn't so clear and not so many channels too watch. The toilet paper was too thin and too easy to be macerate when wet. In the shower room the warm water came out quite late that made me thought that I can only use cold water.

• Joanna (6/5): Nice lobby, no hot water - The lobby was beautiful, rooms were big and location was central. Our room had no hot water so we had to go to another room to shower and then come back. When the staff came to check the hot water, they laughed at us. There was fresh looking blood marks on the bed sheets that looked like they hadn’t even been washed yet. The layout for the double rooms is a little bit weird. Looks like there is a small chair in a huge space where a couch should be.
