- Cherie (10/5): Excellent holiday park! - This is definately one of my favourite holiday parks. Helpful and friendly hosts. Really lovely and tidy grounds with lots of trees. Cabin was very clean and tidy as were all the amenities. Caters for all groups, cyclists, teams, fishing etc. with cabins, motels, campsites. Even some friendly animals for all to enjoy. I think I heard a Kiwi at night from my cabin. Highly recommend! Nothing!

- Ciara (8/5): Fabulous swim at the river over the road, then back to the lodge - where we saw black fantails - for a bbq. - Loved the unique character of the lodge. Very kiwi, very comfortable and the perfect location for our group Lodge could do with its own bbq

- Leif (7/5): - The first night was not funny at all,, got a minor room with jo toilet and shower,, the beds was a catastrophy,, but the the next nigh we changed for the motel,,, excellent… so if you consider Kiwi Parks go for the motel rooms,,

- Ruth (7/5): Good value peaceful stay - Good value stay just outside Nelson lakes. Very quiet and nice and dark at night so peaceful sleep, beds also very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and host was helpful with a late check in Door stuck on carpet when opening into room but not a major issue Not much around for food or dining
