• Ruth Sharfzon (7/5): - חדר גדול מאוד,2 מזגנים שעובדים טוב מיקום, אנשי צוות התחזוקה מגיבים מיד ונחמדים מאוד הינו ב 2 חדרים ובשניהם היו נפילות חשמל מספר פעמים כשמטעינים את הטלפונים גם מים חמים לא היו והצוות בא להפעיל זרם המים בטוש חלש בקבלה לא סימפטיות בניגוד לצוות התחזוקה.

Lage ist sehr Zentral Es gibt keine Vermittlung bzw. Motorrad Verleih Wenig Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Kein Vergrößerungs Spiegel im Bad.

• ATurpin (5/5): Disappointed with uncleanliness. Location for night market is only thing. Prefer Blu Monkey. - The location was good for night market. The lobby was clean but overstaffed. The room was not tidy nor clean. The room had a lot of stained furniture, one piece we asked for it to be removed . We had to pay for extra key, which is unusual as we are two people. Tiles were broken in the bathroom. Perhaps it was unusual, but on 5th top floor we had a Thai girls school trip, they were sleeping on mattresses on floor and running from room to room.

Die angemerkte Lautstärke kann ich für unser Zimmer nicht bestätigen, wir hatten keinerlei Probleme. Die Ausrichtung des Zimmers war zum Optiker auf der anderen Straßenseite.

• frederic (7/5): Largement suffisant pour un transit dans la ville - Emplacement central chambre spacieuse. Personnel très serviable et sympathique. J’ai demandé un taxi le soir pour un départ tôt pour l’aéroport, le taxi m’attendait à l’heure pile à la réception tout a été fait et on m’a appelé 5 mn avant , service impeccable. Salle de bain et douche propre Couloirs défraîchies qui méritent un coup de peinture . Déco un peu passée mais ce n’est pas très dérangeant. L’hôtel est bon marché donc rien de choquant.

• Edurne (7/5): - Tenía buena ubicación y las camas eran muy cómodas. Además la habitación triple que nos tocó era muy amplia y el baño también. Hacia calor en la habitación aunque había aire pero no llegaba a todas partes. Tampoco nos gusto que nos mandaran mensajes uno o dos días antes de nuestra llegada diciendo que no se podía hacer el checkin a partir de las 20h y que cancelarían la reserva si llegabamos más tarde de esa hora. Les enviamos mensaje diciendo que nuestro vuelo llegaba a las 19.25 y si había problema y no respondieron. Aún así fuimos y realmente en la recepción (que estaban a todas horas) fueron muy amables y no nos pusieron ningún problema, pero la sensación con la que llegamos no fue buena por los mensajes.

Attenzione perché hanno aspettato il giorno della scadenza per poter cancellare la prenotazione per dirci che il check-in si poteva fare solo fino alle 18:00 dicendo che se non si fa in tempo cancellano la prenotazione senza rimborso. Su Booking segnano le 20:00 ma in realtà poi la reception è aperta tutta la notte.. non si capisce. Tenetelo presente quando prenotate e assicuratevi prima che possano ricevervi anche dopo le 18/20 in caso di bisogno. La struttura non e pulitissima, abbiamo trovato delle ragnatele in bagno. I servizi però ci sono tutti.

Booking should be aware of this as it is uncommon and could be a problem if you are not prepared. Most travelers that use Booking expect credit or debit card use as a standard.

• Fanni (6/5): Pleasant - The location was perfect. The room and bathroom was specious. If you book this hotel you need to know that there is no noise isolation. In the morning the maids are loud and you can hear them clearly also the trafic is pretty loud. Unfortunatly I had cockroates in the room. And the water was not enough warm for me. Also after cleaning I found my pj-s on the floor.

Large room. Good shower (when you find the button for hot water ;-) ). Rooms to the yard are really quiet. Fridge. Good elevator. A/C efficient but the location in front of the beds make it difficult to adjust. Careful when you enter the bathroom - difference on level. Just one chair in a double room.

Nice hotel, large, quiet room to the yard. Quite central. Large fridge in the room with some drinks to buy. Nice bathroom with the shower separated in a good way. They kept sending threatening messages that we will not be able to check in after 18.00 without prior consent and not at all after 20.00. No reply to our worried questions since our plane landed 19.25 and we got there around 21.00. No problem to check in. Apparently they have a 24 hour reception... During our two days stay, the water in the shower was only luke warm. We were on the top floor - maybe that is the reason? We did not bring it up with staff, so maybe there could have been a solution.

• Gary (8/5): It’s fine for one or two nights. - The room was very big but a little outdated. The air conditioner is loud and makes for an uncomfortable sleep. Staff were fine… they deal with many guests so they are on autopilot. Location is fantastic! It’s a little outdated and I think the price should be lower.

• Francois01 (8/5): Surat Thani central hotel with big rooms - no facilities but price is fair - Great service - great service, from entering car park (it was raining and the guard came to help with umbrellas), check-in (have to pay a deposit), bell boy was very kind and carried all the luggage. Free coffee, if you can come to lobby before 10am. Lot's of small restaurants around the hotel. Night market is walking distance. The windows were directly overlooking huge high tension electrical cables. Not very healthy if you stay a few nights.

• Gerard (8/5): One of the best places to stay within Surat Thani Central area. - Location is excellent. Walking distance to the night market and the pier area. Staff were very attentive and nice, always with a smile on their faces. There are some snacks and coffee/water for free at the lobby area. Parking was nice and safe inside the compound. Lighting in the bathroom could be added to make it brighter. The air conditioning units were not in their best shape and maybe should be replaced soon.

Room is large, toilet is clean, amenities in the room are acceptable. It is located in a good place where is surrounding by local restaurants, banks, a little bit walk to the night market and local market. The parking lot is large and there is the area for parking roof👍 There is one electrical plug at the vanity table beside the bathroom is broken (no electricity supply).
