• Joanna (8/5): Very good - Location was wonderful as it was right by a more quiet section of beach. Plus having the shuttle available to get around Boracay was convenient. There's not really anything the property can do about this, but there are roosters next door that started crowing quite early in the morning. Not sure if all the rooms could hear them, but the sound came through very clearly in my room and woke everyone up well before dawn every day. We got used to it pretty quickly, so thankfully it did not ruin our stay. Everything else was great.

It is not the hotel´s fault, but there is a construction side that spoils othervise great view from some angles... but location is overall good

• Alina (8/5): Very good - Spacious room with a big bed and big balcony. Friendly staff. Breakfast was not really huge in terms of size, but freshly made every time and tasted good, with a fantastic view from the terrace. We really liked the location, a bit aside of the overall noise (apart from roosters in the morning), the beach was just a few steps away, several good restaurants in a walking distance. Upon arrival there were some cleanliness issues (I won't go into details) which were however immediately resolved by the staff. 2 times we had some issues with hot water in the shower, the boiler did not always work well. We were not warned that water in the fridge was not for free and were charged extra (we'd pay anyway but it would be nice to know it).

• Penelope (4/5): Disappointing - Hotel wasn’t what I expected. It was very old and tired. There was a party on the rooftop until 1am, playing loud music. In the morning there was a night guard sleeping on a seat outside my friend’s room! One of the rooms was right next to reception. We didn’t even have a pillow case on one of the pillows. Pillows were uncomfortable. Bathrooms were nice. Beds were solid hard, it’s a mattress on the floor.

No elevator and 2 flights of stairs to unit. Breakfast in other building and 4 flights of stairs to get to that. Aircon struggles to cool entire unit and bedroom. Only fan in bedroom. Room not soundproof and beside road. You'll get woken up by a rooster in the morning or dogs barking.
• Leo_ch (4/5): Stay somewhere else! - - Located at the very end of the Station 1, on the less crowded side of the beach. - The rooms were big. - Maybe the place was ok 10 years ago, but now everything is old and dated. - I stayed 4 nights, nobody bother to clean my room even once. - Nobody cared if I was ok during my stay, the only interaction was with security lady who showed my room when i arrived. - Next to the hotel there is a big construction ongoing and, during the day, you will have all have all the construction noise, during the night, the big trucks and people unloading staff. Not a minute of quiet.
• Dean (6/5): Pleasant - Great location if you are looking for a quiet getaway, as it is a bit removed from the busy beach bar area. It is right on the beach and there is a complimentary shuttle to main locations of station 1-3. Breakfast is good and the staff is nice. The rooms are quiet. The Amo room was huge, which is great. It does not have a good view to the sea as it is blocked by the palms. The kitchen area was infested with ants and very poorly equipped.
• Mohamed (8/5): Amazing stay!! - We were returning guests and we visited Punta Rosa 7 years ago and it was really exciting to go back. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. They also go above and beyond to make the guests happy and comfortable. The hotel shuttle was of a great help and convenience whenever we wanted to go somewhere and it was totally for free. We loved how quiet the place was. Away from all the noise and the night parties and the wonderful white beach was just a minute away. The place is not being taken care of like before. It feels old and outdated and it does need some renovation. The ceiling of our room started to leak because of the rain and it was the only room of its kind “Amo”, so we could not move to a similar room, so they gave us an additional room for free to fit our family. The breakfast options are good but very limited and has less options than what it used to have 7 years ago.

• Karen (9/5): #1 Go-to Hotel in Boracay! - The location and coziness of my very spacious room and spacious bathroom. Always my go-to accommodation in Boracay because it's quiet and it would just take you a very brief walk to the beach. I also love the fact that I have my own water dispenser in the room. Functioning water heater and good drainage system in the bathroom. AC is good too. :) If am not mistaken, the staff is only available until 6pm. If they can extend that a little more in case there are emergencies it would be great. If you can add extra pillows on the bed too please. Rather than just 2. :)
• Dwyer (1/5): Bad - They have a pretty abysmal policy and conveniently refuse to answer emails. I made the mistake of booking when I wasn’t even on the island, immediately realized my mistake and tried to correct it, however, the cancellation fee would be more than the booking itself and you shouldn’t think that they will answer any emails because they are a sham. Didn’t you read the policy? You read the policy right? The policy that says you’re gonna have to pay an obscene ”fee.” I made a last minute booking at 1930 and I guaranteed they wouldn’t lose any money especially since I noticed my mistake immediately. They will, and have to me, screw you up the backside for a penny. Good job not answering my email, I hope it was worth it.
• Devid (10/5): Quite, stylish and beautiful - Our staying at Signature Punta Rosa has been exceptional since the arrival. We’ve been upgraded to the top floor suite, at it was really amazing. One of the best suites we’ve experienced so far. Amazing terrace with outdoor dining area, living room so spacious… The bedroom and master bathroom are outstanding. And with a big surprise there is one more room behind the kitchen. Very efficient AC and all the structure is very clean and well maintained. Not to mention the free shuttle service to reach Station 3 and Station 2. The location is beautiful, at the end of station 1, very close to Diniwid Beach (best sunset ever experienced), it allows to have a very good rest, far from the more louder area of White Beach, at the same time all the fun and restaurants are literally walking distance… 10 minutes walking on the beach and you’ll find yourself in the middle of the loudly, funny, charming station 2. In the neighborhood you can find Robinson Mall, for all the grocery shopping you need. All the staff of Signature Punta Rosa has been very kind and helpful. Only suggestion is to improve the quality of the WiFi. Not enough strong to upload our pictures and constantly disconnecting. But at the end we are in one of the most beautiful island of the world… who cares about the WiFi 😂. See you next time! For sure we’ll be back soon. Nothing

• Jonathan (3/5): Unpleasant, thankfully the island is beautiful. - The location The whole place is old and tired. Our rooms had stained ceilings and missing bathroom tiles. Beside a noisy road with the sound and smell of a petrol generator. Poor wifi signal. Worst of all, when I complained to then hotel manager, he was dismissive of my complaints and respond by telling me they have good reviews and that the owner is a politician?? After much discussion i was eventually offered a partial refund.
• Beverley (6/5): Pleasant - Large apartment, quiet location, nice staff, effective air con. Property seen better days, in need of some repair, care and attention. The kitchenette in the apartment was not adequately equipped for self catering.
• Haig (6/5): Boutique heritage long faded but tranquility away from Boracay noise - Nice spacious room - Punta Mare. So glad we upgraded from Punta Playa - the latter looked in a bad state. Staff friendly. Free shuttle to Station 2 and 3. Expensive for what you really get - no swimming pool or sunbeds. View of sea is ok but distorted with building sites. Lots of dogs everywhere. Not ideal for people who need to climb up several flights of stairs to get to breakfast. Additional charge for juice and smoothies after paying all that money!!

Property location is basically beachfront and outside of the happenings which is nice if you are there for the much-needed relaxation. Definitely great value for the money. Highly recommended and would stay again if back in Boracay.

• Rosanele (9/5): Last jewel along White Beach. Book it. - It was the perfect accommodation away from the maddening crowds of Boracay. Great breakfast. Staff were very helpful. We were given a free upgrade and early check-in. Shuttle service to town. Excellent Punta Amo, spacious, beautifully done with a big terrace. It was exceptionally useful to witness the monsoon rains when we had inclement weather during our stay. Location is perfect. The finest white sand beach is less than a two minute walk from the Punta Rosa entrance. Everything else along White Beach is accessible by foot or by e-trike. Nothing about Punta Rosa.

The room and bathroom were very spacious and it was a nice touch to have our own water cooler in the room. They also gave us free beach towels and umbrellas to use! 1. The room cleanliness was not up to standard. 2. There was one server at breakfast and another member of staff who assisted the transport what were not friendly or welcoming. 3. After booking a tricycle with reception the night before we were due to leave on a flight, the morning reception staff could not verify it was booked and so it came 30 min late which made us a bit stressed out as we didn't want to get to the airport late! Also not the hotel fault but: there was a very loud bird that came to our window and pecked at the window every single morning at 5am for 6 days straight. There was also very very loud construction work 7 days a week during the day which gave us a bit of a headache.

• Emmanuel (9/5): Superb - My unforgettable stay at signature Punta Rosa Boracay. "I'd like to share my beautiful experience at signature Punta Rosa Boracay where I stayed. The hotel is just awesome starting from the location on station 1 boracay and right beside the beach. The services are at the highest level - everything happens when expected and nothing that disturbs or annoys. The room is so spacious and interior is also remarkable- real superior quality. The breakfast was also great. I would like to highlight the staff who were very helpful and responsive and made my stay even more exciting. The reception christian ( forgot his name) very kind, he was supporting me for all types of requests. All the above combined made my stay at punta rosa.
• Melissa (1/5): Do not recommend. Better hotel options available with working AC. - The breakfast was made to order & was nice on the rooftop, but other hotels offer better breakfast from the experience of having to switch hotels. The price is affordable, but that's also because you have no AC & no lights working when you get back to your room after a long day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. I checked in on Thursday & left in the middle of the night on Friday to switch to another hotel. I booked this hotel for many reasons: - view of ocean, which was minimal - close to beach, which was still a walk (not easy for older people) to go to the main beach - nice room, which had blood sheet stains on arrival I had a very busy wedding weekend & it was such an issue to go back to my hotel room after long days to see problems. On Thursday, it was after hours so we let the minor problems slide, such as removing the blood sheet stains. On Friday, I came to the room around 10:30PM after a long day to have NO AC & NO WORKING LIGHTS. The TV & plugs still worked so we were not sure what the issue was. We did experience on & off power outages that we were aware the island was experiencing, but this was not it as it was different with some things working. We hoped it would come back on, but after 2 hours of sleep & sweat it did not. I sent them a message on the app & we called another hotel that was 24/7 asking if we could go there. Imagine having to pack your things in Philippines heat with no lights on & having to make this switch at 2AM. I came back at 8AM when they open on Saturday morning & I had to go get ready for a wedding. They claimed that they would've helped me if I told them right away. I messaged them on the app & I came the minute they opened, but they said I should've told the guard. What guard? We didn't see a guard & weren't told there was one. The manager reached out & said other rooms did not complain & their policy is to tell the guard that there was no information about. They did not offer any solutions. There are much better hotel options that provide what you need. Trust me, I stayed at another hotel & family members had other ones. It was 100000x better experience elsewhere.

And I also liked that staff are friendly and it felt safe to get out and go home late night because there's kuya friendly guard. And lastly the shuttle. Its so convenient to go around boracay because there's a schedule. Just that our room's bathroom had no bidet on the side. Hehe
• Tariq (10/5): Exceptional - Punta Amo Stay was great. Spacious bedroom, living room, bathroom and balcony. I would stay here for a long period. Very clean. Very helpful staff. Things that I didn't like are minor and outside the control of the hotel: Stairs to the unit, location at the end of the island- would be good if you want to be secluded.

• Riks (10/5): Signature Boracay Punta Rosa is an affordable yet impressive accommodation in Boracay Station 1! - I am delighted with my room, it was clean and spacious, even the toilet and bath, and with complete complimentary amenities. The location was superb as it is located at the beachfront, just a few seconds away from White Beach and 10 minute walk to Diniwid Beach. The view of the beach from the roof deck where guests eat breakfast was also serene and breathtaking. The hotel's staff was courteous and accommodating. They were attentive to our service requests. I highly recommend Signature Boracay Punta Rosa to those who want to stay in Boracay Station 1. I think the double lock of their rooms could have been improved and simplified. They can invest in much better and secured double lock door knobs. There were a lot of twists and turns just to lock and open the door. Also, the front office was a bit late to open for guests, especially in the morning. There was a day when one guest needed to check out at 9:00 am but the front office is still closed and there was no other staff to assist the guest. The staff's punctuality is another point I would like to highlight for improvement.

Hotel is right next to a rooster farm and stalls which get very noisy from early in the morning :(

• Roxanne (10/5): Perfect location, spacious rooms, and amazing staff — we had a great time! - Very good location in Station 1 — just walk for a minute and you’ll be at the beach. We stayed in the Punta Vista room and it was sooooo spacious. We especially loved the design of the bathroom. Love that you get to have breakfast at the roof deck, where you have a breathtaking view of the beach! Perfect to start the day right. The staff members were all amazing! Special mention to Roselyn, the receptionist, who was very kind and accommodating. We attended a wedding on our last night so we woke up late on the day of checkout, and she allowed us to checkout late so we can enjoy the beach one last time before packing up. Such a lifesaver! Just one thing — the hot water in the shower either doesn’t work or we just don’t know how to operate it haha

• Ellie (8/5): Nice short stay - The room was very spacious! The shower pressure was lovely and we could hear the ocean at night. We had access to free water throughout are stay which was a highlight for us as we weren't really near shops. The breakfast was good. Staff organised whatever we needed which was great. The hotel is about 20min walk to the centre which wasnt a huge problem but something to consider Bed was slightly hard and near the end of the stay there was a sewage like smell coming from the bathroom A mosquito net would be ideal as i got bitten very badly at night!
• Frances (8/5): Very good for the warm welcome. - The staff were very accommodating. Their breakfast is super yummy. Since it’s located a bit far end, it’s a bit dark in the night. You’ll need a flashlight going home.
• Bernice (10/5): Perfect accommodation! - We were so satisfied with this hotel, and we didn't want to leave. It was just perfect. Let me start with the fact that the building is pink, which is totally living up to its name! Our room was beautiful, and to be honest, it felt like I was on a honeymoon. The room was huge and really colorful. The interior design was to my liking. We had a big bed, we had a small living room and a spacious bathroom with an open door. I loved the huge mirror in the bathroom - I definitely did a lot of mirror selfies in there. There is also this rug by the bed (my side of the bed!) with huge throw pillows. This came useful when I had to work on our first night there. The daily breakfast was so good, too. I would definitely stay here again! For what we paid, it was definitely worth it! None!

• Jhoanne (10/5): Great value of money, super nice staffs - i love how spacious the rooms are and with balcony. the restroom is also spacious. The location is great in my opinion, even though it's on the farthest side of the white beach as walking along the beach is relaxing but note that it's about 1-3 km to other stations. Near a non-crowded beach so you have privacy and safety while swimming. Terrace where they serve breakfast has quite a view. And most of all, they have the best staffs! Everyone was very nice and accommodating, which is the most important for me during my stays. probably the lack of bidet
