Ich nahm so gegen 14.00 Uhr auf der Terrasse einen Platz, die drei Mitarbeiter an der Bar konnten sich aber leider nicht aus ihrem Gespräch trennen obwohl ich mich schon bemerkt gemacht habe. So musste ich als einziger Gast 15 Minuten auf ein Getränk warten, danach habe ich dann mein Zimmer bekommen und ich fand es schön. Eigentlich sehr schönes Hotel nur das Personal ist nicht geschult.

• Susanne (5/5): Außer der zentralen Lage spricht wirklich nichts für dieses Hotel. - Hier tut man alles, um den Kontakt mit den Gästen zu vermeiden. Check-in und Check-out erfolgen nur digital oder am SB-Terminal. Der digitale Zimmerschlüssel funktioniert nur im W-LAN. Man wird über das Tablet im Zimmer so oft gefragt, ob man „aus Umweltschutzgründen“ auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet, bis man es dann entnervt tatsächlich auch tut. Die Zimmer sind klein und hellhörig. Es gibt Nespresso-Maschinen auf den Zimmern, allerdings ist das Kabel so kurz, dass man die Maschine auf den Boden stellen müsste, um Kaffee zu machen. Niemand sorgte nachts für Ruhe im Innenhof, wo Besoffene herumgrölten.
• Pierre Col (10/5): Un bon hôtel proche de la gare et des bureaux de SAP - J'étais déjà venu dans cet hôtel, qui pour moi présente l'avantage d'être tout proche des bureaux berlinois de SAP. Il est bien équipé et le buffet de petit-déjeuner est super. J'ajoute que l'hôtel dispose de son propre parking en sous-sol, ce qui peut être utile.

• Daniel (8/5): Good location and price - Very handy as it was close to the main station. Price was good reflecting this fact. In terms of pubs and things you would have to get the train/tram/bus somewhere for variety as there was a limited option close by.
• omar (5/5): - Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Man konnte alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Obwohl der Bahnhof nur etwa 50–60 Meter entfernt war, hat man davon nichts gespürt. Das Personal war – mit Ausnahme von Sophia – eher unfreundlich und wenig kommunikativ gegenüber den Gästen. Uns wurde zunächst ein Zimmer zugesagt, doch nach einer halben Stunde wurde so getan, als wäre nichts vereinbart worden. Das empfanden wir als sehr unangenehm. Sophia hingegen war äußerst freundlich und professionell. Man merkte sofort, dass sie Erfahrung hat und genau weiß, was sie tut.

• CARLA MARISSA DU PREEZ (5/5): Alright - Hotel breakfast was good rooms are so small, no space for luggage and the rooftop was not open - which was the main reason we chose the hotel, also the other bar at the hotel was also not open over the weekend so you had to leave the hotel which is fine, but we looked forward to enjoying a rooftop experience
• Spalt (9/5): Bewertung - Gute Matratze, gute Decken. Fenster läßt sich kippen. Gut fußläufig zum Hbf. Restaurant mit angeschlossen. Gemütliche Dachterrasse. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Nettes, hilfsbereiten Personal. Die Zimmer schauen original und modern aus, aber leider kann man die Fensterseite nur erreichen, wenn man übers Bett krabbelt. Der Rahmen ums Bett ist zu breit um gemütlich aufzustehen. Die durchsichtige Dusche mitten im Zimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Kann das Jotel aber trotzdem weiterempfehlen

No proper bar and far less facilities than Hotel Amano in Auguststrasse where a relative stayed. I feel we stayed at an inferior hotel. Not a great location for nearby cafes, restaurants bars etc

Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was buffet style, but with good choice and plentiful. Was just there the one night before travelling on to Poland but would stay again.

Room was basic but functional. I didn’t see any staff there at all, the whole place seems to be automated with self service etc etc. This may save time in some cases, but also removes any kind of personable feeling of guest experience
