Thought there was going to be somewhere to sit in the room - only at table.

Room was clean and comfortable with a good bed and heating. Plenty of space, nice view over paddocks from our private balcony. We were also able to granny charge our EV which was very helpful because there are very limited options near Mount Beauty. They were in the process of installing a dedicated EV charger(s) for guests when we stayed. The food in the Indian Restaurant was superb. Nothing all good

Clean refreshing pool, plenty of parking space, great location to hiking trails. Pleasant restaurant conveniently located on site with delicious meals, attentive staff and live music at just the right volume. Excellent communication and preparation from motel staff for our after hours arrival. No complaints.

The location was slightly outside of the town centre but depends on your activities planned. Staff friendly. A good accomodation option for the area.

Receptionist had no idea about what was happening in the area which included major road closures for a cycle event. Nasty damp odour in the bathroom. No soap dispenser in the shower only shampoo. Hairdryer was located in a box in the living area as no storage in the bathroom. Refrigerator was set so cold that the milk froze.

The views were amazing. Having a good restaurant on the premises was a welcome bonus. The loose stone driveway that runs all through the property is very noisy, but thankfully not too many cars moved around later on. The bathroom in my unit got a bit flooded when i had a shower. I think water was getting under the shower door or something like. No big deal, nice shower. I wanted to tell them but i left very early and there was nothing to write on to let them know.

They were accommodating and so friendly, always with a smile. And the best, they are a dog friendly hotel which make so easy to travel as a family. We can't really fault them, great facilities, clean, we had beautiful mountain views, great showers.
