- Christoph (3/5): Wir haben hier übernachtet weil es für uns als Familie keine Alternative hatte. Lieber noch ein paar Km weiterfahren - Pool, Essen im Restaurant und Frühstücksbuffet waren sehr gut. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Die Bungalows und das Hauptgebäude müssten dringend saniert werden. Der Duschvorhang war verschimmelt und die Gardinen hatten Löcher. Im Restaurant des Hauptgebäudes hatte es grosse Mengen an Vogelkot auf dem Fenster. Die Farbe von der Fassade ist am abblättern. Der Preis für eine Übernachtung ist leider viel zu hoch im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, schade!

- Pao chung (8/5): 舊地重遊 - 小墾丁渡假村剛開幕那一年就來住過兩次，時隔25年再來舊地重遊，看到住宿的小木屋狀況還保持的不錯，實屬難得！ 園區內也有看到其他少數的小木屋在進行翻修維護中，草地與樹木都修剪的綠意盎然，看得到業主的用心！

- Li-Hua (8/5): - 大體而言住的環境很好，房間也乾淨，但衛浴設備過於老舊，建議可改設乾濕分離的設備，我們住四個人，一旦有人洗澡，浴室就整個濕淋淋，接下來每次進出浴室腳都會沾濕，如果穿拖鞋進去更顯得髒亂。

- Verified traveler (2/5): - 一個很差勁很不友善的住宿環境，櫃台接待人員態度非常差，奉勸大家不要去小墾丁度假村花錢受氣。 房間骯髒，毫無隔音，鄰房聲音一清二楚，才早上9點早餐稀飯麵包沒了不補，連盛食物的盤子沒了也不補。 還有，清晨五點無預警停電，還理直氣壯說他們要修水塔，對於房客沒有絲毫歉意。那天可是七月的南台灣，大清早莫名其妙被悶醒的!
- Shuk Yee (2/5): 不會再入住 - 渡假村環境優美，從外面看小木屋都很漂亮，但是室內打掃得很馬虎，我們訂的是附閣樓的小屋，但不知道是否很久也沒人入住，屋子內積了很多塵。衞浴空間狹小，沒有浴簾。 餐飲設施不足，西餐廳只供應自助餐，中餐廳只供應按人頭給分量的合菜，完全沒有可按餐牌點餐的選擇。還有就是結帳不是在餐廳內，而是要跟著服務員下樓到 check in 櫃檯處理。 還有其他，不贅。明白渡假村已經有點歷史，但整體的感覺是業者無心經營，很可惜。
