Reception are very responsive and will help out with any request fairly quickly. Spa was great I used it twice. Restaurant is great, good food and drinks. The scenery is great also.

- Claudia (1/5): No tiene playa - No tiene playa privada en pleno mayo. Cogimos el hotel por la playa y resulta que la habían quitado. Encima no avisaron, cuando fuimos a preguntar nos hablaron mal diciendo la playa esta cerrada, sin darnos explicaciones ni un lo siento. Tuvimos que alquilar coche privado y gastar muchisimo dinero para ir a otras playas que estan a 1 hora… no lo habriamos cogido de saberlo. Me siento estafada.

- Iovan (6/5): - Le personnel était vraiment très aimable et accueillant, ce qui mérite d’être souligné contrairement à certains avis que nous avions pu lire auparavant. Cependant, l’expérience globale reste très décevante en raison de nombreux problèmes. Les chambres étaient particulièrement sales. Nous avons constaté que le ménage n’avait clairement pas été fait correctement, notamment dans la salle de bain et les toilettes qui n’ont jamais été nettoyées durant notre séjour. Un autre point négatif concerne la climatisation : il est impossible de la faire fonctionner la nuit, ce qui est très inconfortable. De plus, ce qui est présenté comme une climatisation n’est en réalité qu’un simple système d’air conditionné peu efficace, laissant une odeur de renfermé dans la chambre. Les vitres étaient extrêmement humides chaque matin, ce qui renforce l’impression d’un manque d’entretien. Nous avons également vu et dû tuer un cafard, ainsi que plusieurs araignées. Le bas du lit était très sale, ce qui est inacceptable. Enfin, même si le personnel est gentil, certaines situations dépassent les limites : nous avons reçu des couvertures qui n’étaient visiblement pas les nôtres, et qui étaient tachées de sang et d’urine. En résumé, malgré un personnel agréable, l’hygiène et les conditions de séjour ne sont clairement pas au rendez-vous.

- Volker (8/5): Nettes Hotel in ruhiger zentraler Lage - Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße direkt am Meer. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und für eine Nacht angemessen. Die Ausstattung hat der Klassifizierung entsprochen. Der Balkon ist für zwei Personen viel zu eng.
- Kost (5/5): Дешевий готель щоб залишитись ненадовго - Локація: недалеко від центру, красива набережна для прогулянок, прекрасний вигляд з номерів/ресторану на море та гори. Неподалік є багато закладів, для обіду/вечері Номери : дуже маленькі, в номері є все необхідне щоб зупинитись на декілька ночей. Персонал : всі дуже привітні та дружелюбні. Окрема подяка працівнику що працює на сніданках. Він не розмовляв англійською але робив все можливе до комунікації з нами та нашої зручності Чистота : залишає бажати кращого. В нашому номері по всюди був пил та павутина на стінах/стелі. Найгірше душ. По низу між плиткою в швах є чорна пліснява. Також на ліжку пропалене покривало( але воно не є необхідним для використання). Простінь не найкращої якості, але на декілька ночівель підійде. Звукоізоляція: будьте готові чути що відбувається в сусідніх номерах, як хтось розмовляє чи дивиться телевізор. Як хтось ходить по коридорі також чути. Сніданок : для тих у кого в ранковому ритуалі є ранкова кава може стати новиною, що вона в сніданок не входить. Він стандартний та незмінний кожного дня. Якщо ви хочете каву, наприклад, за неї потрібно доплачувати окремо. Басейн : ви будете здивовані, але він знаходиться в ресторані. Ніхто в ньому не купався під час нашого перебування, але його розташування може вас здивувати 😅

- Sally (10/5): Would stay again as the location and staff made up for any negatives - Great location and staff were lovely. Very friendly Cleaning wasn’t always great. No coffee or tea or water left in room and shower didn’t work properly. I had a room over the pool and it was really noisy.

The cleaning staff. 2 of the male receptionists were very friendly and helpful. All the waiters were friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was clean the room was light and airy. Whenever we asked for the room to be cleaned and have fresh towels it was done. But you do have to ask. Some of the food was ok. We had issues all week with the jacuzzi. We booked the top room with jacuzzi due to coming for dental treatment so thought as we would spend a lot of time in the room we would choose the best. We had 3 technicians come to try and fix the jacuzzi. And we’re only able to use it successfully a couple of times in the week. The drains were blocked so the balcony flooded. The room needs a good clean under the bed, windows and the ripped broken sofa needs replacing. People have complained about barking dogs but we never heard any. Booking.com were amazing and despite getting no communication from the hotel I have been given a partial refund for the jacuzzi difference which I am happy with. The manager was washing at first but then became very rude and tried to blame us for the jacuzzi issue when we left despite giving us 2 small bottles of wine and some fruit when we first had the issues.

Had a partial sea room I’m normally a very deep sleeper but was woken 2 nights running with dogs close to the property excessively barking all night . Asked reception for some ear plugs and they had nothing to provide and couldn’t find any in local shop or pharmacy .

Сотрудник на ресепшене вежливо извинился и сказал,что номера выше этажом заняты. Я спросил,почему нас не оповестили заранее. Он просто развел руками. Потом пришла менеджер,максимально неприятная женщина,которая сказала,что может сделать нас отмену и мы можем выбрать другой отель,но деньги вернуться в течении недели. Еще через 20 мин нам предложили номер на 4 этаже,но этот номер был меньше нашего,но разницу выплатить они тоже отказались.

- Jayde (4/5): Bang Average - The beach club is beautiful, the location is great and the breakfast is ok (but they don't have coffee, it's charged additionally). I booked a standard double room. I was given an internal room that overlooked the main restaurant and was very noisy. Overall for the price paid, the Lucky Monkey was disappointing. It was bang average.

El desayuno es correcto. -Las fotos son engañosas , la habitación es mucho más pequeña de lo que parece en las fotos. -El personal no es muy amable que digamos. -El nivel de suciedad llega a extremos, la papelera que teníamos delante de la habitación estuvo tres días sin vaciarse, la habitación con pelos y si miras debajo de la cama te asustas, creo que se limitan a barrer la suciedad hacía esa zona para que no se vea. -El desayuno aún que es correcto no es buffet, y es el mismo cada día. -El personal de la “zona de playa” es muy desagradable , si no eres externo al hotel eres inexistente. -En el anuncio de booking te indica que tiene una piscina interior, la cual está en medio de un comedor y estaba en obras. Sin previo aviso. -Lo mejor del hotel es la zona de playa , aún así me parece una vergüenza que sin previo aviso se organicen fiestas para gente externa del hotel y la zona cierre a las 16:00 de la tarde en vez de a las 19:00 como es habitual. También se organizan fiestas por la mañana dejando sin sitio a los huéspedes del hotel. -Para el precio que tiene, deja mucho que desear.

- Safajoo (1/5): - Sea view We booked 3 rooms for 4 nights with breakfast, but when we arrived we were told that breakfast was not included. paid a lot for 3 rooms and there wasn't even a single tissue or hand wash. The water in the indoor pool was cold and could not be used. We went to the restaurant facing the sea for tea, but unfortunately the tea wasn't finished yet. The waiter was clearing the glasses in front of us. Waste of money, don't be fooled by the pictures

And great location - close to beautiful embankment with sea view Even the season is low now, we heard every noise from our room. Also, the equipment is quite old and needs improvement, especially plumbing. Also we were upset about non-free drinking water.

Stock riechen. Das Bett war sehr ungemütlich, viel zu weich.

- Özgür (1/5): - Too much noise mid-night due to the dogs the hotel keeps in front of the hotel door. especially when you are in the sea-side room, you can hardly sleep mid-night. Additionally, towels are too dirty

И в целом все соответствует, кроме только того, что отель немного староват как и мебель и все что есть внутри. Я бы поставил бы даже 10 если бы не минусы с которыми столкнулись. Грязно За последний трип в Турции где я останавливался почти в 10 разных отелях - этот отель быль самым грязным. И проблема даже не в том что на белых носках остаются черные следы от пола, а в том что полотенца которые лежат в ванной - с длинными черными волосами. Все три полотенца были с волосами. Я позвонил на ресепшен и попросил поменять полотенца - мне принесли новые ноооо - тоже с черными волосами. Многочисленные зеркала заляпаны непонятно чем. В целом отель напоминает место куда мужчины приходят с женщинами на ночь. Из за этого впечатление испортилось. трогать руками что то было не приятно.
- Cannelle (5/5): - très belle vu beau emplacement nous sommes arriver la chambre était extrêmement chaude et quand nous sommes aller à la piscine elle était froide.. ménage mal fait , personnel du restaurant détestable, ne penses qu’à l’argent, beaucoup de nuisances sonores au niveau des autres clients et quand on va signaler apparemment ça les fais rire.. le chien de l’hôtel qui a aboyer toute la nuit mais personne ne dit rien.. c’est dommage car le lieu a beaucoup de potentiel

- Furkan (10/5): Incroyable ! - Hôtel très bien situé, avec un restaurant/bar juste en dessous accompagné d’une vue exceptionnelle. Une musique très adéquate à l’ambiance du bar, nous avons fais connaissance d’un serveur très accueillant.
- Lucia (4/5): Experiencia agridulce. - Destacar de forma muy favorable las zonas al aire libre tanto el restaurante /comedor con el desayuno con vistas al mar , cómo el beach club con acceso a playa privada. Fue una experiencia agridulce. Quería destacar el pésimo trato que recibimos por parte del personal; nada más llegar la cama no se encontraba bien hecha (tal sólo estaba una sábana bajera y una manta individual) solicitamos una cama bien completa ( sábanas bajera y superior así como una manta para dos personas) nos dijeron que no era posible, fuimos " atendidos" por el personal de servicio de forma nefasta; malas miradas y nos dijo que era prácticamente imposible lo que estábamos solicitando, tras varios intentos de insistir nos dijo que nos dejaba dos mantas y que nos hiciéramos la cama nosotros. Destacar que el pésimo trato fue generalizado por el personal además de la imposibilidad para comunicarse ya que no hablan la mayoría inglés ( el número de habitación se lo tienes que escribir en la calculadora porque no entienden). He de decir que por parte de la Manager recibimos una pequeña "compensación " se disculpó, nos dejaron unos dulces así como una cama en condiciones al precio que se paga por el hotel y nos ofrecieron cambiar a una habitación de exactamente las mismas características. Otro dato a destacar es la limpieza justa. Creo que en un hotel situado aunque las cucarachas sea algo típico de la zona ( según nos explicaron) es bastante desagradable encontrarlo en la ducha así como ropa interior ajena tirada en el pasillo por la noche.... También decir que existe una clara deficiencia de comunicación con el cliente tanto por la barrera lingüística cómo con la disponibilidad de sus zonas comunes ya que uno de los días cerraron el Beach Club por un evento privado, no se comunicó nada a los huéspedes teniendo que buscar planes alternativos sin previo aviso en un lugar en el que vas en gran parte oara disfrutar de la playa. En resumen; precio sobrevalorado para lo que ofrecen.

- Bersan (1/5): Aufkeinenfall buchen, mangelnde Hygiene und lügen - Mitarbeiter Freundlich, Zentral Klimaanlage Ich habe für 3 Nächte 440€ Euro bezahlt, wollte jedoch 1. Tag vorher abreisen da der Ausblick nichts mit der Realität zutun hatte und das Zimmer dreckig und staubig gewesen war, Bettwäsche war fleckig es befanden sich weibliche Haare auf der vermeintlich frisch gedeckten Wäsche, mir wurde zugesichert dass ich mein Geld für die nicht genutzte Nacht zurückerstattet bekomme dies allerdings über Booking und nun weigern sich beide Parteien, das traurige ist dass ich mit der Chefin vom Hotel dies besprochen und zugesagt bekommen habe doch wie man sieht waren es leere worte, ich warne euch bucht NICHT dieses Hotel, ist der vermeintliche ausblick und das dreckige Zimmer den Ausblick Wert schaut euch die Bilder an und entscheidet selbst.
- Melinda (10/5): Lovely boutique style hotel with sea’beach’ - I was given an upgrade to a sea facing room and I loved it! The staff are generally very friendly. I lost my phone and reception were very helpful trying to locate it. The ‘beach’ is great provided you have the stamina to walk up and down so many steps! Stunning view from restaurant. Sunday breakfast service wasn’t great I think because it was very busy. My waiter was a bit disinterested. And yet there was an automatic service charge which I don’t agree with. I like to tip for good service.
- Funda (5/5): Leider kommen wir nicht wieder - Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr schön. Auch in der Stadtmitte ist man sehr schnell. Wir waren schon letztes Jahr im Lucky Monkey und damals sehr zufrieden. Dieses Mal jedoch eine große Enttäuschung: Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war noch schlechter als zuvor, unser Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick war extrem klein, und trotz mehrfacher Bitte wurde uns nicht geholfen. Im Restaurant und Beach Club fühlten wir uns als Hotelgäste wie Gäste zweiter Klasse. Mehrfach haben wir unsere Beschwerden an der Rezeption, insbesondere bei Emre (der einzige wirkliche nette Ansprechpartner) Beschwerden wurden ignoriert, keine Rückmeldung von der Hotelleitung. Einziger Lichtblick: der freundliche Kellner Rıdvan.

- Marie (6/5): Hôtel paradisiaque - L’hôtel est très bien situé, il y a pleins d’activités aux alentours, le centre ville se trouve seulement à 6 minutes, et puis il y a la mer, privatisée, qui est juste paradisiaque ! Une grande partie du personnel qui est non chaland, qui ne répond pas à vos besoins, je passe les détails… Attrape touriste sur beaucoup de points…. Mais cela reste un très bon hôtel

- Tiegan (1/5): Disgusting - The pictures online showed a nice clean well looked after hotel Within a 7 day stay, the room wasn’t cleaned once despite leaving the card on the door everyday & asking reception The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned with rust and stains all over and inside the cabinets (where your suppose to keep toiletries) it was dirty. The bed linen was not changed ever. They give you a shawl instead of a blanket. Everytime a new one was requested this would come stained, therefor unusable and resulting in 5 piled up by the time we was departing the hotel. No fresh towels, requesting towels from reception daily and being given beach towels to shower with. Stained towels, the whole place was unsanitary there was room service food left on the stairwell (emergency exit) for the whole duration. It was mouldy, hotel looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was built. Not pleasant at all

J’ai pris la chambre la plus chère et quand je voulais prendre un transat a la piscine il ma donner un sur la derniere ligne et quand j’ai demander ceux qui etait en premiere ligne il la dis non c par reservation alors que j’ai bien ma reservation ensuite je vous jure que au tout au long de la journée 5 transat sur ka premiere ligne etait vide . Donc il m’ont gâcher ma journée alors que j’avais pris une semaine pour profiter de la plage bref très tres decu Voila sur les photo de différentes moment et toujours vide
- Nina (8/5): Schöne, komfortable Zimmer mit Meerzugang und freundlichem Service, nur der eingeschränkte Beachclub am Abreisetag war s - Die Zimmer waren äußerst sauber und boten hohen Komfort. Der direkte Zugang zum Meer macht den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Hinzu kommt ein wunderschönes Ambiente und freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Da unser Rückflug erst um 22 Uhr ging, wollten wir den letzten Tag nach dem Auschecken um 11 Uhr noch am Strand genießen. Leider durften wir den Beachclub jedoch nur bis 14 Uhr nutzen, obwohl wir ja theoretisch noch Gäste waren und insgesamt auch viel Geld dort ausgegeben haben. Das fanden wir wirklich schade – hätten wir das im Voraus gewusst, hätten wir unsere Flüge anders geplant.
