• Johan (10/5): Mkt hotell för pengarna, verkligen värd pengarna - Väldigt fint och flott hotell. Rummet var jättebra. Klagar ingeting. Vi hade All-inclusive. Drinkar och drickat bra, inte utspätt utan man blev full. Maten var helt okej. Fanns vissa rätter som alltid funkar, pasta bolognese, pommes och ibland fanns det gyros. Annars skulle jag ge maten 5 av 10. Men de fanns alltid mat och dricka tills 22.30 Området var bra, väldigt nära till gamla stan och rhodos stad. Poolen var liten, man var tvungen att lägga ut sina handdukar tidigt om man vill ha en plats i solen.
• HAYLEY (8/5): - A comfortable and clean hotel. A bit noisy night with other guests arriving back drunk from the town in the early hours, the doors are not sound proof so you can hear every little noise in the corridors. A great location for visiting the Old & New Town with easy walking to both. We didn't use the pool as we only had one full day at the hotel. Food on offer was fresh and very tasty, though I think for late arrivals maybe a sandwich should be made available for guests. The reception team did however help us order a pizza delivery. Staff were pleasant and helpful with all enquiries. Overall a good spot for taking in the local area.

• Trond (4/5): Extremely Disappointing Stay - My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The level of customer service was far below expectations. staff were unresponsive and unhelpful whenever I raised concerns. The condition of the room was unacceptable, with ants visible throughout, including in the bathroom and near the bed. Despite informing the front desk, no action was taken to resolve the issue or offer alternative accommodation. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I have encountered, and I cannot recommend this property to other travelers.
• Ugur (8/5): Rodos'ta Tatil - Otel beklentilerimin üzerindeydi. Yemekler gayet başarılı idi. Yalnızca eksik olarak söyleyebileceğim;tatlılar daha çeşitli olabilirdi. Çalışanları güleryüzlü ve saygılılardı. Bir tek barda servis yapan kısa boylu orta yaşlı beyefendi oraya uymuyordu. Genel olarak iyiyidi. Teşekkürler.

• Martin (8/5): Rhodos Tipp - super Lage Nähe des Westeingangs zur Altstadt sowie Super! fast vor dem Hotel die Haltestelle für den Bus direkt nach LINDOS. Fährt alle 30-60 Min, braucht 1 Std und kostet nur 5,50 €. Da kann man sich den Mietwagen sparen. Von selber Haltestelle beim Hotel mit dem Bus (ca. 2 Euro, 5 Min. und häufig) ins Zentrum, Hafen (auch Excursionen nach z.B. Insel Symi und andere) sowie zum Top-Strand Elli Beach), Sand. Das Hotel CASTELLUM SUITES mit 3 mal täglich sehr ausführlichem großem Buffet. Auch Getränke bis hin Wein, Bier und Hochprozentik wie Gin Tonik inkl. und gratis. Sehr freundliches Personal. Großer Hotel SW Pool direkt vor dem Hotelgebäude mit Liegen. Rundum sehr empfehlenswert und absoluter Rhodos Tipp. Schon das 3. Mal, daß ich hier wohnte. Gerne wieder!

Jeden Tag gab es ein Sinnloses Betrinken Abends ein Geschrei und Türenknallen Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption griffen nicht ein Die Jugendlichen waren außer Kontrolle und das jeden Abend Trotz Beschwerden der Gäste wurde nichts unternommen Nie wieder dieses Hotel Die Bilder im Internet stimmen nicht mit dem vor Ort überein. Am Pool keine Liegen sondern Sitzsofas mit Polster zum Liegen nach dem Baden

• Aysel Ece (2/5): - I got sick 2 days before coming to the hotel and I had a doctor's report. I tried to contact the hotel to cancel the reservation or to get a refund, but they never responded to me or got back to me. Then I tried to reach hotels.com and they couldn't reach either. After 2-3 days they said they couldn't cancel it. I won't make another reservation. They made me sad. I couldn't come because of a reason beyond my control.
• essi (8/5): Hintalaatusuhteeltaan loistava paikka! - Hotelli hyvällä kävelymatkan päästä niin keskustasta, kuin vanhasta kaupungista. Taxilla lentokentältä noin 30 min ja maksoin vajaa 30 e, respassa oli töissä hyvin ystävällinen Rania, joka auttoi jos tuli ongelmia ja tervehti aina ystävällisesti ohi kävellessä. Hotellissa pääsääntöisesti muutenkin ystävällinen henkilökuntaa. Huone oli hyvä, sänky ja tyynyt todella pehmeitä, siivous olisi voinut olla hieman tarkempaa. Ruoka oli hyvää ja se oli monipuolista. Lounaalla/illallisella oli aina liha, kana, kala vaihtoehto sekä pastaa/kastiketta. Salaattipöytä myös monipuolinen. Eli kaiken kaikkiaan loistava hintalaatusuhde!
• Florence (6/5): - Extrêmement bruyant, la musique est en marche du matin jusqu'à 23h... Pas de vrai parking réservé pour la clientèle, peu de places. Le menage n'est pas nickel, douche sale, ne parlons pas de la piscine qui nest pas filtrée, eau trouble. Repas peu variés, fruits pas mûrs... Seul point positif, le personnel est charmant et serviable.
• Phuong (10/5): - Rania, the receptionist, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She thoroughly explained everything and gave excellent local recommendations. And most importantly she helped with my lost handbag; I left my handbag behind during the checkout process. The bag has passports and other important stuff. I came back to look for it and she had it ready on the front desk…phew… She’s a life saver!!
• Maya (8/5): 👍 - Overall it was alright. Room was very tidy, not a bad view from the balcony. Staff were friendly. There was lots of different options for food so no complaints. However, some of the people staying here were love island wannabes. The pool area is below average. We did not go in it once but the beaches are just a 10 minute walk away.

Kaldığımız oda gayet iyi-temizdi, oda dışındaki genel kullanılan alanlar da öyle.Old town’a çok yakın yaklaşık 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde ve Adadaki iki kaliteli Beach’e( Elli ve Ronda) de yaklaşık 12-14 dakika yürüme mesafesinde…Otelin konumu, şartları itibariyle gayet iyi…Bir daha gittiğimizde tekrardan kalmak isteyeceğimiz bir otel..

• Joanna Katrine (4/5): - Inconsistencies with the staff and messages. Rules for some rather than rules for all. Many guests did not wear masks and gloves when at the buffet though it was required. Then we got yelled at for not wearing masks while looking for a table near the end of the night. All guests received table service but we never did. Front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. Only shining light was the night manager Michael. Plus Katrina, Rhia and Nicolette in the restaurant we’re awesome, and should all be working at a 5 star resort! Food was ok and the booze was basically fire water, really not good. Will not go the all inclusive route next time. Not worth it. Attracts poor clientele. Great location though, hotel does have potential to be better than it is.

Also, drinks were good quality, not the usual watered-down rubbish you get at most all-inclusives. Excellent, convenient location for old town and marina. Staff very friendly. • Heidi (6/5): Siisti, mutta ei mikään viihtyisä hotelli - Oli todella siistissä kunnossa, joka päivä siivous. Huoneissa ei ollut vaatekaappeja? Ravintolan Covid säännöt eivät olleet millään tavalla johdonmukaisesti järjestettyä. Lähinnä aiheutti päänvaivaa mihin uskaltaa istua ja onko väärä lasi kädessä ( muviastioita piti pääasiassa käyttää). Snack ei ollut yhtään mitä luvattiin, riisiä ja papuja oli aina tarjolla sekä kakkua. Ruoka keskitasoa. Altaalla ei mitään tunnelmaa, ohjelmaa, musiikkia tms. Mutta tarjoilijat olivat erittäin mukavia.

• Mika (6/5): Hyvää ja huonoa. - Huoneet oli siistit mutta, ei yhtään ainutta vaatekaappia huoneessa. Vaatteet sitten avonaisessa matkalaukussa lattialla. Henkilökunta mukavaa ja auttavaista, varsinkin respan tytöt. Ruoka ei ollut kummosta ja samaa ruokaa tarjoiltiin joka päivä.

• Rachel (6/5): Just ok - Rooms are modern and clean but not big and balcony not great as it never got the sun and it overlooked a playschool which was noisy. The location of hotel is good if you want to walk 10 mins to old town and shops. There is a very good cafe jn the playground beside hotel called Estrella, well worth a trip for coffee, breakfast or lunch. Food for all inclusive was as you would expect. A lot of meat and dried up looking food, salads were good. Drinks included in package were very cheap feeling quality, in fact I regularly went out to eat and drink. Service is not great or indeed any way friendly as you would expect. Personally I would not stay there again but in fairness the price was good. Also, pool area very small compared to amount of rooms, most days there was not an available sunlounger for me
• kim (8/5): Great value clean hotel - Small hotel but very very clean. Pool area is small and not enough sunbeds for the amount of guests not alot they can do as they dont have the room to add anymore but it is a downside to an otherwise great hotel. The food is good but very repetitive. No entertainment and nothing for kids to do other than the pool so wouldn't recommend this hotel for families. The old town is a short walk so went there everynight lots of places to eat drink and loads of shops. Bit more expensive than other parts of Rhodes i found though. The staff at this hotel are amazing so friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and very clean we had a ground floor room with a massive balcony just no view but there never is much of a view at groud level but the size was great. Bed was comfortable and the shower was also good. Overall great value for money spotlessly clean comfortable. Only negatives are lack of pool space and lack of entertainment.

Σωστή τήρηση κανόνων covid με μάσκες, γάντια και αντισηπτικα παντού, σύμφωνα με το υγειονομικό πρωτόκολλο. Πολύ κοντά στην είσοδο του κάστρου. Το μπουφέ πλούσιο και νόστιμο.
• Caroline (6/5): Séjour de 5 nuits - Les chambres sont impeccables ! Par contre niveau nourriture mise à part le petit déjeuner que l’on a beaucoup apprécié, le repas du midi et du soir laisse à désirer. Toujours les mêmes plats, les viandes trop cuites, bref pas top du tout. Niveau tranquillité les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisées, par contre les femmes de ménages font du très bon travail. Malgré leur manque de discrétion le matin.

Rooms were spotless- only flaw is bathrooms were a bit small - can really only fit one person at a time. Pool was always clean too Food was good- always had a fish option (I don’t eat meat) but would liked to have seen more Greek dishes. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend 👍👍

• Laurence (8/5): Hôtel récent proche vieille ville - La chambre est relativement petite pour 3 adultes mais l'hôtel étant neuf, la literie est confortable. La piscine est correct avec un important vis à vis mais on est en plein centre ville à quelques pas du centre historique. Donc satisfaite d'avoir la possibilité de se baigner. Pour les transats c'est plus compliqué car il y a des gens sans scrupule qui mettent leur serviette des 7h du matin pour réserver le transat et qui ne viennent que vers 16h... Pour la nourriture le buffet est petit mais de qualité Je recommande cet hotel

• Ivan (6/5): What you pay is what you get - We really expected more from a 4 star hotel and this wasn't our first stay in Greece, so we know that you can get much better service for 4 stars. First of all, the staff offten seemed indifferent towards guests. The bartender was obviously nervous a lot of times, maybe also under pressure but he was not supposed to show that in front of guests. A couple of waiters were also not very friendly. The young waitress with braid and glasses was an exception. She was really friendly and polite. Tha staff at the reception was overall really good and helpful exept for the younger guy. The room service was really not good, since our towels got changed only twice in 14 days. Every other time they got changed on our personal request at the reception (the used towels were on the floor and we expected the cleaning lady to change them). The same problem was with amenities such as shower gel, shampoo etc. The food at the restaurant would have been ok if you would stay in the hotel for a week, but definitely not for a longer stay. It was repetitive and you have this feeling that you eat a same dish over and over again. Though, the semi-sweet wine, pancakes at breakfast buffet and baklavas were really great. The hotel is located near the old town and the Acropoilis of Rhodes. Great 0-24 kiosk near by.
• John (8/5): Castellum Suites- All Inclusive. - The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Hotel was clean and in a great location for access to the beach, old town Rhodos and Mandrake Marina-were you can book numerous excursions and day trips around the island. Everything was in walking distance. The all inclusive meal service was adequate, offering a good variety of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner-although the variety did not change much during our 10 day stay.

• Michael (4/5): Great staff - The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Room was fine. Pretty weird there was a metal beam for coathangers, but no coathangers... Only one chair on the balcony in a double room... Not big problems, just weird really. Pool area gets crowded if there's more than 12-15 people there. Food, snacks and drinks was typical for a budget all inclusive hotel; standard, tasteless, boring and not really worth the effort... The FREE airport transfer was €26 Once again; the staff was great!!!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Castellum - The hotel looks lovely and the rooms are comfortable with working air-con and a great bathroom. The overall service of the hotel was good with most of the staff smiling and greeting us everyday. No complaints around the cleanliness of the room or communal areas as it was good. The only downside to the hotel was the food. The variety was poor with the food being very similar every day.

Ask for a balcony room! -Room was cleaned every other day -Netflix and Amazon Prime available in the room tv’s (we had two rainy days so this came in useful!) -The local beer (free on AI) is really nice -Soft pool towels, you can get new ones daily from reception -The night Concierge gave us a really warm welcome, talked us through what was available and where we could buy any bits if needed (we arrived after the AI finished). Really nice chap and great service -Price, even if you find yourself eating out most of the time like we did, it’s still great value Bad Points -Food. So many points around this, to say it’s bad is an understatement. We tried breakfast a couple of times and attempted lunch on 2 of the 5 days here. We didn’t have dinner here because of the rubbish breakfast/lunch attempts (especially when there’s so many good options around, it just seems a shame to settle for bad food on holiday) To give examples; 1.The ingredients used are really cheap - I like an Ikea meatball and that’s cheap but whatever was used here and passed off as meatballs was atrocious. 2.Food is pre cooked and (at best) warmed slightly, it’s luke-warm even if you arrive as the buffet opens. 3.all of the meats looked dry, the ones we tried were dry (the bad meatballs and some road pork / roast turkey). The poached fish however was slimy and smelt funky
• Christina (10/5): Newly renovated all inclusive hotel - The hotel was very sleek and modern. I found out that it was recently renovated. There were many food options at the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very pleased with the options. The front desk associate, Rania was extremely helpful. She helped us check in early, rent a car, and helped store our luggage. The only downside was that my room did not have enough closet space. I either had to lay my clothes on the bed or share the hangers with my 2 friends. Other than that, the value you get with this hotel is extremely remarkable.
• Matthew (8/5): - A real mixed bag. Great location, clean communal areas and room, friendly staff. Poor quality food, loud corridors and thin walls, ZERO storage in the room (4 hangers only, no drawers or cupboards).
• Verified traveler (10/5): Wouldn’t change a thing! - Just got back from a short trip to Rhodes and couldn’t have picked a more wonderful place to stay. The location was ideal for Rhodes old town and the staff could not have been more helpful with suggestions and tips on getting around the island and what to see. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean with hand sanitising stations on entrance and exit. The food choice was varied and never had any problems finding something we enjoyed, the cocktails and the bar staff were also great! On our final day there was room to leave our bags to we could carry on exploring until our evening flight and even enjoy lunch at the hotel. Reception were very helpful and booked us a taxi back to the airport which was great service and very prompt. Overall I cannot thank the staff enough and would not hesitate to return for a longer visit!
• Monique (8/5): Nice stay - Lovely stay all refurbished food was amazing staff were great . Only things I would say pool pictures not what they seem and phone in room didn’t work . All Covid rules in place would stay again but 2days was enough . No issues at all .

• Ameerah (10/5): Amazing time - We had a very pleasant stay with the room and bathroom being nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great also as it’s walking distance from attractions. Will definitely book with them again
• Patrick (10/5): Great hotel in Rhodes. - This was an excellent hotel the suite was comfortable, maintained to a high standard, properly cleaned and towels replaced. The restaurant was welcoming and service second to none. All staff were friendly and helpful; an example being the safe had been locked by a previous guest and the receptionist attended to this immediately. We would certainly go back.
