• Ashley (9/5): Very comfortable, beautiful clean suite! - The suite I stayed in (202) was perfect for what I needed. It was large enough with a lovely balcony. everything was clean and the suite was well appointed. I recently found out from a Moncton local, that the location of the property is not in the safest location in the city. Although I have never felt unsafe, or personally had any issues, I may factor that in to my decision to book again in the future.

• tabatha (10/5): - Loved the shower. Layout, easy check in check out. Easy to find location. Great communication. Loved the full kitchen even though we did not use it. Bed was comfortable. Couch was very uncomfortable. Small TV in the bedroom would of helped with that.

Very accommodating, and the customer service was great Bed wasn't comfortable, the $15 parking fee felt kind of silly, and when booking through "Booking com" it didn't mention a $200 deposit, which just automatically charged to my debit card after paying for the reservation. Could use a heads up so I could use my credit card.

Wonderful to have only 3 steps at the back door. I would have appreciated a blue box for recycling but I would definitely stay here again!

• Meera (8/5): Great boutique hotel in DT Moncton! - We stayed in the 2nd floor room - balcony. Check-in: Was seamless and got the information on time. It was too bad that we had to pay for one whole night even though we got there very early the next morning. It would have been nice if we were offered atleast a 50% reduced rate. Parking: Was convenient - however I'm not sure why the property charges $15+tax/day for it as the lot is quite big and can easily accommodate 4 cars (4 rooms). I would have appreciated free parking at this property. Balcony: We did not use it at all, but was clean. No real view just buildings across the street. Interior: Beautiful and love the modern touches. Lots of kitchen items included, bed was very comfortable (room was a little small, but we managed fine), bathroom was clean and modern. Walking distance: To restaurants and Main St. Recommendations: Bedroom needs a blackout + some sort of noise cancelling curtains - the room got so bright in the morning and you can very clearly hear the trains passing by at night. I would also include Loli Cafe just 2 mins down the street as a place for guests to visit.
• G (6/5): - The room itself was decent and spacious. The bathroom had black mold in the shower so felt gross and dirty. The area after dark didn’t feel safe - lots of solo men loitering. Also, I lost the room key - I expected a charge, but the charge was $45 + tax which I felt was quite excessive.

• James (10/5): A cute apartment, with a modern decor that invites relaxation. - Walking thru the front door and hearing the Stingray Smooth Jazz station playing on the TV was a wonderful surprise. You knew you were somewhere relaxing. The location was close to a grocery store, making it handy for shopping for a dinner and a bottle of wine. Could’ve used some cushions on the sofa, but that’s nitpicking.

• Garth (4/5): Very disappointing - phone calls to resolve and then they hung up on us. - Nice shower. There were 4 people waiting for the door to open. Door would not unlock with provided code - every one tried to unlock. Staff arrived to try the code number again - we are not stupid - still didn't work. Then she had to go back to the office to get the key - should have brought that with them. Another staff member arrived and still couldn't get the door open - then had to pry the door open. We were sent to another site. Wasted 2 hours of our time with no compensation provided.

• Salah (1/5): - We couldn’t have access for our room almost one hour waiting in front of the door with a 1years old baby, finally after many call someone answer and wasn’t pleasant didn’t even apologize also bed wasn’t the size queen we couldn’t fit in with the baby and only one towel in bathroom, didn’t like my experience here was panicking no body helped no body answered and no accès code to the room was sent

Il n'y a pas de personnel sur place, on reçoit un courriel avec les instructions et les procédures pour avoir accès à la clé pour entrer. • Jill (8/5): Don’t hesitate! Book it. - I thought I booked the room with the tower, however it didn’t matter as I wasn’t in the hotel much. It was a great location easy to walk downtown. Very quiet and comfortable. I was in town for a work conference but wish I had stayed an extra night just to get to relax a bit at this adorable spot. It will be my go to stay for my trip to Moncton from now on.

• Belinda (9/5): Very nice, convenient and comfortable. - I loved everything about this place especially the high quality internet, ease of entry and the kindness of the hosts allowing me to stay a little later because of my late train departure. The main reason I stayed there was the advertised washing machine because I am traveling for an extended period. There was indeed a washer/dryer combo but it was very difficult to figure out and took AAAGES to dry the clothes. Like about 7 hours. Making me wonder if I was using the right setting. A list of instructions pasted to the side of the machine would have been helpful.

• Guillaume (9/5): Great location and stylish setting. - Easy to get to and it is within the downtown core. Communication with staff was fantastic. We got a phone call soon after booking to inform us of the after-hours arrival process. The lady I spoke to was both friendly and welcoming. Room cleanliness was outstanding. We came across cleaning staff before checking out and they seemed very professional. Great ambiance in the building. Nice attention to lighting quality. The door to our room had a gap that let in sound and light from the main hallway. We could hear the jazzy music playing on the TV before opening the door. Minimal, but noteworthy. The mattress tended to sink a bit in the middle. For one person, it would be fine, but when sleeping with someone else, you quickly end up having to relocate to the edges every few hours.
• Lindsay (8/5): - We had a good stay. We really enjoyed the concept of the boutique hotel. It was great having so much space and self check in. It was a bit confusing finding which door to go to from the parking lot. It was very loud in our unit: we stayed after a concert and our bed was directly next to the “main lobby” area only separated by a thin wall and a door so we could hear everyone coming back after the concert and people chatting in the lobby and knocking on doors quite loudly for some time. The outside of the house needs repairs and the couch in the unit was extremely uncomfortable and coffee table scratched up. Otherwise, the bed was very comfortable which is the most important part in my opinion. Loved the modern kitchen and bath. Our unit was listed as having a patio but we did not, we had an inside sun room style area, which was nice but it had no furniture so we couldn’t enjoy it. It was nice being able to walk to downtown hot spots. Overall, we were happy with our stay and we would return.

• Céline (8/5): Agréable - La propreté, les accessoires de cuisine en bonne quantité et variété. La porte de la salle de bain ne se fermait pas. J’ai compris que c’était peut-être volontaire de votre part puisqu’il n’y a pas de fan dans la salle de bain et que de ce fait, trop d’humidité pouvait créer de la moisissure notamment au plafond.
