• Patrick (8/5): Overall good experience. Room was clean and suitable for my need. - It was clean, bed was comfortable. Full Kitchen with big refrigerator was cool. Air conditioning held up which was good. Large room with a lot of space, so that was good. Wifi could have been better. TV was a little old so the clarity was not the best. Decorum was old/outdated, but it is an older motel with a cheaper rate so that is to be expected. The soap dispensers did not work very well in the bathroom.

Room could definitely have been cleaner, but it's a perfect location for our purposes, and, unlike many of the hotels lately, in Ocean City, MD, the parking is free!!! Honestly, parking for one car should be a given (part of the room price). It's a resort town, why would you stay there for a week's vacation if you have to pay a parking fee? That's just going to chase people away. That's as bad as the so called 'hospitality' (sure let me prove my hospitality by charging you a 2, 3, or 400+ fee!) or 'cleaning' (they are never clean as far as I am concerned) fees charged by all of the privately owned condos and/or townhouses. Sorry for going off on a tangent, just couldn't help myself.

The room was very clean and even had a full sized refrigerator and small stove. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be staying again next time we are in town.

Great place for families with children to stay! Staff is so friendly and accommodating! The price was very reasonable! We definitely will be making this hotel our go-to place to stay on our future beach trips!

• Rebecca (3/5): Probably not the best choice - Location to the beach, easy walk The lie that you have a “view”. You get a view of the motel/hotel across the street, and a small, triangles shaped (dunes layout) view of the ocean…and that’s only if you are above the main level. Pool was in desperate need of cleaning as did the intensely musty smell that smacks you in the face as soon as you open the door..it could also be the blood smears on not only the bathroom wall, behind the toilet (careful not to cut your foot on the loose, and misplaced tile flooring) BUT the fact that the kitchenette also had blood smears on the wall. When walking into the kitchenette be sure to dodge the nerd clusters candy all over the floor and probably not a good idea to put anything in the bottom of the fridge cause who knows what all that white powder-like substance in there is!! If you would like to sit on the pull-out couch, may want to grab a towel to lay down first so whatever massive brown colored stain consuming the entire left cushion - it could be just a stain from a soda spill, or human excretions (vomit, feces, blood - yes, dramatic but definitely a possibility regardless).

Great place to stay for families with children! Definitely would go back! The only complaint i may have is that the ac didn't keep the room cool enough.

The only thing didn’t like is there was a mite/bedbug found in the bed that bite my grandson‘s arm four times. I did go to the office. They did move us to another room that night but no other compensation were made to us we left a day early.

My only complaint is the water pressure is not good and that could've just been our room. The room was clean, the staff was awesome and came in daily and restocked the room. • Emalee (4/5): For one night it worked for a bed and a bathroom.nothing special but not too bad - The staff were all friendly. The ac kept the room very cool. It was a basic hotel room. The pillows were actually pretty nice and cushy. The shower head put off barely any water and the pressure was super low. Made it very hard to get soap off or out of hair. The ac was super loud and woke us up every time it kicked on. The sheets were a bit rough and it’s a very bouncy mattress.

We constantly bought ice from them and they weren't annoyed, always helpful, said good morning/ evening, treated my entire family amazingly! We will definitely be back. We loved how close we were to the ocean, ledos pizza, sensations, ice cream! We cooked most of our meals in the room, it was perfect! The only thing my 8 hear son did not like was the pool closed at 8! He wished it was open all night.
• Timothy (10/5): - This property is impeccably clean and well cared for. It may be a little older but everything worked well and had been kept in perfect condition. I had a family unit with a small kitchen. The stove worked well, and a full size fridge too. Outfitted with pots, pans, utensils and dishes. Very nice. There was also a folding wall to separate the sofabed from the rest of the unit. The 2 beds were most comfortable and great pillows too. Even though they were completely full, I never heard a sound from any other unit. The owners and staff work hard to maintain this property. I would happily stay again anytime.

I had to go down to the lobby for that. We could see the beach and the bay from the 4th floor. Nice pool. Another nice thing was that we did not have to cross the main road to get to the beach. It’s very busy. There’s a Public entrance to the beach just 1 1/2 blocks east. Everything we needed was in walking distance. We drove to the boardwalk which we thought was far.

Many food choices within walking distance. No sea views, but very short walk to beach. Didn't like having to share balcony with 2 other rooms....couldn't leave door open; I prefer fresh sea air to high power A/C. I would stay again. I am over 70 so nice to have elevator.

• Stephanie (10/5): - Although not brand new or freshly renovated, I found the Sea Hawk to be a charming, classic seaside property that was clean, very well maintained and provided most 3 star ammenities even though it is only a 2 star motel. Amazing value, excellent location. I am definitely booking again next time I am in the area.
