Guest Reviews
- Richard (6/5): - Traveling by myself can handle less average standards, would not take a significant other there.
- Angeline (10/5): - ACM
- Rosie (2/5): - Was not a safe feeling, did not even stay there, went to stay with my brother elsewhere
- James (10/5): - Great place
- James (4/5): - No amenities; glasses, Kleenex, fridge, microwave, ice, breakfast, office locked, pay through window, cheap motel charged over $250 for a busy weekend. Would be a decent $49 motel. At least I haven’t seen crawling insects yet. I had trusted Expedia for this one… mistake!
- Christopher (2/5): WORST HOTEL EVER!!! - I didn't even get to check in, the man was very unfriendly, he said there wasn't even a reservation in his system. He kept asking for my mom's ID, even though I am the one who has the name on the room, and tried to make me pay for a 2 bed room even though I ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM. it was so infuriating me and my mom went to another hotel to stay the night!! I want a refund!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - When I arrived I found out my reservation had been cancelled without allowing me to fix the problem. I was provided a room. On arrival to the room I found the shower with trash in it. I reported it and it was taken care of. The bathroom door is coming off the hinges, so unable to close the door. Had a late night problem with the toilet, called for a plunger, it was delivered and fixed. I am thankful to the staff for their attention and courtesy.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - PRICE GOUGING to the max. Paid $171 for a last minute reservation due to unforeseen circumstances and this motel happened to be one of the few available. Room was terrible. Looked dirty; bed sheets had stains and lighting was so dim, cobwebs on every corner of the room, no Wi-Fi, and no breakfast to say the least. Overall experience was TERRIBLE I will not be staying here again.
- Misty (4/5): Filthy and severely overpriced. - I took my daughter to visit my brother in Abilene; he had been ill so the trip was planned unexpectedly. When I tried to book a room for the night, all the hotels were booked because of a coronavirus super spreader event, Outlaws & Legends. This was the only room I could find. It was a suite in a seedy motel. I paid $200. It was filthy. The floor was so dirty we couldn’t walk with bare feet on it. There was dust and grime on every surface. There were stains on the bed sheets and pillow cases, or they were just dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. We left the light on to keep the bugs at bay. We should have packed a tent and camped instead.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was clean, however one lamp was oit so it was pretty dark and the toilet kept getting clogged.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Over-all good, it was a bit dark because one lamp/plug in was out.
- Stella (8/5): - Very clean and friendly staff!!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Not a damn thing, reallly i never say the inside of anything, probably would have enjoyed the room if we wwrw to get in the eoom.
- Kenneth (2/5): Bed bugs and horrible"customer service" - BED BUGS!!!, MY NUMBER ONE COMPLAINTS, but I guess would you expect being that this is one of the trashier places I've EVER stayed!! If I wasn't so sure I was not going to get a return I would definitely be requiring one.The owners are extremely rude at any given moment. And just they were never taught anything about customer service! Should I would truly was offended by the way they treat their customers. If you pay someone stay at their place at least fake being cordial.
- Sarah (6/5): - We got the king room with a jacuzzi tub. We got it for 99 a night so that was pretty good. The hotel is close to train tracks and so you hear trains alot but we live close to train tracks so it wasn't to big of a deal. When we went to check in the lady first told me I didn't have a reservation then after a few minutes found our reservations. She gave us a key to our room, not a key card but an actual key. We went to open our room and the key only worked in the bottom lock not the deadbolt. We went and told the lady and she came out with another key and said they don't give out the top key cause they have had problems with people trying to get in the rooms so that's nice to know. When we got into our room it was really nice and very clean. It did not have any kind of lock on the inside other than the deadbolt and door knob lock. We stayed two nights and we needed more towels on the second day so I went in and asked the lady for some more towels and she said you have towels in your room. I said I used those yesterday could I have some more. She refused to get me towels. She said thet were locked up and she didn't have a key to it and gave me a hand towel and a rag. When we went to leave the door was locked and there was a sign that said she would be gone for 15 minutes so we had to wait until she got back before we could check out. It was a comfortable place to stay but the service was terrible.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Unpleasant Stay - This stay was made two weeks prior to our scheduled visit so there were not many hotels left to choose from however, I would not recommend this place at all. The hotel receptionist was rude and made me feel like I was disturbing her evening. The locks on the doors were flimsy and did not have an extra lock. The wi-fi service lagged in connection and once you were connected, the connection would disconnect after 10 minutes of use. Not a pleasant stay at all.
- Ricardo (2/5): use only as "last resource" - Far from be a reccomendable place. Rooms and hotel overall needs a mayor overhall. WiFi ok. took forever check in process beds not so confortables.
