ANDREIA (8/5): Boa - O quarto, apesar de pequeno, era bastante confortavel e limpo. Acesso ao estacionamento facil. Nao tomamos café da manhã no hotel. Preferimos tomar no centro historico (recomendo). O único problema é que o ar condicionado nao gelava o quarto (que era bem quente). Mas, como estava frio foi só abrir a janela.

Jean-Philippe (6/5): Hotel correct, mais avec travaux à proximité - Hôtel correct. Dommage pour les travaux juste devant les fenêtres de la chambre. Malgré l'affichette ne pas déranger sur la poignée de la chambre, la femme de ménage frappe à la porte pour savoir à quelle heure nous partons. Le fait d'enfreindre le " ne pas déranger" montre le manque de respect pour les clients.
Francois (4/5): Cher au vu des prestations - Chambre, non préparée à l’arrivée, aucun personnel sur place, difficulté à joindre une personne via l’intercom, sacs de linge sale, traînant dans le hall d’entrée, réceptionniste le matin qui ne s’est pas donné la peine de répondre à nos requêtes de pouvoir prendre un petit déjeuner prétextant qu’il devait partir, ce qui s’est avéré inexacte au final.

Getränke Automat im Foyer defekt Im Bad läuft die ganze Zeit ein Lüfter durch, viel zu laut Wände so dünn, man hört alles Badezimmer stinkt ebenfalls Check in am Automat musste 2tes Mal nach Anruf durchgeführt werden Trotz bitte nicht stören Schild war jmd im Zimmer und hat die Handtücher getauscht, nett gemeint aber bei zwei Nächten nicht nötig
Ulrich (6/5): - Hatte das Hotel aufgrund der Lage und des Preis/Leistungsverhältnisses gewählt und auch nur einen reduzierten Service erwartet. Im Prinzip OK. Allerdings hatte ich die Buchungsbestätigung per Email auf dem Handy, und die Rezeption des Hotels ist digitalisiert - also wurde ein Zugangscode am Terminal neben dem Eingang verlangt. Da sich mein Handy aber automatisch beim Provider FREE verbunden hat und keine gute Internet-Verbindung aufbauen konnte, konnte ich die Email mit diesem Code nicht bekommen. Den Code konnte ich dann über den B&B-Service telefonisch bekommen. Diesen Code musste ich dann am Eingangs-Terminal des Hotels eingeben, um den Zugangscode und die Zimmernummer zu bekommen. Das Problem hatten noch weitere 8 Personen vor der Eingangstür. There is room for process improvement. Ansonsten ist es für den Preis OK.

Kerstin (10/5): Alles bestens im B&B - Wer die Kette kennt, weiß was man erwartet. Zwar kleines Zimmer, aber sauber und sehr gemütliche Betten. Die Dusche schön groß und warmes Zimmer. Parkplatz kostenlos und sehr freundliches Personal. Des Weiteren gab es mehrere deutsche TV-Kanäle. Top👍 Immer wieder gerne und vielen Dank für die Umsetzung unserer Wünsche! 200 m vom Buffalo Grill entfernt: sehr zu empfehlen. Seit über 40 Jahren immer wieder verlockend lecker. Unbedingt besuchen.
Jose Julio (2/5): - Nada que ver con las imágenes y con lo que ofrecen de verdad es una gran mentira no lo recomiendo, desde que llegas al hotel no hay nadie que te atienda solo te dan una confirmación tu clave y con eso accesas a tu habitación pero si está sucia no hay nadie que te ayude sin necesitas algo.

Verified traveler (8/5): - Sauber und ordentliche Zimmer. Frühstück günstig auf Wunsch. Die Leute (Personal) sehr zuvorkommend während der Anwesenheitszeiten. Alles in allem günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit nahe der Stadt welche dann mit dem Bus erreichbar ist in 15 min. je nach Verbindung (Abends allerdings kein ÖV ab 20:30).

Es muy justito de espacios, con un colchón muy cómodo, eso sí. El desayuno se queda escaso, no hay fruta, queso, jamón ni yogures, se echaban en falta. Pero para una o dos noches, está bien y bastante cerca de Estrasburgo.

Yasmine (4/5): Hôtel correct pour une nuit pas plus - Hôtel situé dans une zone industriel à 15/20 min du centre ville de Strasbourg . Chambre très correcte pour 4 personnes , assez petite. Matelas assez dur , pas de sèches cheveux , pas de produits de toilettes ( excepté un produit liquide fixe pour tout le corps dans la douche ). Une seule serviette pas personne à disposition . Pas d’accueil ( fermé ouvre à 17h ) , donc Check in sur automate . Personnel de l’accueil pas chaleureux aucun accueil ni politesse . Pas de carte de chambre mais un code à utiliser pour la chambre et le parking car il ferme la nuit ( on doit descendre de la voiture pour mettre le code). Parking surchargé la nuit par des voitures extérieures à la clientèle de l’hôtel . Pour finir sur la clientèle de l’hôtel , je ne le recommande pas pour une famille avec des enfants . Assez cher
