• BRUNO (6/5): Bon hôtel pour un étape - Hôtel est très bien entretenu mais la chambre que j'ai occupée était un peu trop petite pour y mettre 2 lits... du coup les 2 lits était très peu larges (je n'ai pas mesuré mais ils étaient en dessous d'une taille standard). Petit déjeûner très correct mais le tarif enfant ne s'applique qu'en dessous de 10 ans (16 ans sur la facture) d'où un petit différend lors de notre arrivée. Je recommande cet hôtel pour une étape.

Asked repeatedly for a lower floor the check in staff very unhelpful kept saying fully booked and couldn’t move my room. The annoying thing was not everyone had checked in and they could I am sure done a simple swap for me. Very frustrating to be met by poor service and little empathy

Chambre passable, porte SDB gondolé, pas de serviette de visage, seulement grande serviette, lavabo abimé... et surtour Petit déjeuner pas terrible, miniscules assiettes pour se servir....., si on veut du fromage, il faut servir avec les mains! Le pain aux graines était délicieux mais j’ai peu m'en servir qu'une tranche, après y en avait plus!

Conscience professionnelle appréciable. La chambre et le cabinet de toilette étaient bien propres, manquaient un peu de place, mais dans l'ensemble, cela ne posait pas trop de problèmes. La literie était confortable et agréable pour un sommeil réparateur. Le petit-déjeuner était bon et varié, de quoi se restaurer avant de partir en balade. Le fait que ce soit "non fumeur" est très appréciable aussi.

Nous avons donc été contraints de prendre notre petit déjeuner ailleurs...

Französisches Frühstück: man weiß was man bekommt. Aber Marmelade in kleinen Plastikbechern zum abfüllen nicht umweltfreundlich! Baguette halb durch. Umgebung: nix los, Taxi in die Stadt kostet fast 30€. Für Unseren Zwischenstopp Richtung Süden: gut gelegen (Autobahn). Preis - Leistung: Katastrophe. 126,-€? Wofür? Vergleichbare 2 Sternehotels sind bedeutend günstiger.

• Maja (8/5): Været her mindst 10 gange - Hotellet ligger bekvemt i forhold til videre rejseplaner. Tæt ved autoroute du solei. Parkering altid muligt. Egen mulighed for indskrivningen. Hotellet bærer præg af slid. Kunne trænge til et frisk look- gang arealer, gulvtæpper slidte. Men bemærkede nye madrasser- godt! Morgenmad sørger vi altid selv for. Trist fransk sød morgentilbud er ikke lige os. Der mangler ost, frugt, æg mv. Men hvis det er prisen du går efter så kan det fortsat være ok- dog bemærkede vi nye stigende priser som gør vi overvejer næste gang vi skal overnatte i Dijon- den gl bydel er flot!

• Valérie (4/5): A éviter... - Les draps ne sentaient pas bons, l’entrée de la chambre avait été mal aspiré. Un bruit de moteur ( de frigo, peut-être) a duré tout le séjour ( d’eux jours). Mais l’accueil était sympathique et les plats à emporter ont un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Un peu délicat avec les poubelles déjeuner et repas, pleines bien sûr, compte tenu du couvre-feu et de la quasi-obligation de prendre repas en chambre. Sinon, le personnel est sympa et accueillant. Reproche : un mois avant mon séjour et encore quelques jours avant j'ai posée une question écrite à l'Hôtel ; aucune réponse. Hotel.Com m'a répondu en me communiquant seulement les consignes pandémie, mais pas les réponses aux questions posées. Incompréhension manifeste par mes interlocuteurs téléphoniques. Résultat : j'ai finalement appelé l'hôtel pour avoir réponse : satisfaisante. Autre critique, j'ai reçu un message d'Hotel.com relatif à des restrictions d'horaires d'ouverture de la réception et me donnant un code pour entrée à mon arrivée. Problème : le message m'a ét adressé sur Internet tard, la veille de mon départ. Je ne l'ai découvert que par hasard. Un SMS portable eut été plus efficace. Autre chose, la réception de l'hôtel été ouverte à mon arrivée et le message d'hotel.com inutile donc en contradiction avec la réception ouverte jusqu'à 21. 00. Rien de grave mais pas compris. Cela manque un peu de clarté.

Bon à savoir : la réceptionniste nous a dit de contacter par téléphone le/la responsable de garde pour qu'elle intervienne dans des situations identiques. A voir ! Autrement, endroit calme et sûr. pas très loin de l'autoroute. Petit déjeuner correct.
• Maja (6/5): Vi benytter det hvert år..... - Et hotel som vi kender gennem mange besøg/ gennemrejse til Provence. Hotellet ligger tæt til motorveje og stort indkøbscenter. Betjeningen altid venlig- fransk, desværre ikke engelsk talende. Værelserne er ok for en overnatning og i relation til pris. Morgenmaden er til gengæld ikke tilfredsstillende for os. Meget sukker/ chokolade i menuen og ingen ost, sunde morgenmadsprodukter, så vi køber ikke morgenmad til den pris. Gode parkeringsmuligheder lige på grunden gratis er også positivt. Niveau ok i relation til pris.

• Blackcat180 (8/5): Great Overnighter - Stayed overnight on the way back from Spain with the family. We used the late arrival check in and all worked fine. Had a great nights sleep and was close to the motorway. Their is a large Pizza restaurant outside.

The room had most of what one needs, and I was happy to be able to borrow a hair dryer from the front desk the next day. (This is probably noted on the hotel website under amenities, but I clearly missed it.)

• Alison (8/5): Nice hotel close to motorway - Needs some serious maintenance as toilet leaked badly and half flooded bathroom. Because we arrived late and left early, no-one to complain to.
• 562benh (2/5): Poor - There is a reason this property is so competitively priced! The accommodation is exceptionally poor - our room smelled poor from the drain in the shower, the shower curtain was revolting, the ceiling mouldy as another reviewer pointed out. The bathroom was barely big enough to stand in. The toilet, although clean, was clearly very old and stained and required replacement. The 2 beds side by side left no room between them or either side of them. The room was too tight for two people. There was not enough space for Our luggage so once in the room we stacked it against the door which is not ideal if there was an emergency in the night. The beds were hard and pillows poor. I slept well but only because I’d driven across Europe for 11 hours already! I would only recommend booking if this was your only choice, either you have broken down in the car, or there is no room elsewhere in Dijon. There was a lot of noise in the corridors and the other rooms. I don’t think they were noisy guests, just that the walls and doors and insufficient in soundproofing. We got up and left without eating the next morning and headed for our ferry in Calais 3 hours earlier than intended - we couldn’t bare staying longer than we had to. At one point we did think of leaving and going else where. There is a lot of work needed in this property to bring it up to any kind of basic standard.
• Ben (2/5): Dreadful - Smelly, mouldy bathroom, noise from the corridor and other rooms, cramped conditions. Only book if you have no other choice or it’s an emergency. It was cheap for a reason!

• David (6/5): March 2018 - There were no staff around late at night when we arrived after a delayed Eurotunnel crossing. You need a 6 figure booking number to check in using the machine at the hotel but Hotels.com did not give us this. After 30 minutes trying to get through on the help line for B&B Hotels we got through to a very helpful guy who gave us the booking number to use. All OK in the end but thought at one point we would be sleeping in the car. The check in procedure needs to be made clear at time of booking!
• 86deltadelta (2/5): Solid board bed - A solid board bed that's like a rock please only stop at this hotel if you have no where else to stay as it is the most basic place you will ever find. did not have a good night's sleep the bed is absolutely solid and the facilities are rubbish the bath room has no soap.

• I5372QNdaver (8/5): Happy travellers - When ever traveling through France & a stopover is necessary I have come to rely upon the B&B hotel group to provide a comfortable & clean room. For a nights rest with secure parking one could not ask for more. The breakfast was more than adequate with the buffet provision of scrambled egg & bacon as well as the usual continual croissant, coffee & fruit juice. Mine host, pictured was extremely welcoming & helpful, Thank you.

There was no disturbance from any noise. Good access to and from the motorway. Only stopped for one night and did get to access the city.

Only minor complaint is not open all day long and cannot check in before 4:00 p.m. Closed for the afternoon. Good breakfast buffet.
