• HERVE (4/5): Personnel a suivre et a former - Lorsque je suis arrivé vers 18 H il n'y avait personne a la réception. Quand j'ai eu un interlocuteur, et que je lui ai demandé ou il y avait un restaurant, il m'a répondu qu'il en avait un pas loin mis qu'il ne me le conseillait pas sans me dire pourquoi. J'y suis allé quand même et il s'est avéré vraiment bien. Il s'agissait de la chaine "la boucherie". Je regrette l'approche du personnel de l'hôtel.

• Aaron (6/5): - You are required to use a kiosk to check in to the property. I paid Expedia and had a receipt but the kiosk was demanding I pay again. I had to wait over an hour for reception to open and sort the issue out. Breakfast was good and location to bus was great.

Nous avions déjà séjourné une fois dans un BB Hôtel à Lyon, l'isolation était beaucoup mieux, l'accueil également. De plus il y avait boulloire et sachets thé ou café+1 bouteille d'eau et nous avions payé beaucoup mois cher. Prix beaucoup trop cher pour prestations inexistantes. Accueil fermé, borne accès.

• Maellys (6/5): Bon séjour. - Court séjour de 2 nuits. Les réceptionnistes était très gentilles et serviables. Bon rapport qualité/pris pour le Petit déjeuner. La chambre cosy, néanmoins gros bémol pour la salle de bain qui est vraiment minuscule, pas très agréable pour les grands, inondations de la salle de bain à chaque mouvement dans la douche. L’hôtel dispose d’un parking gratuit. Et vous serez à 20min de Cannes.

Das Hotelzimmer war nicht ganz sauber, ausserdem war der Duschvorhang der Dusche viel zu kurz, so dass man das Badezimmer unter Wasser setzt. Im Gebäude selber und auch in den Zimmern roch es sehr komisch. Ansonsten war es für eine Nacht noch angenehm, jedoch nach meiner Meinung nicht für längere Aufenthalte geeignet.

Je m'attendais donc à un petit déjeuner royal … Grave erreur … Il vaut tout juste le prix affiché dans l'hôtel soit 6,5 euros. La chambre propre, spacieuse.

(2) Sie kündigen zwar mit einem Schildchen an, dass die Handtücher nicht täglich ausgetauscht werden müssen, trotzdem werden die Handtücher täglich ausgetauscht.

No place to open suitcase except on the bed. Towels were cheap and harsh on skin. Paper cups in bathroom. Had to carry suitcase up to 2nd floor- not sure whether they had an elevator but office staff lady helped me carry it up.

Me suis retrouvé avec une chambre "handicap", grande au point de se sentir isolé, sans déco. Etant au rez de chaussée, vitre masquée, (une vitre au mur en faux !) et donc on ne peut la laisser ouverte.

Not all employees speak English but they're kind. The automatic check-in works fine. Not many places to have dinner nearby (only one walking 10 minutes, several walking 30 minutes).

The shower is very small and a bit cramped and there was a lot of traffic always going past which even with the window closed was still quite loud. The air conditioning was not working so it made sleeping quite difficult with all the traffic.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Stay only if you are on a tight budget - The pictures on hotels.com do not show the current condition of the hotel! It is not as fresh as it looks on the pictures! I had stayed in another B & B hotel in Marseille which had a much better condition, that's why I chose this hotel for my stay in Nice. There was a hurrible smell in the lobby, although our room didn't smell bad! The front desk personnel = nice & helpful. Toiletries are minimal in the rooms. I don't want to complain, toiletries are cheap in France & we went out & bought our own. There is no elevator. The plus side: cheap stay, free parking, near location to Nice, Cannes & a great shopping center. The negative side: Old building, no elevator & few toiletries.

Climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Les croissants au petit dejeuner n'étaient pas frais.Désolé mais dans les hotels B&B généralement la qualité est au rdv. Je pense qu'étaient de la veille ou avait trop séjournés dehors. Chambre très grande car adaptée pour Handicapé. Salle de bain très peu lumineuse ( Ch 115 au rez de jardin.)

• Emil (8/5): Clean and quiet - Small room, very small bathroom (you need to be 12 inches or less in diameter to be able to take a shower) Comfortable beds but since we had 3 beds there was very little space left to move around. Breakfast was not included but we used it and the food was great with good selection. No key required, just a 6 digit code to remember. Also I liked the possibility to do a self check-in which allowed guests to book a room onsite even if there is no staff available. Parking was outside and there was a safe neighborhood as it was facing a day care facility. About 15 km from Nice and less from Cannes. Also there is a Carrefour close by. All other were in driving not walking distance. Overall a nice place if you have a car.
• James (8/5): Good base to explore the area - A friend and I used the hotel as a base for exploring the area. Whilst a little way out from either Antibes or Biot it served its purpose well. There are not many bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity but we were still able to find places within walking distance. There is also a bus service to Antibes. Whilst the rooms are basic they were clean and all we needed for our trip. The breakfast area was very pleasant and the breakfast itself very good value for money. Special mention must go to Laurent and Florence who run the hotel. I was taken ill one evening and the member of staff who was on reception at the time was very helpful in arranging for a doctor. The following morning, Florence helped my friend and I arrange earlier flights home. They could not have been more helpful. Many thanks to you both!
• Verified traveler (6/5): Budget hotel. - Overall what I expected as facilities, but... I had trouble checking late at 23:30 (no staff) as it was automated machine, which was asking me for my reservation code. The problem was that the Expedia confirmation did not contain this code (just some other Expedia codes), and the code I needed had arrived in a separate message directly from the B&B hotel (in French). It was spammed, and took me about an hour before I could realize that, find it and get to my room. In the meantime, they had an "assistance box" next to the machine, which I tried using, but it was calling their offices in Paris, and couldn't get through for 40 minutes (connected several times, then the operator told me to "hold on" and disconnected). Bottom line - the concept of an automated hotel is nice, but they still need a proper customer service.
• Michelle (6/5): A clean and quiet place to stay! - The hotel is a little bit far from everything but if you have a car it is about a ten minute drive to the beach. There is a Casino supermarket close by . The rooms are small almost like a cruise ship room. The room was clean and had a flat screen TV and the wifi worked well. The staff were friendly and will give you a map of the area if you ask. There is a microwave in the lobby which was great for heating up snacks at night. Breakfast is available for $6 Euros . Parking is free. The only problem we had is that we arrived at 10:00 PM and the self check in machine wouldn't let us check in as we had booked through Hotels.com .The security guy let us into our room and told us that we could check in the next morning. Parc Phoenix is a great way to spend a few hours. It is located across from the airport and costs 3 Euros per person. The parking is separate and costs 2.50 per hour. The park has a musical fountain,parrots, otters, turtles, crocodiles, wallabies, little monkeys , flamingos and more. Totally worth a few hours if you have it.

Rang the central office for help and they cut us off three times - never ever again will I book with hotel.com they didn't explain anything and as a result we were stranded at 23.00 in the middle of nowhere ..

• Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel away from centre - Don't book this hotel, if you don't have car. Keep enough of stock drinks etc. as nothing is available nearby. No restaurants, nothing. You have to drive about 3 miles. Ibis hotel nearby has restaurant, but that is it. One can order pizza/sushi till 10:30PM but that is it.
