• Eric (5/5): - Location and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was too small. I thought it was a hotel with the office and rooms in one building. Instead. Each room went directly outside and the office was in a train car. My key stopped working on day two and i needed to get it reprogramed.
• Monica (3/5): Disappointing. - The young man with the cart when we checked in was very good. The smoke alarm went off at 645am on our last morning. Others that were staying in the same building had informed front desk that the alarm the night before in their room was flashing brightly. The alarm was not turned off for 45 minutes. So no breakfast and the front desk was rude when we dropped off our keys and just said someone pulled the alarm. We left early like every one else. Also the parking for guests was questionable.

• AmericanKot (8/5): Where a Hotel is a Motel - This is a good place to stay while visiting Denali Park. A motel, not a hotel, but that was OK. Car close to the door like a motel. Comfortable, clean room. Bathroom satisfactory. With a microwave, a small refrigerator, and a grocery store 10 miles north, we ate well in the room. Friendly, helpful staff. Knowing what to expect, we would stay here again (not so many choices).

• Angie (6/5): - Yolanda at check in was very nice and lots of information. The beds were comfortable the sheets clean the blanket looked old and worn, top bed cover and pillows looked new.

• Huanzhen (10/5): - They upgraded the room to their sister facility which is closer to the park. It was very quiet place. After Two nights staying in the noisy hotels , really got a good night sleep. The carpet was smelly though but overall we were happy with the hotel

The staff is friendly and are quick to fix any issue at the earliest. However recommend not to use the Denali mart near the hotel which charges double the cost even for a Starbucks coffee can.

• Juli (8/5): I picked this hotel because of its location. - It was very quiet and very clean. There are a few great restaurants nearby. The building is just old and basic. The staff works hard to maintain and clean the rooms. They were incredibly kind and friendly.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the location is also great—close to the park with several cafes nearby. The hotel is also a convenient pickup point for the shuttle to Denali National Park, which made our visit so easy after our car broke down. The value here is excellent compared to other options in the area, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. When our car broke down and we were stranded at a gas station with no ride options, they went out of their way to pick us up. They gave us great advice on towing and repair, and made sure we had everything we needed. This combination of cleanliness, comfort, perfect location, and genuinely caring hospitality made our trip unforgettable. We would highly recommend Denali Park Hotel to anyone visiting Denali!

• Philippe (10/5): - This hotel was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly. It is about a 20-minute drive from the Denali Visitor Center and a 5-minute drive from a restaurant. Lake Otto is 2 minutes away, where there are picnic tables. A coffee machine is available in the room, which is very convenient for breakfast. Large screen TV. It would be nice to have somewhere to put clothes in the bathroom, perhaps another shelf under the towel rack.

Another drawback was the parking setup, with cars right outside the rooms, which made it noisy whenever people came and went. Hotel location is very convenient, close to Denali park and town. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Fairly near some eateries including Roses Cafe which is the only place around for breakfast. Check in was quick and easy and the receptionist was professional and friendly. This made a perfect base for us and I'd stay again

It felt so peaceful and private, yet still had all the comforts we needed for a relaxing getaway. The cabin was clean, well-kept, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

We find the hotel a very comfortable and good place.
