• cindysS8998AZ (10/5): Nice clean place to stay - Spur the moment overnight stay due to unforeseen circumstances. The place was impeccably clean. I've stayed at chain hotels and paid more night, that are not as kept up. The beds were comfortable and the decor was updated. Continental breakfast was similar to those at other chains. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We would stay there again and recommend it to others.

• Darling (7/5): Suited my needs for a short stay. - Good location for my needs. Good breakfast. Quite quiet and comfortable. The office desk with AC and usb outlets is great! Poor lighting and furniture, an armchair and floor lamp would be nice for reading and/or computing. The one, sort of office chair was not very comfortable and the one little desk lamp seemed inadequate! The backlit bathroom mirror creates shadows that make shaving and applying makeup tricky!

• JAMES Hargreaves (8/5): A Bit Dated But Perfectly Fine Place to Stay! - Check in in the middle of a storm went great. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and very helpful We booked a t3-queen room for a ski race, and it worked great. Fridge had a freezer, which we used to re-freeze our freezer packs from our cooler. The space is dated. The tub stop was broken, as well as the bar in the shower to help steady a person.

• Timothy (7/5): A clean and comfortable stay with great coffee—just a few small issues kept it from being perfect. - The room was very clean, the breakfast was solid, and the coffee was excellent—which, for me, is crucial. 😅 The pool was clean and relaxing, and the place felt generally well cared for. There were a few issues. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, and my room wasn’t cleaned at all during my 3-night stay, so I had to ask for towels daily. Also, the shower head had a very narrow spray pattern—fine up close, but not great for rinsing off your legs or feet.

The breakfast was very good and the pleasant staff was there to refill if needed. My room was clean and neat but the bathroom was not cleaned. The commode was dirty and the floor was full of long black hair. I cleaned what I could off the floor but the hair was sticky.

If staying in Kalkaska, Michigan it’s good to know a business is trying to renovate and make their business better! Staff was great and helpful, and they helped us out in a true weather bind.

• Jesus (5/5): Disapointing. - Breakfast was good, nice pool as well. Lobby personnel was rude when we arrived, did not let us check in when we arrived even though we had requested early check in. We were told to move our car from the check in area while other cars were there for a longer time. Other guests came after us and were checked in before us with no explanation, we were waiting in the lobby. We had to argue about being moved from a second level room to first floor.

• slocum (10/5): Well worth the stay! - The All Seasons Resort was fantastic! Very clean and quiet. Our room had a recent renovation with a queen and a king bed. That was more than what we were expecting and a pleasent suprise. The other thing we were excited about was the hotel had a quiet time policy that started at 9pm. The pool area was also restricted to adults only from 9pm to 11pm. Which was nice to be able to enjoy the pool and hot tub with out kids screaming. The only down side that I found to the hotel was that the beds were kinda hard.

• Carl (6/5): - We have stayed here multiple times when coming to the area to visit relatives. The propert is, I'm told, about to undergo a major renovation which is good. They call e d us the day before check in to let us know our king room with jacuzzi wasnt available, because the jacuzzi was broken. We took the room anyway because we wanted the king bed more than the bubbles. The shower still worked so not a big deal. The light/fan in the toilet area made a really loud rumblethat was quite disturbing. The place is just worn and dated. Staff is friendly. Breakfast bar was okay but the attendant didnt seem interested in keeping the hot foods (Scrambled eggs and sausage patties) particularly full. Decaf coffe in the urn was burned and bitter, probably from sitting all morning. Also, it was extremely hot and humid in the dining room due to the pool, i guess. There was a fan direczed into the employee area but not any relief for the guests. I guess that keeps people from sitting too long. We love Kalkaska but may have to look for different accommodations. They did give me a partial refund to try to make it right. I'm glad ownership is going to put some money into a renovation.

• Carol (7/5): - Large bathroom with lots of counter space. Nice variety of breakfast foods, however, no one was there to replenish items that were empty. No elevator to help with luggage to second floor. Only one ice machine located on the first floor. Inconvenient for second floor rooms.
• Andrea (8/5): - My overnight stay with my sister was pleasant and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. If it's in Up North, Michigan, it's already a good location. I wish the hotel wasn't right on the highway, but that's not a complaint, just an observation.

• Amanda (9/5): Fanatic stay would absolutely stay again! - Loved the overall cleanliness of the property, location, and variety at breakfast. The staff was fantastic!! Only thing I would request is some more comfortable mattresses. We stayed in room 204 and the mattresses were rather hard, spring mattresses. It wasn’t terrible but for sure would’ve been better if there was a pillow topper or something.

• Rebecca (5/5): Not worth the price for the stay - The hours of service The linens and comforters were very dated. The pillows were the very small uncomfortable ones that you needed to stack 2 to make one good one. The shower tub felt like it was spongy. The eggs were instant. And the gravy was very thick and not very warm.
• Philip (2/5): - This place was horrible. It said nonsmoking yet my room smelled like smoke and grease. There were holes in the walls, the carpet was filthy, there were stains on the ceiling and there were holes in the furniture. Staff didn’t really care and just blamed the owner.

• Betty (8/5): Very clean - Very clean room, quiet hallways, pleasant atmosphere. We did not use the pool. All-in-all a decent place to stay for a night. Drain in the sink was without a cover and worked slow. Drain in the tub was also uncovered, which made me wonder if it too had plumbing problems.

• Jennifer (8/5): Met our needs well. All in all, good! - Online photos look outdated, but there have been some updates. Our room was clean. Very friendly and informative desk attendant. We had 3 queen beds which was great for our family of 5. This was by far the best indoor hotel pool we've ever seen aside from water parks. It was huge and had a big hot tub as well. Not much in the town of Kalkaska, but we drove to Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Conveniently located next to a grocery store and near some restaurants. Took off a star because our mattress sagged, there was food left in our fridge, and we had to biy some drano for our bath tub. Otherwise, no complaints!
• Keith (8/5): It was ok probably won’t go back! - Check in was easy. Bed ok Toilet was plugged, breakfast not the best, hallways and carpet dirty and carpet in room was dirty

• Patricia (6/5): The place was okay but could use some updating. Not sure why there was so much moisture in the room. - It was convenient to where we were visiting. Pool was nice. Strong smell of chlorine. Noisy. There was a lot of moisture (humidity?) in the room. Beds were too soft. Place was dated.

• Melanie (6/5): - The staff at the property were friendly enough and it looks like a nice place from the outside including a nice little swing. However, when we got to our room the air conditioning had not been on and it was extremely musty and damp. The room did not seem to fully “dry” out the full four days that we were there. Someone had stuck an air freshener on the air conditioner because of the smell. The room was mainly clean when we got there but when I pulled the shower curtain all of the way there were two used washcloths hanging on the shower rod like they had been hung up there and nobody checked the top. The bed was very soft which was very uncomfortable for me as I have a bad back. Breakfast was to end at 9:30 on Friday but when we got there a little after 9 there were no eggs or sausage and nobody ever came to put any out. The second day there were eggs but they were cold and very bland. Could definitely use some updating and attention to details.
