• Frank (8/5): - Große Zimmer, Parkplätze und gute Küche, nettes und aufmerksames Personal Das Badezimmer könnte an ein paar Stellen etwas neue Farbe gebrauchen.

• Stefan (10/5): - Wir wurden beim Einchecken schon sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Wellnesbereich war sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man konnte hier sehr gut entspannen. Da Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant war grandios. Auch hier war das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht in der Gegend, würden aber jederzeit hier wieder einchecken.
• Julia (9/5): Sehr gut... - Ein interessantes Hotel, Altbau, Neubau...mit vielen Details. Alles sehr sauber und ansprechend. Ein kleiner Wellness Bereich, der locker für bis zu 8 Personen ausgelegt ist ... Finnische Sauna und Vital Sauna, je für 2-3 Personen - ein Ruhebereich, Sitzmöglichkeiten und ein Balkon mit schönem Ausblick. Das Zimmer war gut und modern ausgestattet. Gutes Restaurant und der Abschluss am anderen Morgen, das tolle, umfangreiche Frühstück, sehr gut! Anstrengende war der Sitzplatz beim Abendessen... wir hatten unseren Sitzplatz direkt in Theken Nähe...viel Trouble und Lautstärke ( würde bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt versuchen, einen Platz im Nebenzimmer zu reservieren)

• Hartmut (6/5): Preis-/Leistung ist verbesserungsfähig - Freundliches Personal Das Hotel war sehr laut. Bei offenem Fenster war es ab 6:00 Uhr morgens mit der Nachruhe vorbei .
• Jörg (9/5): Es hat uns sehr gefallen, wir würden wieder im Hotel Schepers absteigen und das Haus weiterempfehlen - Check- in und check- out waren problemlos. Sehr freundliches und serviceorientiertes Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber. Als sehr angenehm empfanden wir den Parkettfußboden im Zimmer. Wir halten das für hygienischer. Das Frühstück war gut bei einer großen Auswahl. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Brötchen waren schon nicht mehr ganz frisch. Wahrscheinlich werden die schon in der Nacht angeliefert. Das Hotel liegt an einer tagsüber stark befahrenen Straße. Gegen Morgen mußte man das Fenster schließen, da doch einiger Lärm herein drang. Vielleicht sollte man bei einer Renovierung über ein effizientes Lüftungssystem nachdenken.

• László (4/5): Legközelebb Gronau és környékén másik hotelt választok. Drága a nyújtott szolgáltatáshoz képest! - A reggeli szuper volt, a személyzet kedves. A szobában nincs hűtő! A világítás hiányos és nem mindegyik működik. A bekészített instant kávé csak 1 napon került pótlásra. Az ágyban a matrac gödrös. Vasárnap este nincs étterem!

Vond het jammer dat we voor een suite bij moesten betalen voor de badjassen en handdoeken voor de sauna.

• Kai-Uwe (6/5): - For this stay I booked for my friend I have to put my credit details into this booking as Expedia asked me but this payment from Expedia was not going thru hotel, that means i have to pay directly at hotel. That's NOT nice in my view because my friend who checked in that hotel got confused why hotel said i haven't pay for him for this stay. Not nice !

• Marcus (4/5): Slecht geslapen door veel geluid en rook van het terras - De sauna met uitzicht Slechte wifi even het journaal kijken was er helaas niet bij via wifi. Gelukkig was er wel 5G bereik. Een deel van de kamers is gelegen direct boven het terras zowel een de voor als achterkant van het hotel. De rook van het terras trekt de kamers binnen als je een raam open heb staan. Een open raam is de enige mogelijkheid om verkoeling te krijgen op de warme kamer. Terras is tot na middernacht open met het bijbehorende geluid. Van een rustig verblijf is dan ook geen sprake door al het rumoer van het terras en de naastgelegen drukke weg is de slaap vatten erg lastig. De sauna is gratis maar om van de sauna gebruik te kunnen maken moet je wel een handdoek en badjas huren 9 euro. Doordat ik heb aangegeven dat het niet wenselijk is dat de rook van het terras de kamer in trok en het erg luidruchtig was heb ik de handdoek en badjas niet hoeven te betalen wat een aardig gebaar was.

Our stay overlapped Xmas Eve and Christmas Day and the 2nd day of Christmas, so they reached out the week before to say they wouldn't be able to provide breakfasts for 3 of our 4 mornings. We'd stayed there about 20 years ago and it was the best breakfast we'd ever had, so we were disappointed; however, it totally made sense given the holiday. The advance notice allowed us to make other plans, and they refunded us for the breakfasts we didn't get. I had booked us a suite as I wasn't sure how much we'd be in the room, and it was fantastic, with plenty of space for us to spread out and also an enormous bathroom! We'd stay there again the next time we are in the area, without hesitation!
