Staff are super helpful and accomodating. Value for money is 5 stars out of 5, Cleanliness is 5 out of 5 Location 5 out of 5 Very safe accomodation and had no issues during my stay

No drinking water, just had an empty bottle in fridge which smelled very foul. lots of flies and mosquitoes on pillow and bedsheet even before us entering the premises.

Nothing, everything was as or exceeded what you would like to see / have in a room.

Area behind reception full of old used cars. Truck noice from trucks was very loud. None of which was mentioned on the promotional information.We decided to doggy so we canceled at reception. When asked the next day for a refund the owner refused, all he would say was we signed a contract over and over and over again. Clearly he was only interested in taking our money. I recommend Standpipe golf motel inn, just around the corner, great service and very comfortable.

My room was large, comfortable, well equipped with microwave, crockery, cutlery and fridge, and well maintained. Check in and out were easy with friendly and helpful front desk staff. There was plenty of parking. The one downside, which may not affect all the rooms, was that my room (and the adjacent ones in the same block), was close to the main road, although sheltered by shrubbery and a solid fence. However, because the property is close to the top of a hill and there are traffic lights a couple of hundred metres down the hill, huge trucks, including road trains, are still accelerating when they pass the motel with all the predictable engine noise. Although it was quieter during the night, the noise was still significant when a truck went past. Rooms in two other blocks did not face the road so might be affected less. Would I stay there again? Yes, but I might ask for a different room.

The room and bathroom is large and well presented. Verandah and small exercise yard was great for our dog. It was quiet at night and locked gates after 8pm made us feel secure. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

• endhers2026 (10/5): A short stay - Naomi was very nice and friendly. She also gave us a better room than what we booked. The room is big with fridge, microwave, a big TV and a king size bed.

Last three visits there have been minor issues. 1. Dirty linen left on floor. 2. Dirty linen/towels left on floor. Dirty cutlery and badly chipped crockery. Only 1 chair at the table, booking for 2. 3. No tissues, empty box in drawer. No washing up detergent, empty bottle under sink. Dirty cutlery and crockery. Coffee splatters up bedroom wall.
