Alles was super goed: het ontbijt was heerlijk, het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en het hotel is erg kindvriendelijk. We voelden ons hier echt welkom met onze peuter. Het enige minpuntje was dat sigarettenrook van naburige terras soms in de onze kamer terechtkwam, wat zeer onaangenaam was en niet ideaal met baby erbij. Rookvrije omgeving op de terrassen, aan het zwembad en restaurant zou een meerwaarde zijn.

• Britt (9/5): Top verblijf - Het hotel heeft twee heerlijke zwembaden die schoon zijn en in goede staat verkeren. Het personeel is ook heel erg aardig. Wij waren met onze dochter van bijna twee hier een paar dagen en iedereen was zo lief voor haar. Ook het restaurant dat bij het hotel zit is erg goed. Mijn dochter vond het erg leuk om de vissen te voeren in de vijver bij het restaurant. Er was een prima kinderbedje aanwezig. Vanuit het hotel loop je zo de straat in waar veel restaurants zitten. Er zijn ook genoeg parkeerplekken bij het hotel. Eigenlijk was alles super. De badkamer kan misschien een update gebruiken maar alles was schoon en deed het prima.

Very clean. Lots of choice in the restaurant (unless Gluten free then just chicken steak or Pad Thai) Advertise a great variety of trips but not enough guests book so don’t go ahead.

La chambre est très agréable et propre, la literie est top et la climatisation est très silencieuse (important). Le restaurant est au bord de la rivière Kwaï ce qui lui confère une vue magnifique. Le personnel est gentil, agréable et aidant. Niveau emplacement, il est top, pas très loin des lieux à visiter et il se trouve à 100m de la rue animée avec tout le nécessaire (restaurants, bars, scooters, massage,…) Cet hôtel est un excellent rapport qualité/prix. • Kristina Noll (7/5): Ok, aber mehr auch nicht - Die Lage war gut, wobei es insgesamt nur eine Straße gibt, in der sich alle Hotels und Resorts aneinanderreihen. Die Zimmer sind groß und im Garten des Hotels gibt es viel Grün. Die Touren können einfach am Tag vorher vor Ort gebucht werden. Das Frühstück hat uns nicht überzeugt. Wenn man einen Ausflug gebucht hat, dann hatte man ca. eine Stunde Zeit für das Frühstück, weil die Touren (vom Hotel organisiert) immer um eine bestimmte Zeit starten und das Frühstück wird eher spät angeboten. Das Personal ist schnell überfordert, sobald mehr Leute beim Frühstück da sind und alle danach zu einer Tour wollen. Mein Vorschlag: bieten Sie das Frühstück einfach eine halbe Stunde früher an, damit die Zeiten entzerrt werden. Wir haben 2 Touren über das Hotel gemacht (Lake Tour und Jungle Tour). Der Guide bei der Jungle Tour hat sich nicht so viel Mühe gegeben, wie andere Guides, die uns begegnet sind. Wir haben nicht so viele Tiere gesehen wie andere 2er Gruppen, die zeitgleich gestartet sind. Wir konnten unseren Guide auch kaum verstehen. Wenn 4 Personen eine Tour gebucht haben, wird man auf 2 Guides vor Ort aufgeteilt, das ist total unnötig. Manchmal wirkte das Personal an der Rezeption genervt.

Many old white men with young Thai girlfriends staying at this hotel which felt weird. Kids playing in the pool and screaming at 10pm. The breakfast staff were rude and more interested in chatting to each other. There was one front desk staff (an older man who worked at night) who was rude too.

• Kerry (1/5): Without the river view for dining this facility is very poor at best. It is old and dated. - River view Food choices limited. Food quality poor. Breakfast staff incompetent and unprofessional. Every morning young staff just gossip at counter when there are tables to be cleared-regularly there were 4 -5 used plates, cups etc. on tables. Broken and chipped crockery common place. The facility is now dated, old and tired with worn furnishings and fittings in the room and dining area.
