Ketika perbaikan tidak berhasil kami mendapat kamar pengganti. Di kamar pengganti kualitas air sangat baik termasuk air panasnya. Rasa makanan saat sarapan sebaiknya diperbaiki.

Saya sebagai tamu dari luar kota tentu tidak paham alamat keberadaan hotel dan saya kira peta yang diberikan bisa dipercaya sebagai pedoman perjalanan menuju hotel. Seperti saat mencari hotel di singapore melalui hotel.com, tentu yang pertama kami lihat adalah peta petunjuk lokasi hotel, karena kami tidak mengenal jalan2 di singapore.. Untuk kekeliruan pasang peta ini, mohon penjelasan dan kebijaksanaan Hotel.com dan Asia Group Hotel. Terima kasih.
