• Meghvi (3/5): Not as expected - The location was apt to travel around the surrounding areas. When we arrived, there were not enough toiletries provided. The room was cleaned the next day even when we had been out of the room all day. Before leaving for the day, we had asked for some water and toilet paper as we ran out of them and they hadn't bothered to replace them before giving us the room. When we came back at 11 pm, we still had no water and toiletries. The kettle had wires coming out, when you turned it on, it kept boiling the water until you switched it off. The AC seemed like it wasn't serviced properly, took ages to cool down the room. The tv wasn't working properly. Once you click a couple of buttons, it keeps freezing and would stop working.

• Magen (10/5): Great value for money and pleasant reception staff. - Very pleasant and receptive staff. Rahul was excellent. He helped me book my train ticket to Udaipur and gave me some great tips. Be careful of searching for Ginger hotel when u booking a cab to arrive. There are at least 4 Ginger hotels in Ahmedabad. I booked my taxi to the wrong one.

• SINGHAL (7/5): A Decent Hotel - Breakfast was good, staff is polite and behaved gently.Hotel situated in prime location of Ahmedabad. Basic Amenities should be provided like toothpaste, brush, hand towel, a stool in bathroom who wants sit and take bath, laundry bag.. Also before alloting staff should check whether all things are working like shower tap, good night, etc

However, staff members were inflexible regarding motorcycle parking; only two spaces were available in a designated area, both occupied by staff. Despite traveling from Kanyakumari to Delhi by motorcycle, I was denied parking in the car area, although ample open parking was available. Otherwise, the experience was satisfactory.

• Shreya (4/5): It was ok, but not comfortable due to noises at night. - Location was good and staff was active. The place was clean. 1. No toiletries provided. You need to carry your own toothpaste, hand towel etc. and there is no grocery shop near around. The shampoo provided was looking like very old and separated. 2. One night between 1-2 Am there was so much of noise for quite sometime, Upon calling the reception it was stopped. Other night, people were playing loud music. So the nights were not peaceful there. 3. The chair require to be recovered, looks very dirty. 4. No complementary breakfast or high tea. At this price it should be given.

• Madabhushi (7/5): It was OK on the whole. - The restaurant was not up to the standard format of Ginger hotels that I had visited before. There was no buffet fare that was offered. everything was a-la-carte.

• Darshan (9/5): Fantastic with pleasure stay - Honest & Hard working staff Delicious limited breakfast. Cooperative staff. Sufficient space in the room. Iron should provide to the customer. Fridge connection should direct. In case of Insulin I cannot keep in the room refrigerator.

Basic things were not provided like tooth brush and paste. Towel in the bathroom was stinking had to change it. Cleanliness was not upto the mark could have been more hygienic.
