- Robin (10/5): - Fun property with themed rooms. We chose the Hawaii room, which had a waterfall shower and large soaking jacuzzi tube, as well as tropical island decor. Very nice. Comfortable bed. Steps in the room - so not good for those with mobility issues. Nice tv with streaming options included. Fridge and microwave; breakfast included with some choice and delivered to the room if you chose. Easy parking nearby. Walkable to restaurants downtown and the falls. (Quite cold and windy the day we visited, but still walkable.) Helpful and nice staff.

- Robert (10/5): Great Themed Hotel in southern Idaho - An absolute gem if you're looking for the themed room experience. Since it is in town it does not have a dedicated parking lot but there is ample safe parking yards away. Walking distance to a beautiful park and the man-modified Idaho Falls.

- Alan (6/5): Bad whirlpool tub. - This is an interesting hotel. Different themes. The whirlpool was so deep and slippery that it was almost impossible to get out. My wife actually hurt her right side as she slipped. There was almost nothing to hold onto. Will not stay again.

- James (10/5): Wonderful hotel - Staff was very nice, room was super clean and comfortable and the location is convenient to restaurants both in downtown Idaho Falls and those close to I-15. My wife and I stayed in the Alaska room and the shower/bathtub/spa is in the middle of the bedroom without curtains. If you are traveling with children I would suggest checking first to see if the showers in the other rooms are private.

The NYC design hit the mark 100%, where the Egyptian one was a little lacking (our opinion). It was a nice room...just not worth the added cost. Save some $ and stay in NYC...you won't get mugged at this one.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Fun but needs a little help with details - The front desk was extremely helpful and courteous! Our only complaints have to do with amenities in the room and the like. The fitted sheets did not fit the deep mattress well and kept popping off, so we had to call the front desk twice for a replacement and ended up just remaking our bed and sleeping on top of the flat sheet. The managers made it right and compensated us with a complementary snack basket the first night and a small discount off our two-night stay. Additionally, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom/water closet area, so bring air freshener. There are no safety bars to climb out of the sunken tub with, either, so be aware of that. Also, the surround sound speakers for our room were not functioning, which was okay, just something that we noticed. The breakfast was good, but might we suggest making salt and pepper available on the breakfast tray? One last comment: we did get one small creamer cup and one small half and half cup on the second day, but there was none the first morning. These were not deal breakers for us, but might be important to take note of the details.

Weāve stayed here twice now and have loved it both times. The breakfast baskets are so great. The only downside is because of COVID they donāt come and clean your room if you stay multiple nights but we did get a basket with clean towels, waters, bath products etc and that was great. We will definitely stay again!
- James (10/5): Need to stay more then 1 nite - This was the best. This is a type of place for romance this was our 25th anniversary & it was so romantic we got the Paris suite. If u get a room make sure it is more then 1 night. U wont be sorry...everything about this inn is what it say...i will be coming back again...i cant say enough how much my husband and I LOVE OUR ROOM best anniversary ever thank you
