• Inga (8/5): Pleasant stay - It’s a bit uphill from city centre. Thank you for meeting me at the airport and helping to find a tour guide to explore Burundi! Restaurant was good I planned to pay by credit card, however this was not working and I had to pay in cash which was limited on me

Clean and tidy and a great swimming pool , great food and cold beer.

• Andre-christiana (4/5): The place didn’t offer susatisfactory services, to my liking. However the hotel was located at a strategic place. Given - Location was convenient to my workplace The facility lacked some important features. Internet was very poor as it could not be accessed for most of the time. Secondly the rooms didn’t have television. Thirdly, there were no drinking water in the rooms. One had to always ask water from the reception. Fourth, breakfast was boring. The only menu was about fruits, bread and eggs. No choice for other type of food. Lastly, the rooms didn’t have provisions for tea or coffee. Generally I didn’t find value for money. In this age, it is an insult to go to a hotel with no basic amenities like television and internet. Some of my friends relocated to other places because they were not happy with substandard services at this hotel. I remained because I had no choice because I paid for all my days.

• Anja (8/5): Everything you need for a good price - The staff was very friendly and the room very big and clean. It was close to the city, yet in green sorroundings and we felt welcome. I cannot compare it to other hotels in Burundi - but I feel that value for money was ok. The airconditioner did not function properly and having reading lamps next to the bed would be a great addition. Breakfast is good, but you need to plan some time as it takes quite a while to prepare.

• Gillian (9/5): Superb - This place is one of the most welcoming I've ever stayed in. The personnel is very professional and does everything to accommodate guests. It's very well located, in a calm and safe neighborhood. Walking distance to the city centre and very close to the university. The rooms are very spacious and clean, there is airconditioning, electricity is semi-permanent, and if not, a generator is taking over. You can have a very good breakfast on your balcony, whenever you want. While the rooms are not the newest, they are clean, and the beds very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this hotel, and will come back here.
• Palesa (8/5): Very good - The area is at a safe location close to the presidential area. Very reserved quiet place. Friendly hotel staff. Free drinking water for clients. They serve breakfast at your convenience time. Cleaning a room at your convenience time. They require to repair and repaint the facilities. The food is not good. They require to hire qualified chefs 👩‍🍳 and make sure good nutritional food is available.

• Gert (8/5): Good hotel quite close the city center - Nice and secure hotel with good restaurant and good included breakfast. Very good wifi and generator starts within seconds of a power break. TV and fridge in room. Some staff speak English. 20 minutes walk to the centre. Pool looked nice.
• Marina (4/5): Disappointing - Friendly staff, who were ready to help; good breakfast Muffly smell in the room; Miscommunication - hotel offered an additional bed for free automatically on booking website, however, at the place they refused to provide it. Paying with a credit card was not possible, the hotel accepts only US dollars, which are difficult to find. I had to withdraw Burundi francs from the card and exchange it into US dollars for that purpose which turned out to be a complete financial disaster- the exchange rates are crazy and I paid double the price for the hotel!

• Lucius (5/5): securitywise this place is good, otherwise service is just fair - Location is good for the security is very high Regarding breakfast I was charged extra money for my spouse in the first day and in the second day I was told its free The cleanless the place seems it is not always cleaned, the bathroom had stalking water (the sawarage is not well functioning), no tooth brush and tooth paste, no hot hot jug, no sandals no drinking water in the room pricewise it is the same but they dont charge in their own currency
• Bronson (1/5): Pathetic - Not good It is quite unfortunately, Kiriri residents didn't make it clear on their payment policy that they don.t handle their local currency, Burundian Francs(which doesn't make sense),....as I expected to make the payments in equivalent local currency.... on contrary, they asked for twice the amount... which is absurd this was frustrating.....as policies needs to be clear...
