Rita (9/5): Ein schönes, kleines Hotel in idealer Lage, mit hilfsbereitem Personal und freundlicher Atmosphäre. - Die Lage direkt am Rheintor war ideal. Man war nach durchschreiten des Tores sofort in der Altstadt oder nach überqueren der Straße, direkt auf der Rheinpromenade. Ein paar Meter nebenan war das Geysir-Zentrum, sehr leicht erreichbar Das Frühstück im Hotel war gut und reichlich. Am Nachmittag konnte man leckeren Kuchen bekommen. Ein kleines Abendessen war auch möglich. Ein oder zwei Haken für die Garderobe wären sehr nützlich gewesen. Die Matratzen waren sehr weich.

Die Fliesen, die Ablage wiesen deutliche Wasserspuren auf, die Dusche verkalkt und ungepflegt, der Boden klebte leicht, die Fliesen hinter der Badtür, def. nicht geputzt. Als ich den ungeleerten Mülleimer entdeckte u die löcherige Bettwäsche sah, hielt mich nur noch der Stress für die Situationsklärung für 1 Nacht davon ab, sofort das Hotel zu wechseln. Für Andernach und die Toplage unwürdig, für mind. mich in meinem „Premium-Einzelzimmer“ wirklich unangenehm. Def. KEINE EMPFEHLUNG, da nützt auch der grds. freundliche Empfang nichts.

Cassie2010 (5/5): Viel Potential, wenig Service - Der kurze Laufabstand zur Innenstadt und zum Rheinufer. Es gibts einen Aufzug, sodass man das Gepäck nicht die Stufen hochtragen muss. Wer möchte kann frühstücken. Die Rezeption ist nur von 12 bis 18 Uhr von einem bevollmächtigten und deutschsprachigen Mitarbeiter besetzt. Morgens sind nur englischsprachige Mitarbeiter vor Ort, eine Verlängerung des Aufenthalts wurde somit zur Herausforderung, da diese Mitarbeiter keine Bevollmächtigung besaßen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt um 2 Nächte verlängert, an keinem Tag fand Zimmerservice statt. Der Fernseher hatte keinen Empfang und war somit nicht zu gebrauchen.

Als ich mit meiner Karte vor der Tür stand, war die Tür offen und 2 Lappen lagen auf dem Boden verteilt. Die Reibungskraft war in einem anderen Zimmer noch beschäftigt. Auf Anfrage durfte ich ins Zimmer rein. Handtücher wurden später nachgebracht.

Und die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

Stefanie (8/5): - Das Hotel liegt an der Rheinpromenade, ist nah zum Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind okay und das Servicepersonal freundlich und bemüht. Das Hotel wirkt etwas unaufgeräumt und unfertig. Die Stadt ist geprägt von Leerstand und Müll.

Heike (7/5): - Ein schönes kleines Hotel,für 1- 2 Übernachtungen ist es optimal.Die Zimmer sind klein,aber sauber und ausreichend für ein Wochenende.Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar.Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.Parkplätze sind in der Umgebung kostenpflichtig aber bezahlbar.Für uns stimmte das Preis,Leistungsverhältniss.Frühstück war für 14 € pro Person Ok. Es ist für große,schwere oder behinderte Menschen wahrscheinlich im Bad zu beengt.Die Toilette ist sehr tief angebracht....das war gewöhnungsbedürftig😉

De Rocco (3/5): Nie wieder - Das Hotel an sich ist ok, hat aber die besten Jahre hinter sich. Das Personal sicherlich bemüht. Jedoch: zum Frühstück war eine sehr junge Dame da (unter 18j) und im Hotel ist vor 13Uhr kein Personal. Wenig Schallschutz im Hotel und Betten durchgelegen. Für den Preis nein danke! Betten durchgelegen, die besten Zeiten sind vorbei, kein besonderes Frühstück, fragwürdige Klientel im Hotel

Bernd und Luz Amparo (3/5): Nicht für diesen Preis buchen und alles für ok halten was angeboten wird! - Neu Renoviert aber nicht perfekt Hotel war geschlossen und der Eigentümer war unterwegs. Reinigungskraft ohne Deutsche oder Englische Sprachkenntnisse öffnet nach 15 Minuten und so lange standen wir in der Kälte und Nieselregen . Das Zimmer war sehr kalt und der Heizkörper war sehr klein für die Zimmergröße und mit Vorhängen zuerst nicht wahrnehmbar. Wir haben sehr gefroren und lange keine Möglichkeit gesehen dies zu ändern. (Wir haben dann den Heizkörper freigelegt und trotzdem hat es Stunden gedauert bis es endlich bemerkbar wurde) Am Morgen wurden wir um zwischen 7 und 7: 30 Uhr mehrfach mit sehr lautem Klopfen an der Tür ( Tür Zimmer 3 schließt nicht korrekt/ vollständig wenn man nicht nachhilft) geweckt um am Frühstück teilzunehmen was wir nicht gebucht hatten. Beim duschen hatte ich nach kurzer Zeit den großen Duschraum überflutet weil der Abfluss nicht funktionierte / verstopft war. Leider kann ich das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Sorry auf den Bilder und Angaben im Internet war die Unterkunft welches sich ein Hotel bezeichnet das Geld nicht wert!!! Nie Mals wieder!!! Vorsicht genau nachfragen was gerade Hotel Rhein und Parkplätze Jahreszeiten so an Ausreden für den Besitzer zulassen…..!!!!👀🥳
SolCompany GmbH (10/5): Schickes und zentral gelegens Hotel direkt am Rheinufer. Top Lage - Empfehlung - Schickes kleines und gemütliches Hotel direkt am Rhein gelegen. Durch das Stadttor kommt man sofort in die Altstadt, in der man gut und gerne die zahlreichen Restaurants besuchen kann. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Hier komme ich gerne wieder hin.
Isabella vom Rhein (4/5): Super Lage, aber das war auch schon alles - Die Lage ist super, direkt am Rhein und die Altstadt ist um die Ecke. Gegen Aufpreis hatte ich ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Rhein. Rezeption durchgehend nicht besetzt, zum Check in muss nan anrufen und warten. Vorauszahlung nicht möglich, kurz vor Check out klopft jemand ans Zimmer zum Zahlen, sehr strange und keine Rechnung. Der Eingang ist abgeschlossen, wenn man das Hotel verlässt, muss man darauf hoffen, dass jemand zum öffnen da ist. Immerhin hatte ich fa Glück, da ich nicht spät abends unterwegs war. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt das Zimmer zweckmäßig freundlich, bei näherem Hinsehen gibt es viele schmutzige Ecken. Der Knaller waren der völlig verdreckte Stöpsel im Waschbecken, die Heizung und der verrostete Mülleimer. Trotz der schönen Lage werde ich das Hotel nie wieder buchen.

Amber (10/5): Lovely stay and excellent customer service across from the Rhine - Panorama Hotel Rheinkrone was a lovely stay near the Rhine in Andernach. First off, the staff were wonderful and the customer service was excellent. The room was large and had everything we needed including a fan. In the evening, there was a nice breeze and we opened the window with the curtains closed. With the fan, we were very comfortable. The room was very clean had nice places to set luggage. I also enjoyed the art throughout the halls. The location is excellent and just across the street from a walking and bike path and the Rhine. We enjoyed walking and running on the paths. Andernach is just on the other side of the hotel and we enjoyed the restaurants, gelato, and shops in town. From Andernach, we visited the area by train including Koblenz and Castle Eltz. The hotel is a short 15 minute walk from the train station. It was such a great value for the cost. All was wonderful and we had such a lovely stay!

Schmidt (8/5): Viel erlebt am Rhein und dann dazu das Hotel , das ist fein. - Schöne Lage , direkt am Rhein. Zimmer und Bad sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück reichhaltig. Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Freundliches Personal Keine eigenen Parkplätze, daher Parkkosten im öffentlichen Bereich einplanen.
S.Amelung (8/5): Preis Leistung ok - Tolle Lage Dünne Wände, Zimmer Nachbar kommt man hören, leider um 7 Uhr schon Baggerarbeiten direkt neben dem Zimmer Fenster!
Thiele (10/5): - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Rheinkrone war von Anfang bis Ende einfach hervorragend. Das Hotel besticht durch seine wunderschöne Lage in direkter Nähe zum Rhein und bietet eine sehr angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der hohe Schlafkomfort und die Liebe zum Detail. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich als Gast wirklich willkommen und gut umsorgt. Fragen oder Wünsche wurden sofort und mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Auch das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: reichhaltig, frisch und mit einer guten Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Ein perfekter Start in den Tag! Insgesamt ein Hotel, das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und danken dem gesamten Team für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Eddy (7/5): OK, proper, maar weinig luxe en niet sfeervol - Ontbijt OK --> alles voorzien maar 12-13 € zou beter pasen beter (ipv 14 €). Voorafgaandelijke vragen per mail werden niet beantwoord (wisten zelfs niet dat er mails waren verstuurd) ??? Te weinig plaats rond toilet. Veel te kleine lavabo (spatten op de vloer bij tanden poetsen, scheren, gezicht verfrissen, ......) Ondanks dat we 2 aparte bedden hadden toegezegd gekregen, werd één breed bed aangeboden. Weinig typisch Duits nog te erkennen in het hotel. Geen Kerstversiering edm.
