- Sumsum2951 (7/5): Clean and quiet room but seriously lacking amenities - Room was clean and quite spacious. Everything in good condition. Our room was next to the beach road but still quiet. Fridge is small but sufficient. Swimming pool looked good but we didn't use it. Only if everything else didn't suck, this hotel could easily be rated higher. Water pressure near zero. Difficult to wash. Water heater is disabled at night -- only cold showers after coming back for sleep!! Wifi is a joke. They gave us a single password that only works for one device. Sometimes the wifi is completely unprotected and becomes very slow. Road-side entrance is locked after midnight. Need to walk down the narrow street, avoiding cars and bikes, to the reception, then enter the private yard and walk the same street down the opposite direction to get to your room. Window can be opened but it cannot be locked. They tried to falsely charge us for some minibar stuff but accepted when I told them we didn't use any.

Further the building has extremely thin walls so that the neighbor's fan and TV can be heard all night. NOT recommend.

But renovations were being done and the fumes were overpowering, if I stayed in there for 5 minutes let alone the night I would have been ill so I asked for a refund. The owner spoke little English refusing to refund but offered me another room which was dirty and stunk of smoke, a third time ( in-between frustratingly trying to understand her policies and WiFi information ) offering a room I just gave up asking for a refund and took the room as it was only one night. The overall condition of the hotel is neglected, the gardens are all overgrown. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and am still looking for a refund As above

Stayed 2 nights and my room was not serviced for the second night- no fresh towels. From my 3rd floor balcony I watched the rats below go in and out of the rear reception door! They obviously ate very well as one was huge. There was nothing about this stay that I could say was positive.

- CourtneyWare (4/5): Very basic, only good thing is the location and air con - They charge you for water, it’s NOT FREE!! Tried to charge us at check out but luckily we got a big packet from 7-11 which was much cheaper!! Perfect location, across the road from the beach on a street full of restaurants and bars and the road behind, where 7-11 is. Big spacious room, nice little balcony and a good air con with a fan to blow the cold air around. Very basic rooms and no lift. Clean towels provided daily that absolutely stank of damp, no toiletries or soap provided, had to ask a few times for toilet paper from reception as cleaner didn’t provide any. Shower pressure isn’t the best and it’s an open shower with a short curtain, so bathroom gets soaked and slippery. They have charges on the wall and half way through our stay the cleaner was demanding our bed sheets to be cleaned and insisted they were dirty but we said no it’s fine. Left do not disturb on the door but she still knocked on and said about cleaning it continuously. Never known a hotel to charge to clean your bed half way through your stay… Maybe to try get more money out of us? Best thing is the location, air con and the cheap price.

First time last year 2022 I stayed there for 2 nights with my wife, she was so mean from checking to checkout, asking exorbitant cash for early check-in even though the room was available. This year on my stay alone I again had a huge argument at check-out with her because she wanted to charge me for missing room key even though I made her understand that The key should just be somewhere in the room, some guests were also there and the entire scene was embarrassing. I again reminded her that last year she had a stinking attitude and this year the same thing

- Andy (5/5): spoilt by uncomfortable beds. - This ought to be the best hotel in Pattaya. The location is ideal. The pool area has character. The prices are very reasonable. The beds were impossibly uncomfortable and hard, almost as hard as sleeping on the floor. There is basically no mattress or give in the bed. We have happily used the hotel many times before but in rooms in the old unit; the one on beach road. The beds there were fine. But the beds in the second building mean we won't be staying there again. We couldn't sleep properly at all.

The toilet door was an old louvered door that if you use the toilet the whole room would have a bad smell. It was not a good place to stay so I had to book another hotel. - George (10/5): Great place to stay at. - This hotel is great for the money, if you take in context the proximity to the beach, to restaurants and all attractions in the area. I will definitely patronize this business again, given the chance.

- traveler555_dabom (2/5): AVOID THIS HOTEL - Bugs crawling on me in bed. Switched rooms. Same thing. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you enjoy have little bugs everywhere. The manager is incompetent. Yelled at me that I had to checkout as once I switched rooms her hand written ledger was out of sorts. Needless to say there was no refund for my last 3 days.
- HIDEYUKI (6/5): 値段相応 - 掃除はされてましたが、設備などは古いので、クローゼットがよく閉まらないなどのことはありました。シャワーカーテンが少しカビ？っぽかったり。 でも、プールは２.5mと深くて楽しめましたし、海まで近いし、プールと寝るだけでしたので、この値段なら相応かと思います。
