• Jim (7/5): The property is older but kept up nicely & in a great location. - Pool area was great & only a short walk to gulf. Privacy was an issue. We could hear the people talking next to us word for word. Need a tub mat in bathroom, it was extremely slippery.

• Tom (6/5): Our stay was pleasant, but in the future we book directly through Jetty East. - We have been coming to Jetty East for over 20 years and have loved the location and amenities. For the first time ever we booked our condo through an outside booking agency and stayed in one that was not managed by Jetty East. It was not up to Jetty East standards - the room was outdated and wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Also, all communication had to be via email or text. The passcode we were given didn’t work when we arrived, so we had to go through red tape to get one that worked.

Our shower was messed up the first night and we were told we had to wait until the next day for it to be looked at. The door didn’t lock properly when leaving so several times we went out and came back our door was standing open . We came back one day to a maintenance man working in our room on something we never even called about or were told that he would be in our room with our belongings. We tried to do late check out due to having a sick child and were told it was too late to do that . Customer service was terrible. When we arrived on site the door was open then when we shut it the code didn’t work and we had to call for it not working.

• Luis (9/5): Overall, had a great time staying at this resort. - The Location; walking distance to the beach and to a great spot for snorkeling! Like the security and privacy; as well as the shaded parking. Elevator was a bit hot and humid. Both bedroom bed and sofa bed mattress were noticeably old and very uncomfortable.

• Ashley (5/5): It was ok but will be staying elsewhere next time. - It was a few steps to the beach The fridge wasn’t working it took all night to cool our drinks, or even keep anything cold. I called management and they was quick to come, the breaker kept blowing when using the kitchen appliances, the view wasn’t ideal there’s alot of construction going on and hardly any water view due to homes and condos so the pictures shown was taken awhile ago. The only spot on the beach we was able to sit at was right next to lifeguard and wasn’t able to have an umbrella or tent or anything because all the chairs we’re for the hotel only and you had to pay 50 a day to reserve them. We had our own and wasn’t able to use them. Even just to go sit on the beach we wasn’t able because the lifeguards came and moved you so you wasn’t in front of their payable chairs. The room was clean and nice but the elevators weren’t working properly so only one for multiple people multiple floors! We waited 20mins just to get on with our wagon for the

• Jared (1/5): Bad - A/C out for the entire building amd the room was 83 degrees all day and night for 4 days. The room was very dated and all original construction from the early 80's. Ceiling fans didn't work in either room.
• Sondra (1/5): Bad - Location The room was not updated, dirty, and air conditioning did not work. We have stayed here before and reserved with the hotel. At that time, everything was great. But going through booking.com/Vacasa, the room with private owner was awful.
• Paul (10/5): 1min to the beach on foot, fantastic safe beach. - Fabulous location. Safe gated and secure. Pool and hot tub but with that beach didnt use them. Lots of parking. 5 min drive to lots of other facilities like restaurants, takeaway food, supermarket etc. Minor gripe, door code supplied didnt work but a quick call to the team supplied a working door code back straight away.

Although the unit we rented was not direct gulf facing, we had a spectacular view of the bay, harbor and bridge, along with a peek of the gulf/jetties. The kitchen is lacking a few things and the living room furniture is not very comfortable. The addition of a Keurig coffeemaker would be great.

• Jessica (8/5): Beautiful scenery, clean but older condo. - Location was right on the beach and had a nice view. Clean, felt safe. Had to buy beach towels, salt/pepper, toilet paper, detergent, and cleaning supplies. Older property so some things were not working properly. Elevators were being worked on and we were staying in the 6th floor so that was a problem. The outlets in the right side of bedroom worked intermittently. Had to report there was a natural gas smell in the lobby. I don’t know if they ever figured out where it was coming from.

• Anonymous (7/5): Decnt little stay - Short walk to the beach I couldn’t turn the air down below 70. The ceiling fans barely worked. The drain in the bathtub wouldn’t drain so we stood in ankle deep water while we showered. The bed was awful, the headboard kept hitting the wall with every move. The toiletries provided for 2 people with a 4 night stay was a joke, it was one sample bottle of shampoo and conditioner.
• Clarice (8/5): Very good - I liked that we could see the ocean from our room and also the fireworks from Harbor Walk. I thought I would have a view of beachfront but only had ocean front and it was a side view. Being able to see the fireworks from the comfort of our balcony made up for it.

Shower curtain molding at bottom hairs in the tub. I wipe the tub with my bleach wipes and there was dirt and hair. Bottom of toilet wasn't clean.

• Butchie (7/5): Decent-ish condo on the beach. Nothing at all fancy, very utilitarian. Quiet location. - Nice location, on the beach, away from the main strip and all the traffic/noise. The mattress was a medieval torture rack. All springs, no padding, and sagged horribly in the middle. The decor was very old-fashioned and outdated. Not beachy in the slightest. The condo itself was in need of many repairs- the wall beside the balcony had considerable water damage, to the point that the wallpaper and probably sheetrock paper were completely separated from the sheet rock, sketchy floor outlets, needs a paint job badly. Not as close to the actual jetty as I'd thought or hoped. Very long and difficult walk to get there if you're carrying fishing gear.

• Katie (9/5): Superb - The condo was very nicely decorated and a great place to stay for the week. We enjoyed everything the property had to offer like the pool, gazebo and the wash off station. The beds were not comfortable at all. Also the tub was stopped up and took a while to drain. And the pictures of the condo on the booking.com site were different from the condo we ended up in. The photos showed a beach front view but we had the back side city/lagoon view. It was a pretty view and we were okay with it just weird the photos didn’t match.

• Kassie (9/5): Convenient, cute and comfortable - The location of Jetty East Condos is perfectly situated directly on the beach. Being on a quiet side road but close enough to busy city attractions was very convenient. Gated and safe! Skipping the typical front desk check-in saves so much time and headache. Also, having access to 2 beach chairs and an umbrella without an added fee was very convenient. The hosts of 404A made staying in their unit very easy. It is a very nicely updated, clean unit with the beach house style I love! They had everything we needed: extra towels, a full kitchen with every utensil and appliance you can imagine, laundry pods, etc. We couldn't have asked for anything more from them. All of our dislikes fall directly on the facility, not our host. Our reservation confirmation stated two parking spots for our unit. Upon arrival, the gatekeeper actually informed us that units labeled A infact only receive one parking pass. The elevator was extremely slow, taking upwards to 5 minutes just to come back down at times. Walls are paper thin. We had side neighbors that kept us up the first night banging around everything in the kitchen including cabinets. Luckily, our 7 year old slept through it. The second night, upstairs neighbos must have ran a marathon.
