• K (9/5): - Fab location for the marina, the promenade to the old town, beach, restaurants and super market etc. Comfy and spacious villa. Able to log into our netflix and prime to watch films. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Showers were a little tricky to get used to as the water was very hot. But didn't impact the enjoyment of our stay.

Maybe a few areas need a little - Lovely 3 bed/3 bathroom villa in a great location just a short walk from the marina. The only one small thing was the metal headboards on the beds in 2nd bedroom. They made a lot of noise when getting into and out of bed.

Es ist alles unkompliziert und das Personal sehr freundlich und ich fühle mich stets willkommen. Bei Anliegen wird sofort reagiert.Die Lage ist gut und das Zentrum wie der Sporthafen , sowie der Strand gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Alles in Allem fühle ich mich immer wohl und empfehle die Villas Rubicon weiter Es gab in der Nähe Baustellen,welche Lärm verursachten.

House is nice and spacious and a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach There was no a/c ! Only fans so way too warm at night, beds were not comfortable at all, woke up with back pain each morning

• Caroline (6/5): We had a good holiday in Playa Blanc but the property needs some updating. - We were in 211, it was roomy for 4 people and we loved the location. It was sheltered from the breeze, private and quiet, good walk to seafront, selection of supermarkets and restaurants, close to reception. Good washing machine and dishwasher. The showers were nice and warm. Communication was good especially as it was the Bank holiday period and access to the property was efficient. There was a problem with flaking paint in the upstairs bathroom, living room and pool area. Staff did some maintenance but it started to flake again. The swimming pool liner was in poor condition and appeared to be split. The living room sofas were very comfortable but grubby looking. One of the sun lounger had a cracked support. The signs on the oven were worn and difficult to see.
• christine (5/5): Decevant - Nous avons aimé l'emplacement le confort et tout ce qui est mis à dispo et tout le personnel réactif très sympathique réception ménage piscine La villa n'est pas entretenue par le propriétaire la robinetterie les meubles les prises les appliques le bas des murs le tour de le piscine lampadaire etc sont vétuste et sale ce qui n'est pas normal compte tenu du prix La piscine n'est pas chauffée alors que on nous avait dit qu'elle l'était. Globalement c'est un bon produit mais à remettre en état. Rien à dire sur l'ensemble du personnel toujours présent pour toute demande. Autre chose c'est une villa 6 couchages et le chauffe eau est à peine pour 2 personnes. Nous ne pouvions pas avoir d'eau chaude pour 2 en ne prenant qu'une douche le soir. La vétusté globale la piscine non.chauffee le chauffe eau bien trop petit pour une telle maison 6 couchages

• Raymond (7/5): - Location, everything we needed. The shower head in the main bathroom was not secure so we did not use it. The shower head in the en suite was loose and the bath drain was rusty. The kitchen units need upgrading and the cooker extraction unit was at head height and I bumped my head on it on two occasions ( I am 1.75metres tall)

• Horst01 (8/5): Schöne ortsnah gelegene Villen,allerdings direkt neben einer Grossbaustelle - Ana ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.Sie war stets bemüht,auftauchende Probleme zu lösen. Auch das Missverständnis bei der Ankunft bezüglich der Schlüssel hat sie schnell geklärt. Die Villen sind sauber und komfortabel,mit Kochutensilien für Selbstversorger allerdings eher minimalistisch ausgestattet. Dafür hat Oskar uns einen nagelneuen,kleinen Holzkohlegrill zur Verfügung gestellt. Danke nochmals an Ana und Mitarbeiter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Leider wurde vorab nicht darüber informiert,dass sich direkt neben der Anlage eine Grossbaustelle befindet.Diese wird noch lange Zeit bestehen! Die Lärmbelästigung,selbst am Wochenende auch sonntags!!,durch Kran-und Baggerarbeiten hat unser Wohlbefinden erheblich beeinträchtigt. Selbst der von Ana freundlicherweise arrangierte Villenwechsel brachte nur wenig. Die Matratzen haben wohl das Ende ihrer Nutzungsdauer erreicht. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und war nach kühlen Novembernächten nur für die Mutigsten nutzbar.

Comodità nel ritiro chiavi. TV in camera e in soggiorno. In 5 minuti si è in centro a Puerto Rubicon e si può passeggiare nel lungomare, supermercato e centro commerciale raggiungibile in 3 minuti. Velocissimo per uscire dal paese. Di fronte la villa c'è un cantiere che parte a lavorare molto presto la mattina, ma finché si è a prendere il sole non ci si fa caso. • Idoia (8/5): Sitio de ensueño - La ubicación excelente, la piscina espectacular, un sitio de sueño. La cama bien. Las almohadas, había muchas hormigas.
• Liset (8/5): Flott hotell, likte oss godt i Playa Blanca. Korte avstander til det meste. - For tidlig utsjekking, vanskelig å få kontakt og få kommunisere med verten. Resepsjonen var ikke åpent i helgen, vi hadde avreise lørdag. Bassengområdet/hagen var ikkje rengjort under oppholdet.
• Jill (7/5): Value for money but negatively impacted on by a live and active building site. - It was a spacious villa there were two baths, the welcome pack was nice and unexpected. The shade was really good. We were not informed that we were across the road from an active building site with an overhead crane and large Lorries arriving regularly the workers would park over your drive/outside the villa and the host was dismissive of the fact. The English tv channels were really poor.

• jose andres (7/5): - La villa en general no estaba mal pero necesita una reforma ya que el mobiliario en general está desfazado se nota que ha tenido mucho uso y cuando abres el grifo del agua caliente sale con oxido color marrón ,la ceramica de los bordes de la piscina están rotos .En definitiva el precio no corresponde con la calidad . No era lo que esperaba

• Rachel (10/5): Beautiful villa perfect location for a more relaxed holiday - Villa was beautiful everything you could need is provided, eg washing machine dishwasher, great towels provided, pod coffee machine, welcome drinks and snack for late arrivals, also the use of the courtesy room is an added bonus for late checkout Small discomfort is there is no ac but we survived perfectly fine, mattresses are thin but again wasn’t overly put out with it

• Cristina Alonso (8/5): - Mi pareja y yo nos quedamos en la villa 218, la casa está muy bien equipada y aísla muy bien los ruidos, ni te enteras que hay gente al lado. La casa necesita algunas mejoras como una nevera nueva, en la escalera principal que hay un azulejo roto o en la puerta del jardín que el cuadro de la cerradura es muy afilado y alguien se puede quedar enganchado y hacer daño. Las camas son duras para nuestro gusto.
• Monica (7/5): - La ubicación es estupenda y la tranquilidad. La casa disponía de todo lo necesario para el día a día, tanto el menaje como los electrodomésticos. La casa disposición de la casa. Las camas son muy incómodas. Los ventiladores del techo muy ruidosos. A la casa le hace falta mantenimiento, la luz de la piscina no funciona correctamente, paredes exteriores e interiores con falta de una mano de pintura. Hay que tener cuidado hay muchísimas hormigas. Hay muebles que necesitan un cambio, como los cabeceros de las camas y los ventiladores.
• Antonio (8/5): - La ubicación, la tranquilidad de la zona y el personal de la instalación. Pedimos cambiar las bandejas del lavavajillas y pusieron uno nuevo. Son muy eficientes ante cualquier incidencia. El espacio de la zona piscina se queda justo. Y personalmente no me gustan las cortinas en bañera y ducha. Nada mas que reseñar.
• Laura Kate (10/5): - Excellent villa, well appointed and maintained. The 2 bed villa was perfect for our small family. Great location in a quiet, safe road and within easy walking distance of the picturesque marina, which has plenty of amenities, restaurants and things to do.

• clare (10/5): - It was a spacious two bedroomed property with a well equipped kitchen. Outside we had a small swimming pool and seating area. All very clean and well maintained. It’s was perfectly situated for the Rubicón Marina and there were shops very close by, a car is t necessary if you stay here. It was also very quiet. We’d definitely book again

• Luna Hosp (8/5): Finde con amigos - La ubicacion y qua habia suficiente espacio para todos. Cocina completa con todo lo necesario. La piscina esta genial para familias pero nosotros casi no las utilizamos. Es Canarias, asi que cierra las ventanas por la noche para no tener visitas. Los ventiladores en el techo esta genial pero no se si en verano hara mucho calor dentro.

Toallas para la ducha y playa. Champu y gel en todos los aseos. Parking privado gratis en la puerta de casa. Cocina con horno, tostador, cafetera, frigorífico, lavadora, microondas. WiFi y smartTV con mogollón de canales. Todo estuvo perfecto. Muy atentos tanto el personal de recepción como limpiadoras.

• Amy (8/5): Great location and villa facilities! - Went to the main office to collect code for the key lock box. Staff member was lovely, and gave me directions on how to get to the villa, also things to do in the surrounding area. The villa and pool was as seen in photos and nice outside area. Short walk to the marina, beach, supermarket and restaurants, great location!

• Rohna (10/5): Perfect! - Perfect! Arrived 4 hours before check-in, no problem, our villa was ready. Speedy Check-in and friendly service Villa No 17 was spotless, well-equipped, and sunshine all the way. The safety gate to the pool, wasn't needed by us, but I'm sure is of benefit to families. Sun throughout the day by the pool. Lovely quiet location but right beside shops and restaurants . Perfect location! Will definitely be back.
