- Fernández de castro (9/5): Excelente servicio y atención, comodidad, descanso y naturaleza - La vista (ubicación), la capilla, los juegos para los niños, la comodidad de la habitación (camas, baño, etc), la naturaleza y flores que rodean el lugar, el servicio y amabilidad de los empleados. Es un sitio que relaja y brinda descanso. No tengo comentarios

- stefan (8/5): Very pleasant to look around and enjoyed my time and the spa and food minus the early morning noise. - Loved the property overlooks the mountains and the city. The landscape and flowers are beautiful the pool is nice and the Spanish style architecture is lovely. The spa was nice with staff very nice and the steam room was a great surprise. However, we were right next a conference room and they started playing music and audio for a mass at 7 am. Not what I expected on vacation and if the staff knew this was going to happen why not place on a different floor or area of the property? Really felt they should have done something with the amount we paid. That was my only complaint being woken up. Placement of our room to loud teenage girls that were on a retreat and the mass with load speakers and music. Door could have blocked the noises better but it might take away for the style of the architecture ?

Existen unas habitaciones que no se comunican con la recepción ni con el comedor de manera interna.

- Lina (6/5): Lugar de de “descanso” donde no se pudo dormir por el ruido - Habitación amplia, muy buena piscina y buen desayuno. Los jardines muy agradables y el personal del hotel muy amable. Escogimos el sitio para estar alejados del ruido del pueblo y tener más contacto con la naturaleza en un espacio de paz y tranquilidad y fue totalmente PEOR. La primera noche hasta la 1am hubo gritos de gente jugando en una cancha cerca y no pudimos descansar y la segunda noche un evento hasta las 2am con música en vivo en la ventana del cuarto nos dejó desvelados. Los días de “descanso” no pudieron ser al no poder dormir en un hotel que supuestamente se vende como de descanso y tranquilidad.

(10/5): I loved the location and the entire property and facilities surrounding it - this was my highlight - Breakfast could have more options - with a top up of some continental pastries and other breakfast ingredients whilst leaving the local pastries & soups available would kick a better balance of choice. Breakfast as mentioned above. Food did not have a wauuh effect - perhaps the meets were not fresh enough also enhanced fresh vegetable options in he menu.

All of the buildings are surrounded with beautifully tended gardens. The staff are absolutely amazing. The rooms are simple, exceptionally clean and very comfortable and beautiful views.

- Maria (8/5): The staff and the gardens were great, the bedrooms are very bad, especially considering the high price. - The architectural structure and the gardens are beautiful. The staff is super friendly too. The crib that they offer is not a real crib, it’s a playpen and they don’t have the adaptors to make it safe and suitable for a baby under 1 year old. Plus the “king size” bed wasn’t even a full bed, it was two single beds put together. Finally, the bedroom is really outdated and kind of depressing.

Compared to hotels in the same price range (in other cities), is way too far from what you get in other premium hotels, like no minibar, very small TV, limited channels, inconsistent outlets, among others.

- maria fernanda (4/5): No lo recomiendo , demasiado antiguo - No me gustó el hotel , habitaciones muy antiguas , colchones antiguos y poco cómodos , las camas rechinan , en la habitación no hay nevera , no hay plancha , no hay cafetera , solo dejan una botella de agua para dos personas , todo es súper antiguo en las habitaciones , aparte me tocó pagar 128.000 más por los impuestos . Poco confortable y cómodo por un precio tan alto

- Verified traveler (6/5): - El hotel está en proceso de adecuaciones donde quedaba la recepción, así que esta fue reubicada cerca a la zona donde nos asignaron la habitación en el primer nivel, el ruido de las personas en el parqueadero y en las escaleras no permitieron descanzar como debería. Además, había un tour y el nivel de ruido del grupo tampoco ayudó.

- Diana (8/5): It’s good but not great - The service was great. The room clean, bed excellent, there’s construction going on so part of the hotel is closed. The rooms are not very modern and are very basic. Nothing fancy. The room was noisy. Breakfast excellent. It is close to the main plaza, it’s quite a walk to come back at night.
