• Kiesha (1/5): It was suffering and unhelpful being at the staff was nowhere to be found. Once the power was out and tenets were lookin - That I was right down the road from my job. When we lost power, once hurricane Milton hit us the hotel staff was nowhere to be found. There were roaches in my room and the AC did not work and I lost $100 worth of food due to the power outage.
• Kenny (10/5): Best value, friendly staff and service, great room!! - Having stayed for 2 weeks at the Ramada Wyndham Gateway (who didn't have the decency to offer me a room with a hurricane approaching) I found the Maple Leaf and managed to book 2 nights after my flights were cancelled, I wish I had stayed here for my entire 2 week vacation!!! Better water pressure and temperature, friendlier and more helpful staff, room was cleaner and in better condition! Quieter air conditioner, TV that worked properly!! Basically the best little Inn and Suites about!!! My wife's only quibble, no hair dryer.....but even she said it wouldn't stop here staying here again!!

• Aundria (1/5): My vacation was ruined because of the stress I was under due to the uncleanliness and security - The only good thing about the location was it was conveniently close to some attractions The room was very small and the tv was from 1985 not to mention the room smelled so bad from dogs and cat hair everywhere..The owner of the place was rude and disrespectful towards me and my sister when I asked for a room change

• Alex (10/5): Pretty Good! - We really enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean, service had a very mom and pop vibe which was great, and all the appliances in the room worked. At one point the toilet struggled to flush completely for a while but then it ended up resolving itself before it became an issue. It was not the fanciest accommodation, but for the price it well-suited our needs. It's also situated in a very convenient location, out of the way of the busiest tourist areas but still incredibly accessible. The only issue I could see is it's located down the street from a helicopter tourist place, so we did hear helicopters all throughout our stay. It didn't bother us, but I could see it being an issue for light sleepers or kids.

• Micheala (10/5): Way Better Than Expected - Our room was surprisingly great,with these reviews you never know about places, I'm in Kissimmee a lot for the theme park so I'm not going to spend a lot of money just to sleep in a bed, Staff was so friendly, The Room was good, we had No bugs, Clean Bedding, working Fridge and Microwave very cold AC what more do you really need, if you are expecting Hilton accommodations on Motel 6 budget you will always be disappointed in your room, but we enjoyed it and would stay again

• Kristen (2/5): Cute name, but not a place to stay. It was bad! - We decided on a last minute weekend getaway and didn’t want to pay too much for just a place to sleep. The motel is a 2.5 star, so I thought it would be okay. Not so much. The first room was visibly filthy with crumbs in the bed, a dirty toilet, and the non-smoking room smelled like a smoker lived there. The second room seemed cleaner, at first. After we went to bed, I noticed that there were blood stains on the sheets of the other bed. The beds were like rocks, too. I could see this being a 1 star hotel, but not a 2.5 star.

• Joseph (2/5): Yikes are you kidding me - Very disappointed, the room entry lock didnt work properly. The bathroom was in serious need of a make over, mold and stained. The bedspread had to be 45 years old. Pool was empty. My advice is to spend a bit more and go to a major chain

• Verified traveler (2/5): Why rent a room when you can sleep for free? - The hotel can't control that it is located in a poorer part of the town. It certainly can try to do something about the large quantity of homeless people that prefer to sleep for free on the grounds. While we were not threatened in any manner it was still a very unsettling stay.
