- Noni (10/5): Simple excellence surpasses expectations. - We loved Todaya so much! Our room had such a beautiful view and everything we could hope for in a hotel room. We had a delicious meal, the open air baths were stunning and there was a talking robot in the lobby. 5 stars, no notes. We couldn’t stay any longer! We can’t wait to return for a longer stay.

- FANHAO (10/5): 完美 - 酒店服务超出我的预期，每位工作人员都笑脸相迎，一进门就有工作人员帮我们推行李，因为入住那天下着大雨，工作人员还帮我们的行李箱把雨水擦掉，带领我们去房间。此次入住我们遇到2位中国同胞工作人员，一位是前台，很详细得向我们介绍酒店的设施，提醒我们注意事项。另一位同胞在看见我们提着行李准备离开酒店之时，主动询问我们是否要去鸟羽站，酒店可以免费开车载我们过去。虽然酒店离车站并不是太远，但她很为我们着想，太感动了。司机大叔也非常亲切，开车送我们到鸟羽站的升降电梯口，方便我们乘进站。酒店里有室内和室外温泉，也有私汤，私汤只要是空闲状态，就可以免费使用。晚餐是自助餐，品类挺多，苹果派确实挺好吃的。由于旅行时间太短，只能在户田家住1晚，稍稍有点遗憾，如果有机会，下次还会选择住户田家。

- Mika (8/5): 夕食バイキング18:30までに入れれば最高の宿 - 鳥羽駅から近く、スタッフさんは勧んで写真を撮ってくれたり ウェルカムドリンクがあったりと気が効いていて親切だった。 お部屋が広く、洗面所も余裕があり、ミニキッチンが付いていて使いやすかった。 朝食のてこね寿司がおいしかった。 夕食のバイキングに19時頃行ったが、長蛇の列ができており 食事終わりのお客さん待ちで30分程待たされた。 平日でこの状態なので土日はどうなるんだろうと心配になるレベル。 食堂は21時で終了なので、焦って食べた。 種類が少々少なめと感じた。 お部屋は和洋室でベッドもダブル2台でひろびろ寝心地も良かったが、ベッドの下に段差があり、しょっちゅう足をぶつけて痛い思いをした。 施設が2棟あり、夕食会場は別棟に行かなければならないが 迷路のようだった。

- tamami (10/5): 家族旅行 - スタッフが出迎えや見送りなど丁寧に対応してくれた。朝夕のバイキングは種類も多くて美味しかった。朝食前に無料貸切風呂を利用したが空いていてゆっくり入ることができた。その後、露天風呂を利用したが朝焼けを見ながら入ることができて気持ちよかった。部屋からの眺めもキレイで、駅やバス停や観光施設との利便性もよかった。

- 千秋 (10/5): 楽しい旅館です！ - 貸切風呂がいくつもあったり、大浴場が二つもあったり、とても面白い旅館でした！どのスタッフさんも笑顔で接してくださり好感が持てました。創業195年ということで館内も迷路のようで見るものも色々あり謎解きもチャレンジしてみて夕食後もくるくると色々回り楽しく過ごすことができました。お部屋は眺望なしにしましたがちょうど西に夕陽が沈み、素敵な空も見られて満足です！また泊まりたいです。

- Takamitsu (8/5): 心身を開放してくれた素敵な宿 - 鳥羽駅から徒歩約3分と、鉄道旅行には便利な立地です。ウェルカムドリンクも暑かったのでとても嬉しいサービスでした。スタッフさんは外国人が多いですが、日本語も上手でスタッフ教育が行き届いているため、サービスも満足です。お部屋は昭和を感じる落ち着いたお部屋ですが全く問題なし。お食事も海鮮だけで無く和洋中と豊富でした。お風呂も気持ち良かったです。特に夜明けの露天風呂は最高でした。翌日は鳥羽水族館に行きましたが、こちらも歩いて行ける距離です。 別棟を連結しているので当然ですが、連絡通路の動線がやや分かりづらいです。また、コインランドリーは南館には無く、既存機器も一つ使えなかったのは残念。

- masaharu (8/5): 楽しかった、満足です。 - 夕食、朝食ともにビュッフェ形式でしたが、普段、食が細い10才の孫が自分の好きな料理を好きなだけ食べられると、何度もおかわりをして嬉しそうに食べていました。 温泉村への往復する道が狭くて勾配が急な石段でやや暗かったのこともあって、草履で歩くには手すりはあったものの、少し怖さを感じました、雨などで階段が濡れていたらちょっと危ないかなと思いました。
